They don't value their customers. There's no direction if you visit this place and they will bark order's at you as if you are a child. I don't think anyone can read minds. To them you should just know.

My company make an appointment for tire with specific tire brand when we arrived at the shop they did not have the tires we requested. The sales team tried to sell us a chinese that we did not requested. When ask why the tires requested are availabe, they did not give us satifactory information other that pushing or convincing to buy the tires they have. Our drive spend two hour back and forth to replace his tire. Dissapointed and we do not reccommend to do business with this company.

I called to put 3 used tires on my trailer. When I came to the shop, they took me in right away and helped me pick good used tires. They also gave me a great price with installation!!! Would recommend!!!Update: out in less than 40 minutes for 3 tires!!!
