Guys behind the counter would rather play on their cell phones and talk about Dale Earnhardt racing than to help a customer. I asked for a specific product the guy looked up from his phone and said it's over on the wall somewhere and went right back to his phone. After 10 minutes I found it on an end cap then had to wait for the three guys in the back to finish their racing conversation to ring me out

The guys that work at the Grove City are the best with customer service and are always willing to help. The whole team is amazing and the parts are quality. I don t go any other store other than the Grove City Advance Auto!

Stopped in to have my battery, checked and to do a diagnostic on the check engine light on my car. Chris B.who supposedly is a manager helped us and had a horrible attitude the entire time. He kept interrupting me while I was talking and barely let me explain what was going on. They were not busy and I wasn t really asking for a lot. I don t appreciate the way I was treated or the way I was talk to. Seeing as this is a customer service-based job you should probably reevaluate who you have dealing with your customers.

Great store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Shoutout to Ted for always coming through with great customer service and professionalism. I'm frequently stopping by this store for parts and am always greeted with a smile and don't ever feel like a bother. The last time I was in, I needed to have an alternator replaced under warranty. I ordered the part online originally about a year prior. There was some sort of issue with the computer system not showing the same alternator I bought as the correct replacement for my truck and inventory related issues. But rather than shrugging off the problem and deflecting me to deal with online returns, Ted replaced the alternator for me. Always going above and beyond to help the customers! Highly recommend

Had to replace brakes all the way around, they did not have rotors for the front brakes, the gentleman that was helping me offered to order them and he was able to get them to the store same day and in about an hour. Earlier that what he said. Other than this one experience all other times I've stopped in this location they have been very helpful and courteous. They have my business for the long run.

I stopped by on Labor day yesterday to buy a air filter, there were no books near the filters to look up what I needed, so I went to the front desk to ask for help. A portly fellow named Chris was behind the counter, he knew I was waiting on him to look up from his phone, when he finally did he looked at me, said nothing like may I help you, sorry for keeping you waiting, nothing. I told him he just lost my buissiness because he obviously knows nothing about customer service or even manners, you all might want to chat with him before you loose more customers!!

My car sat for 3 mths and needed a jump. After driving over an hour the battery died after a couple trips to the store. They tested the battery and said it was definitely the problem. I keep every receipt for the car in the glove box. The battery had 8 mths left of the 2 yr free replacement warranty! New battery, no cost! While we were there 5 other people brought their battery problems to Advance! They treat you right!

From the second I pulled into the lot this older women was staring at me as I parked while she smoked back to back cigarettes outside not doing anything but staring at me then I go inside the store and she continued to stare at me I don't recommend going here nobody knows what they are talking about they recommended me a part for a diesal vehicle when I told them I don't have a diesal , I never plan on coming back

I needed windshield wiper blade and the cashier took me to the aisle and explained which ones were for my vehicle and the quality difference between them. Very good customer service.

This is a good ol' auto parts store. Clean enough. All the staff I have worked with are friendly. They have a lot of spares, but of course not everything. They carry most of the name brands. I will say the off brands are hit or miss. They have most of the tools you may need, and fluids as well.

Needed a Key fob battery. My battery was changed out lickety split, no problem. I didn't even have to ask. Staff are very nice and greet you as soon as you enter.

I give advance auto parts in grove city a 5 star! Brain,Michael,Rhonda,Ann and Rob always go the extra mile to take care of me with getting the parts I need. I been going there since it opened many years ago and wont go to another auto parts in grove city because of the service that provide. There was only one clerk but he was very attentive. Both times that I had questions he was on the phone but he quickly ended that and responded to my needs. Excellent service

I called first to ask about a part they were less expensive than AutoZone.When I walked in the door I received immediate attention. Was asked if I needed help with anything. I told them what I needed the got it for me then asked if I needed any thing else. They rang it up I paid and was out the door.Took about 10mins. from beginning to end.

my car battery was dead dead deadi went to advanced auto parts in grove city, ohiochris B (name on the receipt) assisted me w/a diagnostic of my car, installed a new battery, and the check engine light was removed (lol)my experience was professional and flawlessi am very grateful for all his help today:)

Have purchased multiple items at this location. From parts to over the counter items such as Heet dry gas!At least 9x's out of 10x's they have the part in stock. If not, depending on the item(s). They will order them, with an in-store delivery of 24 hrs. No payment up front.Now, hard to find parts have to be ordered and delivery to the store. Takes 2-3 days. A pymt up front is required for those parts.If they happen to not have the part and you can't wait. I'd call Auto Zone. They seem to have it when Advance doesn't 99% of the time. They also seem to be cheaper. So, it depends on your personal needs what route you take.Staff is friendly, most are knowledgeable. If they can't answer your question. There seems to always be a season employee there that will.

I'm in advance Auto parts all the time and they always take good care of me.If they don't have what I need, they just order it and get it very quickly for me. Very good attitude and excellent service there.
