They got my car in and got the work done quickly for a reasonable price. They didn t try to upsell me on anything I didn t need and were helpful and answered all my questions. I ve been going here for years and they ve always been nice and helpful. I highly recommend taking your car here.

Great service thank you! I had a limping porsche and pulled in here to get some help... They diagnosed the problem (2 dead coils) but only porsche main dealers can supply the parts - after trying to locate any alternative supplier y just couldn't get there parts so they refitted my car, explained where I had to go to get the parts and didn't charge a penny. very friendly, I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use again.

My catalytic converter was stolen. After getting a few estimates that I felt were high I took it here. They are straight forward, honest and fairly priced. Work looks good and car is functioning as before the catalytic converter was stolen.I would recommend if you need this repair that you are least get an estimate here.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Go to 3D's. I have done so for more than a year, for everything from oil changes to major work. They have always been speedy, honest, careful and reasonably priced. If you need a reliable all-purpose mechanic, 3D's is the place.

I brought my 2012 Chevy express here. It was leaking oil. They told me it was the rear main seal, which I had been told before. They recommended I also make several other repairs. I agreed. 2200$ later my van was still leaking oil as bad as before. My check engine light was on, when it was not before. And they broke the pipe on top of my van and didn't bother to say anything. I bring it back, they tell me the part was defective. They do the rear main seal all over again. I lose more money in lost jobs. They give my van back, and it is STILL leaking oil heavily. I took it to the dealership and they said the rear main seal is leaking. I paid them 2000$ to do it again. The dealership found that 3ds had put the real main seal in BACKWARDS.3Ds offered to refund 400$ of the 2200 i spent. After pressuring them i recieved just over 700 back for 2200 in work and all my wasted time, which was just enough to keep me from suing them but not enough to keep me from righting this review.I do not recommend this business.Service: Engine repair

Best experience I ve ever had! Good price and fixed the issue in a day. Highly recommend this shop. They primarily work on foreign vehicles, however I have a jeep and they got the part and fixed the same day! Great service and very friendly staff!!

Stand up place Master Mechanic Don took care of me with the upmost grace. I was from out town and my car was over heating and check engine light on. I arrived before opening and waited in my vehicle. Once he opened I told him my issue minutes he looked at my vehicle and told me simple solution I was out of antifreeze. He could of kept my vehicle for hours and then charge me hundreds. What a breath of fresh air in todays time that good people still excist. Thank you Don! Blessings to you and your family.

Don't take your vehicle here!!! I spent $1027 two weeks before Christmas and they didn't even fix the problem so after I had it towed back and they looked at it and said my temperature meter just runs high and to just drive through it cause its not actually overheating.....NOPE STILL DOESN'T WORK! At this point I don't trust them enough to look at my van again but I will be doing what I need to do to get my money back.

I went with a code saying my truck is running Lean and I have another for a catalyst efficiency bank 2 my truck is 2010 Nissan Titan and has been running very rough because of this issue I finally had the opportunity and some extra money to spend on repairs.....When my truck got there they said my catalytic converters were fine, they said I needs all new spark plugs, I need both my CV axles replaced, I needed lower ball joint passenger side, and I needed my front differential fluid replaced.. anyway the total ended up being 1137 dollars I m not exactly the wealthiest man. But excited to have my truck being fixed I had them repair everything they said was bad! Well I got my truck back and it drives the exact same as before I took it there! Everything they fixed wasn t noticeable while I drove it because it drives the EXACT same and now I wasted 1137 dollars for absolutely nothing! They turned my check engine light off themselves I didn t even make it home 1.6 miles away from their shop before it came back on saying it s running Lean and theirs a catalyst efficiency bank 2 still! So all that money spent for absolutely NO REASON doesn t drive any better then before they fixed things that were not yet bad now I m out of money that I could have used at a better shop! Spend the extra good bit of money take it somewhere better or the dealership do not take it there they will act like their is so much more wrong with your car then their is!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

We have had all our vehicles serviced there for the last 15 years. Doan is very friendly and services my cars in a timely manner. He is very honest with his advice. He does not advise repair if you don t need it. I recommend 3D to anyone looking for an auto mechanic.

Fixed only what was needed, kept me informed, and even texted me when I didn't answer phone to let me know vehicle was ready. Quick and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them from now on!

I am not from Grove city but I have friends here. My car broke down randomly and I was an hour and a half away from home and was freaking out, I took it straight here and they got me in right away. I love this place and will continue to come back here. Best price in town and very quick service. I threw my back out and couldn't finish working on the brakes on my 2003 Mini Cooper S so I went around town asking for quotes. I had two rusted out brake lines underneath that car that I know would be a pain to repair. 3DS gave me a quote for both brake pipes and a coolant flush for $260. Dong and his team told me I put two of the rotors on wrong and sure enough I did! Very honest crew and very fast service. They fixed my car in 36 hours from the time I dropped it off to when I picked it up.

Great guys. Rates are comparable to dealer on certain things, but they are faster than a dealer and won't try and upsell you on something you don't need. I found them to be very honest and dependable.

Great service and fair price. I called at 8:00AM on a Thursday morning having trouble with the starter on my Chevy pick up. They said come in as soon as possible and they would look at it. I was there by 8:30 AM and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 11:30 AM.

My father and law has been going there for years, these guys are great. Now I have myself and my whole family all go there too. We will (and have) towed cars from Westerville before going somewhere else. Also, it's great to support a small family business.

My car's A/C stopped working so I called to see when I could bring it in to get checked. They told me no appointment was needed so I dropped it off and had someone pick me up since I figured it would be a while. About 20-30 minutes later they called with the diagnosis...bad compressor. My budget didn't allow me to fix it but I will definitely be going back there once I have the funds. When I went back to pick it up, they didn't even charge me for taking a look at it! That is some great customer service and I will be using them in the future.

We have used 3D exclusively for all of our vehicles since they opened the Shop. Doan and Khai are amazing, only fix what needs fixed and are always very fair. We have taken our vehicles here for years. They get to your vehicle the same day, are much better priced than dealership repair shops and the work is always done right. We won t go anywhere else!
