I will review this place every visit if I have to to get my point across this place has the best service of anywhere I have ever been. They are so nice and fun in there. It really makes something I normally don t care to do actually enjoyable. The female manager runs a tight ship! I won t allow my family to spend their money anywhere else!!Service: Electrical

I was from out of town and tried this place. Might have been one of my best experiences getting my oil changed. Great group of people I dealt with there.

First time there. Great experience and the guys were fast and made sure i knew what they were doing and why it was taking longer than normal.I recommend checking them out especially if you use their coupons.

Awesome team that works at this location! I came in five minutes before closing and all three guys they are welcomed me in excitedly and in my oil change. Very professional and nice gentleman. Oil change was 13 minutes in and out. Always professional and very friendly. And they don't just change the oil they do a full service. Checking all the fluids, filters, and pressures. Evened out my tire pressures and even filled up my washer fluid for my windows before I left. You guys are great. You definitely have a repeat customer in me.

Very friendly staff, and no pushy sales pitch on markups for air filters, coolant flush, or any other nonsense. They ask if your interested and if not they never say another word about it. I would definitely trust sending someone thats not very knowledgeable about vehicles.

Did a very good job didn't try to high pressure sell you with anything else, just informed you about other services available that you might be interested in in the future. Didn't try to make up some imaginary problem. A reasonable price if you have the coupon

These guys in Greenville, Ohio really do a great job each and everytime.They know what they are doing and the employees seem to stay quite a while.In look forward to going here when it's time for sure.Peace of mind is worth more then they charge for services.

I want there to get an oil change and a fuel filter I ended up getting windshield wipers and tires checked and tell lights jacked and turn signal check all the foods check got to know when I should change them the gentleman was very nice very polite very educating I will go back and 5,000 miles and do it again these guys are great if you need any of those services this is the place to go I will be going back many of times

My poor experiences revolve largely around ALMOST everything but the oil change... ALMOST...IF YOU'RE COMFORTABLE PERFORMING OIL CHANGES YOURSELF... DO IT!!!---------TLDR;The people here are very nice, just too many past issues have snowballed, and this last one takes the icing off the cake. One that I believe will cost me $500+ to get properly fixed. ~Yay~My wife took my new vehicle in for a simple oil change - shortly after I noticed hood damage due to someone checking wipers without putting them into service mode.So now, by de-facto, they're saying its my fault or the fault of the dealer who sold it to me. *Note* I peeled all the factory stickers off, when I purchased the vehicle, except the one that serves as a reminder how to put the wipers into service mode... Ironically it sits right above the service reminder on the windshield (see pic).The dealer went over this with me and they have factory certified techs who initially gave it its first oil change @6,000 miles. Hardly doubt it was them. Probably standard procedure with all new Kias.I foolishly trusted Valvoline for my next 2 oil changes. The first one they only graced the service reminder 3000 miles instead of the 7500 miles before next service, even though my wife reminded them it was 7500 with full synthetic, which I paid a premium for. This alone is a shady business practice. To give someone the impression that they have half the oil life they truly have and paid for, is not in the customer's best interest.The scrape is very fresh looking, I coincidentally first noticed it the same night after the oil change.Zero rust... Which wouldve likely formed if it was the dealer since that was back in Oct 21'. Bare metal, when exposed to water and oxygen and especially salt, is prime conditions for rust. Knowing this, I immediately protected it with clear finger nail polish for a temp fix.I asked them to look at DVR and they claim the only wiper they looked at was the passenger side, which is very odd (damage is on drivers side), by gently lifting one end of the blade "Barely" off the window. I havent taken them up on their offer to review this footage because Im simply done with this place.Polite without professionalism isn't customer care, especially with the rising premiums (the price has risen $10 for the same exact service using the same exact coupon!!! Rip off!).Only checking the passenger side wiper blade is like saying we only checked your driver side tire pressure. It doesnt make sense!Even if they only checked the passenger side, they still didnt instruct my wife, who swears they checked both blades (makes sense to me), to put them into service mode.A few years back a Valvoline crew member, accidentally ripped the intake hose leading up to my air filter box on my 2012 HHR. Felt bad for the kid as he sincerely apologized and since it was only $20, I ate that without any formal complaint.They also overtighted that same car's oil plug where I had to use visegrips and a hammer to budge it loose not to mention a extra trip to NAPA for a new plug.Overall - Last straw.Laziness is the true culprit of my Valvoline complaints. I should've done this myself from the get-go.***Customers beware & know your ride. Let them know all applicable service procedures, Dont count on them knowing how your vehicle operates or what needs to be done before servicing.***

Absolutely way overpriced!! There is no reason for an oil change to cost that much! Buyer beware, you will be overcharged!! I could have had my oil changed three times at Wal Mart for what they charged! They got me once but never again....

I went here today for a quick oil change before going to work. I was shocked at the prices. $42 for oil and a filter that would have cost $22 to do myself, but I guess that is what happens when you pay for convenience. They checked all my other fluids and air filter. They attempted to sell me a cheap paper air filter to replace my K&N one which was crazy. It was comical watching them try to find the transmission dip stick since I drive a manual transmission. After the oil change I headed to work which was about 40 miles away. Each time I shifted I could hear what sounded like an intake leak. Once I arrived to work I opened my hood to find that they did not properly seat my air box and filter on the throttle body nor did they connect the intake hose to the air box. I drove 40 miles while my engine was sucking in dirty unfiltered air. So to say the least I will never return to this establishment nor recommend it to anyone I know.

Find accept they keep suggesting all kind of things you need done. Still paid 52.00 for the middle offer. I even had a coupon.very very nice people.

"15 minute" change. Waited for 30 minutes to pull up. Bloke put the safety bar under my hood and dropped it, crashing down on the front grill of my truck. Got home and discover that 2 of the 4 tire stem caps are missing. The other 2 are on by only a thread turn or 2. The little things matter. I would not recommend. Got the oil changed that's about it.
