After calling & visiting numerous Used Tire/New Tire shops all over we found an ad on Facebook Marketplace that Art had posted. He responded quickly & was eager to help. The price he quoted my husband was exactly what we paid, no hidden fees (which was awesome). The tire we needed for our tow rig wasn t in stock, but he was able to order it & within 24 hours after talking to Art, our tires were mounted, & balanced. Was an overall good experience, & will definitely consider Art & his staff next time I need anything tire related. Thank again!

Sent my sons mother there to get a vibration in the steering looked at. I told her to take it here and have the tires road tested for out of round and balance. Well they looked at it and only said inner and outer tie rods needs replaced. So i changed those bc ive been a mechanic for many years and worked for a guy before art put this shop in the making. So after i changed the parts well holy crap the car still shook!!!!! Well guess what the half whit idiots here didnt check the tires at all and i found one to have a broken band and the tire had bubbled out!!! Cant even catch a simple tire issue and you call yourselves mechanics more like leaches that prey on ppl who dont know anything about cars..

Great service! We had a tire failure on a Sunday for our return trip to Chicago. Treaty City team dropped everything to get us back in the road as soon as the replacement tires hit there shop. Great people .

Went there for a used tire they quoted me 75 plus tax which 83, they charged 92$ drove my car home went to make sure they were torqued at the right spec I noticed my spring was completely shot. They didn t mention it at all. If it would ve blew I would ve crashed. Very poor mechanic.don t recommend this place at all. I do a lot of mechanical work and if I had to equipment I rather take the time out of my day and do it my self. If I were any of you go to a better mechanic shop that has better mechanical knowledgeService: Tires

Not a good place to go take your car will tell you one person and then when you pick your car up it s something totally different and want call you to give you a update on your car.will charge your high prices and not just fix what s wrong with it and find something else without telling you .

My car needed a front end alignment. It was done quickly and very reasonably priced.I won't be returning though due to a difference of opinion with the owner who said to "take your car somewhere else, I'm a republican and don't need your money."

I'm not one to leave lots of reviews but I will definitely be a return customer! (I think his name was Shawn) but the guy had me in and out in 10 mins! Super friendly very professional place! My only complaint is the used tire was a little more then what I've paid before BUT it was actually a high quality used tire! Usually used tires look used lol this one was in really good shape with a lot of life left on it! This was a easy 5 star!Service: Tires

We recently had the brake lines in my husband s car replaced at Treaty City. The service was quick and we really appreciated the communication throughout the process. Art, the owner, used to work at Firestone years ago and the service I received from him there is what led me to try his new shop. Overall, we were very pleased and will call him for our future needs.

Will never go here again. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. I made an appointment over phone and the gentleman asked me at that time if I was dropping off or staying. I indicated I was staying and that was why I was making an appointment for 11 am. Was 20 minutes early and he indicated it would take about an hour for alignment and 20-30 minutes for ac check. Went to auction house next door with wife, my 2 yr old, 9 month old, and a friend from out if town. Wife went back an hour later to check and the guy said he wouldn't even get to it until 2 PM, had all kinds of excuses including he thought we were just dropping off, and was rude. Who makes an appointment to drop off a car? These guys are rude, unprofessional, and very poor at customer service. I will gladly pay twice as much for my alignment before I ever let them waste half of my Saturday again. This was the third time I have been there and although previous experiences had not reached this level of stupidity, they were far from pleasant. This shop exemplifies everything you hear wrong about auto service businesses.

We took our truck in to get tires and an alignment. They said it would be a couple hours. We came back 7 hours later and they said they had just started. I had to call 3 hours later to see if it was done right before they closed! They said they couldnt do the alignment because the ball joints are bad. If I had not called before they closed I'm not sure if we would have got our money back for that. But we had 3 other mechanics look at them and was told they are fine!

Never do business with them again bought 4 new tires from them again had to go go back 2 times same week leaks and quote we could have charge but we did it for free. Really man we just spent $500 for new tires...they don't even give you warranty papers receipt was a joke show price what you paid and that's it. Very unprofessional....period... I will rotate my own tires at 5000 miles thank you..Employees at desk was rude. I would not recommend this place for nothing i rather go to a junk yard buy tires.. yea mechanics may be good tire service SUCKS!!!!

They asked me to pay upfront to order tires, no problem. I was expecting another bill for bs fees and other things that normally get tacked on when it was done, was told I paid already. Very satisfied.No games. Lo-Pro directional tires on my MKZ for $450, I will definitely be coming back for my other cars.

Treaty City Automotive done quite a bit of work on my daughter's car to get it safe and ready for her to start driving. Very thorough and competitive pricing. Will definitely use them again.

Met the staff in the office, we went over all the info. They pulled it around, came back and gave me the price. Good price so they fixed the front right tire issues. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks Thorney Out!

Great service. They know how to get you what you need for what you can afford and always guarantee the lowest prices around. If something is wrong that you aren't aware of they do not hesitate in taking you to your vehicle and showing you what's wrong and what it will take to fix it.

These guys are as about as upfront and honest as you can get when it comes to having your vehicle worked on or getting tires that is very refreshing in this business you get a lot of wind at a lot of places they don't do that they have a great selection of new tires and they also have a great selection of gently used used tires at great prices I would say check these guys out first if you need a tire in this area here

Well priced rates , however I wouldn't recommend for a tire alignment. I recently had my front tires replaced and an alignment and it took about 2.5-3 hours to be finished and my car is still out of align

The crew at 548 Tire is awesome...Had to get my car towed after catching a curb corner on 4th street...They were able to grab the car and had it done within 3 hours...

Made an appointment for 3pm, he told me be about an hour. On phone I told him needed back before 6 because I needed be at work at 630. Get there at 6:03 and the dumbasses NEVER even touched my car. 3 hours after my appointment!
