Austin not only was informative when purchasing my 2017 Ford Explorer but he took time out of his day to deliver my car to Indiana 2 hours and 15 minutes away. Great guy he brought a new guy along Zack and he done great to, I even recommended a great.place for them to eat, definitely would recommend SVG Chevrolet

Casey took great care of us, as did Blain. I highly recommend doing business with them, they did amazing!!! Casey even had our vehicle brought over from their dealership further away so we didn't have to drive so far. GREAT experience!!

This was Our 3rd Vehicle Purchase from SVG, Greenville. We knew We were going to have to deal with finding a New Sales Consultant (which I was not looking forward to) but We found the Best one - Amber Gunn!! Amber helped me with my first car loan. She was patient and kind, offering advice every step along the way but never pressuring me to purchase until I was ready. She mapped out a payment plan that worked with my budget and was the absolute nicest person you could hope to have on your team. She also made a point of making sure I left the dealership happy. I not only left happy, but with a new car I loved and a full tank of gas. I have not dealt with other car dealers, and I don t have the desire to after the way I was treated by Amber and the whole team at SVG. I highly recommend her to anyone looking at not only a car, but a team to help you.

I had the money, mostly mine from my account, loved the vehicle, had contacted my bank ,insurance, AAA etc., and the so called deal was bad. Average price fell between 26 to 28, I was willing to pay close to the top. My pristine car with $1000 worth of Michelin tires, a Mr. T killer sound system, added back up camera side rails, etc. was valued at $500. very sad. Salesman, while I'm waiting in the waiting room, checked milage and locked the car with the key inside. On my ride home I noticed a strange long black thing that was my window guide, lying on the floor. I guess now it's only worth $400.

Very happy with the service we received in buying our used car. Amber Gunn was very patient with us as we looked at several cars and very knowledgeable about each one we looked at. She and several others even stayed after hours on a Saturday evening to finalize our purchase. We never felt rushed through the whole process. She even got in the car before we drove away and showed me how to operate the features. We were very impressed, and we will definitely be back when we are ready for our next car purchase!

Natasha was an excellent saleswoman. She was knowledgable and personable through the whole process. She got us into the truck we wanted in a timely and efficient fashion. I recently bought a Ram ProMaster 1500 from SVG and couldn't be happier with the service. Austin and Blaine were friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward, and committed to making the process smooth. They answered all my questions and gave me a great finance deal. The car is in amazing condition and they've stayed in touch, ensuring I'm still satisfied post-purchase. Don't buy a car from this place took my car in cause it was making a squeezing noise they said that they couldn't find nothing wrong with it plus it wasn't shifting right and like I said they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it so I called the service department last week and they still hasn't return my call plus I record the noise ot was making so I guess I will take it to my own mechanic so that they can look at it

This has been one of the best experiences by far in purchasing a vehicle we have ever had. Thank you Chad for taking care of us. You were very kind and courteous. Not once did the SVG family make us feel as though we were under pressure to buy. Between the test drive, the signing of the papers, and driving away, it has been a great experience. Was wanting a 2024 Chevy 1500 shirt can short bed. Asked them to find one for me. They were unable. I found on at Riechard in Brookville Ohio. SVG Tried to get it transfered. Riechard said that it was being held for a customer. I went to Riechard and they said no one called them. They said they would sell it but would not transfer. I then found at Wetzel in Richmond. SVG called them and they transfered it to SVG.I purchased truck at SVG. Quick and easy. Amber was Great.
