Very willing to direct folks to the appropriate businesses. Much appreciated. Downside, which I understand, is that they only do insurance jobs like a lot of body shops these days. Upside is they are very friendly and helpful. I did find a place they recommended in Chickasaw. Thanks Jerome! Kudos to you for taking time out to help me!

I had hit a deer late November and didn't get my car into the shop until December 16th. Reflections had my car done within a week which I was not expecting due to the holidays. The work done was quick and excellent and the paint match is as close to perfect as it can get. Floyd and the staff were very friendly and accommodating; I was even able to pick my car up on a Saturday. Highly recommend this shop.

Floyd will take care of you he is very meticulous. My color is hard to match but Floyd and his staff did an excellent job in matching my color. He has an excellent staff in place that will take care of you and you will not have to worry. So glad I took my car to Floyd and his staff. I was extremely happy with my car after it was done. Job well done!!!

Floyd the owner was very nice and friendly. Instantly made me feel like I was an old friend. He would have been able to do the work I wanted but instead pointed me in the direction of someone cheaper because I was in a pinch. Will definitely be returning in the future

Absolutely amazing service. Someone pulled out in front of me in my brand new Durango. We were all ok. Jeremy worked above and beyond with the insurance companies to help get things covered and the best parts placed. He was amazing. My car looks like nothing happened and runs great! Brought my truck in for repairs and got excellent service, and on top of that they were able to save a couple parts, so the final bill was 40% cheaper than the quote!Amazing!!!I hope I never have to visit them again, but if I do need bodywork, they will be my first stop.

Went in to see Floyd after an accident. Provided help and suggestions without taking payment. Super guy! Sound advice. Highly recommend this business. Run like a business should be run.
