I've been going to Grilliot's since 1981, way before I could drive. The ownership has changed but the great service hasn't and I don't see that changing anytime soon. The owner Monte is very helpful, outgoing and always willing to contribute or help his community around him.

The mechanic was very professional and showed me exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. The Lady at the desk was very friendly and figured up an estimate in a timely manner. I recommend Grilliot to anyone needing front end alignment or other suspension type repairs.

I've used Grilliot through the years and have always had excellent service backed by a crew that always goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. They will not snowball you with a list of unneeded repairs or parts. Highly recommend

They are somewhat overpriced. Even a dealer underbid them by $500 on a $2400 quote. Check around before throwing your money away.

I ve used Grilliot several times over the years, from mounting and balancing tires, to wheel bearing replacement and alignments. They are great people that do great work at very reasonable prices. I will always recommend Grilliot Alignment to anyone that asks.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had them mount new tires and asked for an alignment. They forgot to complete the alignment and since my wife picked the car up, I wasn't aware until I looked at the bill. So, we had to run the car back to them - 40 mile round trip. Asked for a discount due to their error. They did not charge me for the service at all. Making a mistake right - that is customer service! Charged me $1300 for services and didn't even fix the problem. When I called them they said I need to take it to a dealer as they are not sure what's wrong with it. This after telling me it was all fixed. I took it to a dealer and another $1500 it was fixed. What the dealer found to be the problem, the dealer stated it should have been found by the last person who looked at the car - Grilliots. I do not recommend. They take your money and do not fix the problem. And when you bring it to their attention they just want to put the blame on someone else instead of fixing the issue at hand.

They seem like they know what they are doing, however both times I've had wheels mounted and balanced from them they ended up scratching them.They did however fix their mistake the first time. The second time it happened I didn't bother mentioning and decided I would never go back.

We always get great service at Grilliots! They get us in quickly, call if there is a change in the estimated total, do fantastic work and are just great people. I feel very confident taking my vehicles there for any work I need done.

Best choice for any suspension and alignment work. They have diagnosed suspension problems so I could fix it myself and after I changed the parts, they do the necessary alignment. Never had any worries they would do anything but top notch work. Honest and helpful, they know their stuff!

Everyone was friendly very helpful they changed the bearing hub and gave me an alignment steering wheel wasn't straight but they fixed that immediately they did a great job and listened to my concerns.

They've aligned two difficult to align trucks perfectly for me. In freezing weather I asked them to plug in my diesel before I came to pick it up to make sure it would start and they actually had it running and warning up for me when I showed up to ensure it would start in the cold. Thanks

This is one of the fee places that won't make up problems with your vehicle just to charge you more. My preferred place to go when I don't want to work on my vehicles myself.
