I give 1 star because 0 is not an option! My moms 2005 Ford Taurus (85,000 miles) 2nd gear went out! They had it a month & when we got it back it was good! One week later we the transmission started slipping again! They have a one year warranty on there transmissions! They test drove it & said it s the engine, not the transmission! Took it to 2 different mechanics since & all said transmission is shot! Don t waste you money!!!

Best place to bring your car for a transmission fix they did superb work in no time. You're a fool if you don't bring your car to Ford's transmission

Had transmission rebuilt returned truck back 4 times since they rebuilt transmission 6 months ago still just as screwed up as the day I brought it to them iam out the the three months it sat there and 4500 dollars they just completely suckService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Went there to have my truck evaluated I understand the owner was working hard on transmission however his wait time delayed me from even using them I suppose they're a good place to get a transmission repair just a little too busy for me

Not impressed. I took my truck there for a shifting issue. Scheduled it for a Wednesday. Had tye truck dropped of the day before on Tuesday. My truck was not looked at till Thursday. Then it was parked till late the following week. Then on Tuesday of the second week of it sitting there I called for an update and was told it would be back in the shop later in the week. We'll not everyone can wait weeks for their truck to be up and running. I gave them all the history I knew about it prior to and durring the process. $99.90 later and another tow bill later and I am currently working on diagnosing the problem myself.

This business is professional and knowledgeable about all things concerning vehicles. The mechanics are very detailed oriented and very knowledgeable about repairs. Good place!!

My Yukon had shifting problems and since it is 10 years old and 222k miles, I needed some expertise. Local dealer said they take their stuff here, and after the great service here, I am in agreement. I used to contract for a fleet out west, and the staff was friendly, competent and quick. When another shop just looked at it and said "rebuild", Mike took it for a drive and recommended a look inside to see if any damage could be a cause. In other words, professional! Done by next day, and a great difference. Thank you.

MIke and company do great work. It is greatly appreciated by me and others to have a reliable transmission rebuilder you can depend on; they are few and far between. Mike and his crew do great work period. KFW

Great to work with, everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and my truck is back on the road. Highly recommend. Mike wont steer you wrong.

If you are unlucky enough to have transmission issues hopefully you will be lucky enough to be close enough to have Mike and his crew do the tranny work for you.We were heading home from a vacation and started having transmission issues with our old RV. A couple of places we called didn't have the room for a larger vehicle. We were closer to Dayton at the time and one guy we talked to said if you can make it out to Greenville , Ford's transmission will treat you right."Right" was an understatement. They got to work on our transmission right away and got us back on the road the next day. In one day we came to realize that we were so lucky to have made it to Greenville and found probably the best transmission mechanic in the Midwest. Mike the owner has been working on Transmissions for 40 plus years, and it is clearly a passion for him.If you are unlucky enough to have transmission issues hopefully you will be lucky enough to be close enough to have Mike and his crew do the tranny work for you.

I was in a bind having been visiting family and needing to leave for NJ in three days. My car was throwing a "Transmission Comp Slipping fault which was failing NJ inspection and I would have had very little time to address it once back in NJ. Mike took control and had my car diagnosed and repaired in less than two days and performed additional repairs to ensure I would be problem-free. I can't thank him enough!

This is a dishonest company that over charges for bad labor! The overcharging price might be due to Something in the fact that it takes them forever to fix a vehicle!!
