Very friendly people. They always do a great job with your vehicles. My family has taken their vehicles here for years now, we won't go anywhere else. They can always figure out what the problem is!

Communication is bad the job didn't get done that I took it in to get done and it took forever. Not to mention over priced. Labor here is ridiculous I'm not sure the mechanic knows anything . Took it next door to knuckle busters they found the leak bucks couldn't in mins

My gas tank began falling off while on a camp out at Paint Creek. It was Sunday and I had to have it towed. I was told a number of campers have used Bucks, so I told the driver to tow it there. 1 1/2 weeks until they looked at it. It has been over three weeks since I towed it there. I have been given at least 4 different times it was supposed to be done. I have needed to initiate all phone calls, even when I've been told I would get a call back. At almost 3 weeks I was told they had been backed up 3 weeks of work. How is this true when they were supposedly working on it? They get great reviews on Google, but I see the only other bad review was someone else from out of town, making me question if they prefer local work to out of town.

Had two different customers come in after going to Buck's. One customer bought used tires, both were bald, one was leaking and they didnt get balanced. The other customer brought in a vehicle that was in their shops for close to a month. They chased and replaced parts to fix one issue, charged her close to 2 grand and the car still failed to function after they told her it was "fixed".

Prompt service. Was getting front tires on vehicle and need 1 for other vehicle I didn't have with me so looked up tire size and it was oddball size so bucks ordered it and came in next morning at 830 and tire was in and out on. Will use again in future which car needs 3 more

Politely asked for an estimate. Woman giving it had something stuck in her crawl apparently. Older lady got in between us whom I assume to be her mother. I smiled and told her "I'll let you spank her." That is to say, I said it with my eyes and smile.I have bad days too but I don't take it out on anyone.

Had to get some work on one of my cars. Someone from WCH mention this place and I'm glad they did. My car is running great and the price was right on spot. So if you're looking for an honest place, fair priced and super friendly staff then this is the place for ya.

My family has been bringing there vehicles here for years. Latest problem was for a gas leak near the firewall. We brought the vehicle in before lunch and Buck's fixed it the same day for a good price. They do much more than just tires!

A colleague recommended these folks when I was at wit s end with some transmission issues and a long cross country drive ahead of me.The folks at Buck s went above and beyond addressing my car s problems. Sparing the mechanical details, the problem wasn t immediately apparent, and could have cost a considerable amount of money to fix. Buck s did a deep dive look at the problem. They found a fix that cost about 1/10th of what it potentially could have, and one most mechanics would have said to be the only option.They helped get my old jalopy of high mileage car in the right condition to drive across the frigid Great Plains over to the Rockies with no problems. Thanks guys!

Punctured a tire on my lawn mower. Brought it here on a Friday 20 minutes before close and discovered the hole was in the sidewall. Thought for sure I was dead in the water with half the yard left to mow, but the guy here noticed my plight and offered to install a tube to get me by until I could order a new tire. Quick, reliable, and accommodating service!

Buck's Tire Service has been a Greenfield land mark for years. You can buy tires,have them mounted and balanced, they sell batteries, do minor and major auto repair I suggest that you call and schedule an appointment as they are always very busy.

You take your vehicle in for one thing and they charge you when they fix the wrong thing...way overpriced.... staffs not friendly either....do not go here....check out the busted knuckle!!

Very slow, not the same bucks I remember back in the days,, sat there almost 2 hrs just to be told we're not going to be able to change your 2 tired today

"Usually" pretty honest and fair pricing. Need to work on appointment scheduling. Not enough parking. Need to work on getting quality parts in.

Took car in four times. From. Outta town. N. Everytime. Except. Final one ordered the wrong parts.And. Don't hey used tires there. Service took forever
