Came out on a Saturday night and put my teenage son's car back on the road in all that snow. Charged him a very reasonable fee, one the kid could afford. I'm forever grateful as I was 4 hours away! Thank you! They even called me back to tell me my son was safe! Just wow!

In 2008 I was going to BGSU and my grandma had passed away. Trying to get to her funeral, my car had broken down on the highway - causing me to drift off and sit on the side of the road.At the time, this location wasn't there, but I still called on them to come get me.And let me just say how WONDERFUL and efficient they were, making me feel like a priority. I was upset, thinking I wouldn't make it to the funeral in time...but thanks to their driver who quickly loaded my little vw bugg on their flatbed, he got me all the way back to the Akron area in time. He was very sincere and kind to me - and to have him go out of the way to drop me off at my grandmother's funeral before he took my car to the repair shop - was just the sweetest thing. I am very grateful to him and this company. They took such great care of me that day, keeping me calm and safe while I sat on the side of the busy highway during such a difficult time.Thank you World Truck, and I recommend you to everyone I know.People, you will not be disappointed in this team. Trust me.

These guys from BG term. went above and beyond when I needed my truck towed to the dealer after it wouldn't start and it wasn't something they could fix. Fair prices, friendly, honest. Call these people first, they've earned my repeat business. Inv#269935.

They showed up within an hour to tow my truck at 0300, guy was nice. Can't comment on the pricing because I am a company driver. At least it was a decent ending to a bad day.

That star was a mistake my total bill was 373 63 i gave them 380.00 they wrote on the bill 377.63 but the labor n the tax was 350.00 +23.63 thats 373.63 all day long gave them 380.00 n got 2. Dollars n 18 cent back wasnt payen attention but should i have at a place of business wow disreguard the star that was a mistake never again

They always say they have nobody in the area! Here to find this place doesnt even exsist anymore in bowling green! What a sham. Trying to make your company look bigger than it is!

Expensive and slow exactly, $865 for 20 miles, and worse they do not have a repair shop. I wish I would have called the service of a repair shop.

very very expensive and slow, $1000 for 75 miles with no trailer, only the tractor , rip off!
