Things are decent enough, and I could not find a few things I needed as you did not even offer some items while others were out of stock again. One day, I hope to see the super back in the supercenter. As I said, though, decent enough staff was still helpful and nice. I will still be returning for the things on my shopping list.

The remodel looks great! During my last visit, the cashier was very friendly and made conversation while scanning my groceries. The associates are helpful if I'm looking for something or have questions.

The remodel is beautiful, so very bright and clean, wide aisles and great selection.

Needed help getting a headset out of the display case but no one was in the electronics department. So I went and found help and they said they would find somebody to help me and that I could go back and wait. Then I waited 30 mins and no one came to help, horrible customer service!

They have signs that indicate the price. At the register, they charge what they want. Two trips, two items, two results. The first one, the cashier simply said "okay, I'll let them know". It was a small difference (less than $1) so I accepted the higher price. The second time, I told the cashier, and she corrected the price.Similar situations, different results. (Consistency is apparently overrated...)Bottom line, keep an eye on the shelf price and what you are charged. In my experience, they frequently do not match.Note to management - I will not do your job for you. Add more cashiers, or you will find some customers cease to be your customers. Having one lane open with six people in line is beyond my level of acceptance.

I don't normally go to Walmart, but stopped because we were close. Fair Life milk is $.50 more than Meijer. Chip isle was about empty. Donuts were good.

Non-existant customer service, unless you force them to help. Abussive asset protection. Dirty store. Flood prone parking lot. Questionable deli food. Unfriendly to handicapped customers.

Gentleman at the door, Harold, was the most polite and friendly Wal-Mart employee I've ever met. Gave my daughter a sticker and made her day! Thank you!

I ve noticed that every time I go into Walmart the last month or so, I am greeted with great enthusiasm from one particular greeter, I believe his name is William. Definitely a great way to start my shopping experience at Walmart. William sets a great example and other greeters should follow suit.

We arrived during a tornado warning and had to cluster in the newly-expanded media section with Supercenter customers for #safety. On our way to the back wall of the building I grabbed the Bowling Green-Opoly board game to pass the time! It looks like a lot of fun! #Thanks!

The store seems disorganized and not clean. However, they do keep the store stocked well. I prefer the Meijer's at Dundbridge and Wooster. This store is very clean and organized.

Love shopping at Walmart. They always meet my needs. I just wish they had cashiers instead of making people check themselves out. I don't like that.

Place is iffy. They just remodeled and it appears that they have less apparel than they did. Also, this morning, I witnessed the "China is invading and spying on us" customer in the scooter- being a door greeter on the food side. Walmart must be desperate!!Addition: Now the Assistant Manager (Joey Pruitt, 50, Pearl Street) gets arrested for domestic violence. One hell of a staff there Walmart!

Store "renovation" is literally garbage. It looks like a giant warehouse now. Why would you remove the wood flooring and just leave the garbage tile under it without replacing it? Not only that, but they randomly close Customer Service and at around 10ish, they close all the registers, so if you have WIC, sorry! Go to Meijer right down the road.

This Walmart has a much different layout from a few other stores that I typically go to. So this made my "quick" trip quite a bit longer. I understand that the stores have their limitations in stock locations, but the item I wanted was at opposite ends of the building compared to where it is located in other stores. Also, the item selections for products that I was looking for had a very limited choices in sizes & designs. I think the competition across town might have a better selection, I didn't have time to swing by that store though.Yep, I'm kinda complaining.Store seemed clean, self checkouts worked well.

William at the grocery entrance this morning was kind when I arrived and was able to tell me the aisle number of where the item I needed was. He also was very nice on the way out, thanking me for shopping at Walmart, something you don t hear often from the door greeters there. Keep doing great, William!

Just wanted to leave a review because of one of the greeters, Harold. He is always kind and has a smile on his face!

I have never left Walmart so upset until yesterday. I was shopping at the Walmart in Bowling Green and I as I was leaving the store, I felt discriminated. The woman that check our bags (by Subway) as we exit the store, literally discriminated against me when I noticed that a white woman in front of me was exiting the store. She had 6-7 gallons of milk not bagged. Another item in the back part of the cart with a kid backpack not bagged. The woman checking the carts and bags didn't bother asking for a receipt or checked the backpack. Just told her to have a nice day. I rolled up. She stopped me asked to see my receipt and checked my cart. While she was going through my things another Mexican man walked up behind me and she asked him to stop as well. The gentleman didn't even have a cart. I'm disappointed to see Walmart hire people that have a racist mind. It's 2023 and still dealing with this. I had no choice but to speak to the manager. So disappointed!

I don't like this Wal-Mart, always out of stock, staff is of no help what so ever. The deli guy is cool as hell, but the store is horrible. I drive an extra 20 minutes to go elsewhere. It is worth the trip.

I'll be contacting some kind of attorney. They screwed up the tires on my vehicle and then refused to take responsibility for it. Nobody answers the phone (I was on hold ringing between departments for 15 minutes) and when I showed up to get a simple tire balance (something they were supposed to do when I replaced all four of my tires, but didn't) I was told they stop doing tires at 4. They close at 7... And no signs posted said anything about that. The man told me he'd look in the back and talk to the ONLY guy working back there (despite me seeing two of the guys in blue jumpsuits plain as day back there) and see if he'd do it, and then he came back with some bogus story saying nobody there was "qualified" to balance the tires. He's qualified to do everything else, but he can't do tires? This place is a madhouse.

My experience was FANTASTIC when I first entered the establishment. My son Owen and daughter Emily were well behaved FOR ONCE!! and my husband Drake Malloy wasn't begging me to let him browse the graphic tees for 3 hours in case there was a limited edition call of duty one in stock that was until we got to the orange section where this woman was making a mess dancing on the oranges? my whole family left confused. have a good one

Was charge too much so I went back and the lady told me she can t hold her cashier accountable. Well if I told the cashier that I was using EBT why would she feel the need to split my payment up as if I didn t have enough money to pay for my food. So at the end of the day if I m telling her I m using ebt it s her fault not mines. The customer services was terrible cause the lady with the blond hair with the red or purple lip stick she could of took care of the situation better and talk to the cash about her mistake we all make mistakes in life. Then on top of that brought some feral the cereal was stale.

Nothing epitomizes the modern lack of customer service quite like this location. Employees refuse to acknowledge you exist. No getting, no eye contact, just want to get back to using their cell phones as quickly as possible.

Horrible place to work for. Team lead Gina likes to yell at her employees infront of customers and insult their intelligence. No respect for the work you do, they just spend time looking for stuff wrong. You can t put on a nice face for customers and then treat your employees badly.
