You get what you pay for.They broke a transmission oil cooler line during an oil change.Take notice of the other reviewer who said Walmart Auto broke their skid plate.Now I have to go to a dealership for the special tools and parts required for the job.It'll be another 2-3 weeks before that issue can be addressed, and I'll be out another $500 - $700 thanks to them.Not counting the debts incurred by however I'll manage to commute to work in the meantime.

No cars but wouldn't change my oil without an appointment. Wouldn't make one until hours later. The mechanic was standing there telling the lady what to say. I guess WM thinks people are ignorant.

After some slight delays, they did a wonderful job. And my Goodyear tires are awesome!!! I trust these guys and Brayden (I think) went above and beyond to satisfy me. Big thanks to him!

Terrible customer service. Have had customer service problems almost every time I go for an oil change. They did oil change but would not do a tire rotation despite being the only vehicle in the shop. They should just close down the tire shop because they always close early or won t complete the service requested.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Horrible customer service.A couple of weeks ago I went to have my tire patched and the guy doing the patch drilled a hole too big for the patch to stick (mind you I found this out after waiting 2.5 hours for my car when I was the only one there). I waited 2.5 hours with no updates on why it was taking so long, then the person who was working on my car went to lunch in the middle of the job, only to have another tech finish my car.Come a couple days ago my pressure light came on and it was the tire that had the patch done. So I go in to have it looked at and find out it s the patch (they can t replace it. The manager comes back and tries to tell me I have to buy a new tire (so naturally I m upset) and I tell her I m not paying for something that her tech messed up. She tells me I don t like how you re speaking to me. I m done talking to you and she walks away. About 10 minutes later she comes out and tries to tell me they could pro-rate a tire for me instead of paying full price because the tire was not repairable the first time I went in. However, that was not the case because it s illegal to patch a not repairable tire in the first place.I ended up getting a free tire but I will NEVER recommend Walmart TLE to anyone ever again. The treatment I ve received there is the worst I ve ever had.

Went in to get an oil change and new tires and was LAUGHED at by the cashier and told that they didn t have time to do that. It was 3:45 and they didn t close until 7. I asked if there was any way that they could get me in because it was my only day off work, this is the only place where I can afford to get all of my tires replaced and they are in terrible condition. Worker was rude and said I should have come earlier. For something that should take them 15 minutes max......Now I have to spend the next week worried about getting a flat tire on my way to work.

The couple of times that I've been here I've never been too impressed. They don't do a lot of repairs and don't have a lot of parts in stock making the overall feeling of my visits frustrating. The staff are nice and what little work I have had done seems to be done in a timely manner however I just can't justify going here unless no one else is available.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation and proceeded into the store to do some shopping. When I completed my shopping and returned to pick up my car I was greeted in disgust by the woman working because I didn't hear them page me (as if anyone ever understands those things) and never received a phone call (but did get a very rude voice-mail that I noticed after we left). Apparently one of my tires has cord showing so they couldn't complete the tire rotation, which is fine, but no one bothered to show me this exposed cord, but expected me to pay for the fix anyway. After refusing to replace my tires on a moments notice the customer service got worse, didn't know that was possible since I was already intercepted with such disrespect.I don't normally shop at Walmart and I will never after this, and after a few conversations with people I was waiting with I am not alone. Maybe they should worry less about profit margins and hold a mandatory training session for their employees on customer service.

It doesn't matter where in Ohio you go for tire at a Walmart Auto Service Center. The estimated time is usually 2 to 3 times longer than quote. It doesn't matter how many service tech are working. That's just the way it is. I have see 8 tech at one time in the garage area, and it still took 3hrs to get 4 tires, not 1.5 hrs. The other day 2 new tires only 1 car in garage at the time, but 4 service tech, and it still took 1.5 hrs. Maybe there's no team work in this dept.?

Went here twice for oil changes and both times I left and my transmission blew both times. Same day. 2 different cars. Wish I had something positive to say but I can't think of anything.

I went here to get my headlight fixed and get an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half they told me my total and I was surprised because it was much less than I expected..come to find out they could not fix my headlight because they don't have the proper tools. I wish they would have told me before doing my oil change and making me wait an hour and a half because I would have taken my business elsewhere, where they could actually fix my headlight. Very displeased with them

Arrived at 9am, left at noon for new tires. Workers take their time to chat before getting to work and are incredibly slow. Condescending staff. Only go here if you can leave your car for the day.

Terrible experience. They broke my window. I have electric Windows..one of which didn't work. They called me I'm the store to ask...I told them it didn't work and not to attempt to use it. When I picked up my car...the window had been forced down. I could see the handprints. They told me I could come back and try to talk to a manager. Now what? Anger and disappontment. I would never return.

do not go here. they dont open at 7am they open at 10am. and they dont actually close at 6 on sunday they close whenever they feel like it

Quick and easy 20 dollar oil change on an old truck. If you buy an intake filter from Walmart the guys at the Auto Care center with throw it in for free. They use Quaker oil and Fram filters. There are better oils and filters out there but it's a great bang for the buck if your just servicing a beater.

Went to get new tires front guy couldn't even ring up purchases. Complained about tires. They couldn't get my lug nuts off and said they tried all tires which was a lie because I went and took my tires off and got the new tires on elsewhere. Something simple was a waste of time there.

Everytime I come to get tires they can't be done for one reason or another. This time they told me my car wouldn't be touched for at least 2 hours. Then I'd have to wait for them to complete them on top of that. It's like they don't even want the business. I felt like I was a burden on them.

Agree with the lack of customer service. For all the time it took to talk to everyone else while I waited to be acknowledged it gave them enough of an excuse not to serve me due to them closing within 40 minutes. Should've went to Tireman to begin with. Would've been done and half way home.

Wallmarts auto care center is ok if your just taking it for an oil change they did there job but for the same price at a car shop they do a few more things for you like tire rotation check your lights and fluids as part of the oil change package

Horrible. Went in for an oil change and they broke the skidplate. Shouldn't have even had the car off the ground. Don't go here, super unprofessional.

Really great service and goods prices. The staff forgets to mention how they are going to contact you though. I think they just use the microphone inside the store and they automatically assume that you are still shopping if you do not mention that you want them to call you on your cell phone when they're done.

Always get good service at b.g. Walmart. If it's not looking good or I don't hear what I want. I just come back a different day when a different person is working. Lol

The worst customer service at a Walmart tire and lube ever! We will never return! We were quoted a number and picked it up and cost charged more!Women had horrible customer service!

Service is very good. But it is frequently under staffed and cannot do an oil change some weekdays due to that.

Bowling Walmart Auto service really need to improve. Slow service, not to reliable. Tend to forget to finish jobs.
