Recently visited and was helped by Jordan, the Assistant Store Manager, and Darius, an Auto Technician. Got a really helpful explanation on the issue and was able to see it and better understand the problem. Both were great, and they were able to give me a better rate than another company after they inspected my lower control arm. Definitely recommend them for any future issues with your vehicle!

Tom, the manager, was an ideal person to work with on the install of new tires. Everything was explained in detail, he took the time to listen to concerns, and provided a timely and professional service. The location also has a comfortable waiting area that enables one to enjoy waiting for the service to be completed. Recommended without any reservations.

Great place with trustworthy staff! Been here three times and everytime they are, honest and affordable. They explain things in terms I understand without talking down to me. So happy to have found a reliable place in Bowling Green!

I can't praise them enough. The staff is exceptionally friendly, providing top-notch customer service. Their honesty stands out as they transparently communicate about repairs, making the entire process stress-free. Moreover, their speedy turnaround exceeded my expectations. I can typically get my immediate tire service done same day. And appointments within a week. Tuffy Auto Service is a gem for anyone seeking reliable and efficient auto care. Five stars all the way!

Tom & Jordan couldn't have been more help. They were very fast and found me the best prices on parts. They even gave me a ride home from the shop, and came back to pick me up when my car was finished! I've been coming to these guys for a couple years now and they always do their best in taking car of myself and my vehicle.

Jordan was the associate that I talked to when I came in. He worked quickly and efficiently with me. I called in an hour before and they made sure to get me in for an oil change. Great customer service.

I called about a sudden "roar" from my Tucson -- something that just came right out of the blue. Thinking it was just a simple crack in the exhaust or the muffler, it turned out that somebody had stolen my catalytic converter. Apparently, they cut the pipe and made away with the damn thing in the night.Tom and the guys finished the repair in only 3 days. (It would've been 2 but insurance companies tend to doddle their toes.) The sheer sympathy and fair price that they offered blew me away. Due to tight timing and coordinating with a rental car, they even offered to keep my vehicle in the garage until I could pick it up. These guys are fantastic. Great people who care about your situation. Thanks so much!

My break pad literally fell off of my car and they were able to immediately take my car in and quote me repairs. I was in the midst of panic to say the least, but I'm able to sit in a nice clean waiting room and was offered a bottle of water to sip on while I wait, extremely grateful for them

I had an amazing experience at this location! I went in for preventative maintenance and a thorough vehicle check already knowing my vehicle had a few problems that needed worked on. Staff was able to confirm those problems and provide feedback on which issues needed taken care of immediately. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Staff worked quickly to get my vehicle back to me that day and when I went in to pick it up, answered all questions I had concerning keeping my vehicle up to date on all further preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an auto service shop in Bowling Green. Staff is extremely friendly and always ready and willing to answer questions.

One of the best places I have gone to get work done on my car. Came in for an oil change and yes unfortunately they did something that made my oil leak, I called them and they fixed my car FREE of charge and gave me a 50-dollar coupon for my next visit. Every staff member was kind and helpful and I couldn't be more happy they fixed everything. I can confidently say this place cares for its customers and fix the wrongs they do sufficiently.

Came in as a walk in due to the service engine light being on. They got me right in, were transparent about pricing, and straight forward about what was going on with my car. They were professional and reasonable overall. I would recommend their services and will be coming back as needed in the future.

I had an emergency situation and needed tires by the weekend. They were amazingly helpful in getting the ones I needed in time. They were also very easy and friendly to talk to and weren't trying to get me to buy stuff I didn't need.

I highly recommend Tuffy. The guys are great and friendly. Emmit was very friendly and got me in as soon as he could . The price was so affordable compared to others in town. I will definitely be back for all my vehicle needs.

remarkably one of my best experiences with an auto service center. Staff communicated what I needed, were friendly, and even gave me a ride to my house while they worked on my vehicle.Great and fair pricing saved me 1k compared to another quote I had received for total brake replacement. Tom at Tuffy's is awesome! He was so kind and helpful! My car got a flat tire and the staff was able to get me in with no appointment. I also got my car back very quickly! 10/10 would recommend and I will be coming back for any and all car problems!

On my way home from work, the heat shield of my car came loose I wasn't sure what it was so I called Tuffy to see if they could get it in right away to look at it. They got it in and had it fixed all within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Easy online process to get an appointment. Staff was friendly and explained what future repairs will be needed but didn t pressure me into making them same day. I can even plan what to pay when I need the work performed.It s not just good service it is considerate service.

I have been coming to this specific Tuffy for about a year now since I moved to Bowling Green, and I have always received exceptional service. The guys here are real and straight-forward with their work, labor, and unexpected service issues, asking and discussing problems before taking any steps. Great work, great customer service, and prices that beat out any Subaru dealer around.

We live over 2 hours away and our son was in BG visiting a friend. His tire lost air but then valve broke off. Tuffy was first place that came up on my search. I called and Tom was super friendly and they got us right in. Was upfront with costs and time. Tire was fixed within 20 minutes. His staff was super friendly too!
