I take my company Ram Promaster City van here to get serviced. I use my laptop to do work while I wait and they had my service and alignment done in no time! Scheduled me only a couple days out too! They make it easy to do business. See you next time

In December 2023 I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Thayer. The first thing I experienced as a customer that was off putting was I was told when negotiating they would come down 1000 dollars. I had a substantial down payment. I told them there was one other Jeep I wanted to look at but I'd more than likely be back the following day. The next day I came in and it was a different sales manager who refused to give me that price. He took roughly 400 dollars off. Even though it was known I would immediately need to replace the door hinges and fix a chipped windshield.Within two weeks of purchasing the Jeep the thermostat went out. I had a 3 month 3000 mile warranty but this was not covered. They offered to pay and preform the labor but I had to buy the part. I thought this was ridiculous, as I just bought this jeep for 24,000 dollars and had an issue immediately. I thought well, I don't want to exhaust myself with a back and forth and free labor is better than nothing. Dropped off, picked up, everything is fine.About a month ago I smelled an odor from the back right wheel. I pulled the wheel off and upon inspection I noticed the brake pads were severely worn and rusted and the caliper was sticking. This had obviously been a long term intermittent issue. Being already frustrated and working nights and knowing I'm capable of fixing it, I decided to do it myself. I paid for pads and a caliper and corrected the problem. I took in the receipts and bad parts and explained my logic. They said the manager would give me a call. I'm still awaiting that call. I feel that wanting to be reimbursed for this is completely warranted because when I purchased the Jeep I was shown a service receipt and inspection checklist that said the brakes were in good shape. It is even more frustrating knowing I left the lot in an unsafe vehicle.As of late my radio is malfunctioning and I have a door that leaks when it rains. When it's cold and I don't let it warm up, it stalls out when reversing. All common issues for this year. I believe the stalling is a torque converter issue, still researching, I'll figure it out.I'm just trying to get my money back for the brakes at this point. Like i said, they had shown me they were inspected, but I've been completely ignored so far.Totally unsatisfied, I feel completely disrespected and taken advantage of as a paying customer. I would not buy another vehicle from here. I would not have a vehicle serviced here either.

Was great experience. They were able to get my car in for service quickly and completed it in a timely manner. Price was a lot better then a quote I received elsewhere to get it done. Professional team and willing to get the job done. Will definitely return for future services.

Went in for a spur of the moment birthday present today and salesman Matt was more than helpful. Sales manager was super friendly and was easy to work with. I'm and out very quickly with a more than fair price. Great spur of the moment experience will definitely work with Thayer again. More than worth the hour drive

C: Come on Thayer. Y'all called me at the late evening after my review comment. I received an email saying that Reed had messed up on my number which was his fault. Please don't make it seem like I didn't answer my phone and the agreement we had my time to purchase and talk a vehicle due to my work. I didn't appreciate the customer service I had, so I went with another dealer and auto manufacturer that outbid your trade in value for my vehicle by $1500. I had way better customer service from them as well and purchased a vehicle. No thanks to Thayer.Response from Thayer: Thank you for you review, Vincent. Reed said he called when you asked and went unanswered so he left a voicemail and tried sending you a txt so you knew he did not forget about you. We are sorry for your reception of the salesmanager we find he is very friendly and forthcoming with information when our customers need clarification. We are open until 9 pm tonight and would be happy to help you with anything else you need.C: I never got a return call back today as promised on my interest with the Jeep Grand Cherokee L limited. Salesman Reed was a nice individual and professional. However, the vehicle they brought to me was extremely dirty and threw me off. They explained it was a loaner vehicle at the dealer and wasn't ready. But on the website, it was put up for sale. I had a negative vibe from the sales manager Mark asking a few questions about the numbers I was not familiar with. Guess I'll make my business somewhere else.

I recently worked with Thayer on the purchase of a new truck and my experience was amazing. The salesman, Jake and sales manager Mark were nothing short of exceptional. I will certainly be working with them again future and would not hesitate to recommend them for a new vehicle.

We came here to turn in our son's Ram after a bad experience at another jeep/chrysler dealer (Rouen). I remembered my favorite Honda salesman, Mark Toth, was now the manager at the Thayer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store. We son leased a 2024 Jeep Compass and turned in his Ram with no issues at all. Mark is willing to try the finances several ways/vehicles to see what works. Nicole in finance was also super sweet. This will be our go-to store for those brands and I highly recommend it!!

I was on the hunt for a Kia K5 and Thayer Chrysler made the process as simple as it can be. They showed me a variety of options and made sure everything was easy to understand. A respectable sales process was completed by Mr. Reed Duby. Reed told me he had only been there for a short amount of time and I was blown away by his phenomenal service. If you re in need of a new, used, or leased vehicle, Thayer Chrysler has to be at the top of your list when searching for one!

I bought a vehicle from Dapper 3 years ago, and today I traded that vehicle in and bought a truck off of Tyler. Would highly recommend this dealership! Tyler, and Rob when above and beyond to meet my expectations. The finance manager (Justice I think?) was awesome as well! We had a few bumps in the road to trading my car in and getting me out the door with the new one, but they handled everything great! When I m ready again here in a few years, I ll be going back for sure!

Just moved to the area and found Thayer after looking at other Jeep dealerships.my salesman Tyler was amazing and really busted his butt to custom order my 2022 4Xe. It arrived earlier than I thought and every interaction I had with the dealership was amazing. This is my 3rd wrangler and this is the best experience I ve ever had with a dealership.

I own a 2018 wrangler jl rubicon that I had purchased new from this dealership. The touch screen started to separate on it. It now has 39k miles. My warranty was only good until 36K. I called Thayer Jeep and spoke to Patrick in the service department and told him of my problem. He said let me talk to my boss and get back to you. Just a short time later he called back and said they felt like it was the right thing to do to cover it. That s what I call great customer service. Bought my CPO 2017 Grand caravan here. Al Smith's had the best value for what I was looking for within 200 miles of Toledo Ohio. No pressure, knowledgeable customer care from the finance department and my sales rep Nicole Navarre. I have bought and leased A LOT of cars and this was the best experience I have had. Go here, make the drive to Bowling Green for your next FCA purchase, you will not be disappointed.

As a professional in management and oversight of many assets and teams, I find myself paying close attention to sales tactics and customer service. I cannot emphasize how comfortable I felt from start to finish working with my salesperson, Matt Smith, the Finance Manager, Justus Smith, and the General Manager, Rob Taylor. As an out of state purchaser, I felt well educated prior to my arrival and found both my trade offer and new vehicle price to be beyond fair. Everything was well prepared and exactly as I expected when I arrived to wrap up a same day deal. These gentleman and support staff went the extra mile to make sure small details were handled quickly and and without hassle, staying after close to ensure things were perfect. If you are buying a new or used vehicle, you owe it to yourself to visit these folks. The inventory is vast enough to please most all buyers and it was certainly worth my drive . I appreciate the Thayer Team .THANK YOU!

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have had issues with service both times. After only having my new jeep for 1200 miles a service light came on. When I stopped to schedule service there was no concern for why I was upset. I also requested a loaner vehicle and they said they would call me when one was available. It has now been four weeks and I have yet to receive even a follow up call.

This is an updated review. First of all, regardless of the prior circumstances that led to my most recent encounter with the Thayer s service department, I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The service manager Joe exceeded my expectations: he consistently communicated with me what was going on with my vehicle, he was able to obtain a loaner vehicle for me to drive while mine was being repaired, and took appropriate action to correct repairs that were previously misdiagnosed or incorrectly made. It also was apparent the technician who worked on my vehicle really cared about getting to the root cause of the problem and put a lot of time and thought into figuring out what was really wrong with my vehicle.I do wish my concerns were addressed sooner and/or taken more seriously in visits leading up to my most recent repair. I think that would have saved myself and Thayer a lot of time and money in the long run.In the end, I know dealerships sometimes get a bad wrap. I can tell you with confidence that no other auto repair shop would have done what Thayer did for me. Top notch customer service. They have earned a customer for life.

UPDATE: I took my vehicle somewhere else for service and their ASE certified mechanic found that a hose clamp needed to be replaced. I did not have a leak in my radiator as the master certified technician at Thayer claimed I had, clearly he missed that. I would have been charged for unnecessary parts and labor. I was looking at $2000 in service fees with other things that were unnecessary, I paid $225 for services! Please make sure you get a second opinion before going there. Don t let parts just get thrown at your car, that s what they tried with me. Shame shame!I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR IN ORDER TO POST. Took my vehicle in for an oil change in December, left with other issues. Reported issues and was told oh it s an air pocket it will work itself out it s fine. It wasn t! Service failed to bleed the line after changing my thermostat and that caused water sloshing in dash which then lead to a leaking radiator. Only to have my radiator go out and now no one at Thayer will admit fault despite being told by service manager that the sloshing did lead to the failed radiator. But never did I have my radiator leaking from January 2023- April 2023. I brought it back in 3/4 after oil change in December because check engine came on and that s was the thermostat . Never was a multipoint inspection done on my car either time brought in so things were missed and things were not done properly. Especially when I stated in December when I came to a stop my vehicle did a sputter, which could have been spark plugs, instead they readjusted my brake calipers because they documented it something completely inaccurate of what I originally stated. That could have been something going on with my radiator then, who knows because NOTHING was done properly from the beginning. So now Thayer CDJR will not take responsibility for the lack of care or the lack of returning phone calls when first reported about water sloshing. This is not how you maintain integrity!
