I own and operate a lawn care business, so my truck is my office. Needed brakes and some new heavy duty shocks installed to carry more tools but needed to fit into my clients schedule.I was quickly taken care of at Muffler Brothers and they got me back on the road and am very pleased with the service! I will recommend them to all my neighbors in Bowling Green Ohio.

Got me in the same day with no appointment and fixed the car for over $1000 less than another reputable shop. Will definitely be back.

Terrible job got an oil change and hour later, all the oil spilled out of engine and blew engine. Do not recommend they will destroy your car. Terrible attitude as well.

Our daughter had what we thought was some sort of hole in her exhaust system. My husband researched and read good reviews and they were RIGHT! It wasn't a hole, just some rusted bolts. Do not recommend. Rude manager, I had to wait a week to get turned away because my exhaust doesn t have cats (when it does). I wasn t there for an inspection I was there to get my exhaust fixed! Lazy and rude.Edit : Owner posted a response saying my car was illegal when in reality the cat is built into the downpipe. Try again

I could honestly cry with how happy I am with this place. We were on our way from MI to FL and our car broke down. We came here first thing the next morning and within an hour they had the problem diagnosed and ready to fix for the best price. Daughter had oil change done. Quick, and cheap. We will be using them for now on! I just had an oil change and a tire rotation. Well besides not topping off my fluids, my hubcaps were put on wrong, causing one to fly off and then the others were pushing against my tire stem, causing my tires to deflate slowly. And my stability traction light kept coming on. I really hope you didn t kill all of my tires. I m not happy

They're honest and they do good work at a fair price. I've been going here for 10 plus years now and I don't like going anywhere else because of it. Scott just does great work.

Talked one friend out of getting what he wanted bc employee didn't personally like it and another asked for straight pipe they only took out his rears. Shop takes advantage of people beginning to show interest in cars and most likely other people who don't know better

I've got plenty of work done here over the years. Scott is a straight shooter. He can usually get things done the same day. By that I mean, basic muffler / pipe repair. His prices are quite good and his work is solid. Much more cost effective than anywhere else.

Very honest prices and did a great job installing new wheels and a new exhaust system on my Jeep. One of few mechanics I didn't find intimidating as a young woman with little knowledge about cars. Will definitely choose them for service in the future.

Growing up, I heard the horror stories about young women going into auto shops by themselves. They get over charged, lied to, and boarder line exploited. And I fell victim to this, but Muffler Brothers has rebuilt my trust! The mechanics are absolutely great! Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly.When I took my car in, they fixed my problem,and told me what my car needed down the road. They emphasized it wasn't necessary right now. Other car places would have told me my car was going to explode if I didn't fix it immediately, along with 1,000,000 other problems that didn't exist.so spark note version: This place is cheap, great, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I've used Muffler Brothers 5 times since I have been in BG. Absolutely amazing service and prices. If you are a college student and you are trying to save money and still get quality service you can't go wrong talking to them.

I've taken my vehicles to Scott for repairs for 15 years. He is much cheaper than the dealers. If he can't fix it he will tell you so. Family owned and operated.

Did a good job, but didnt do what I told them i wanted twice, once on the phone and once in person. My exhaust pipe broke so I told them to just straight pipe it AFTER the Cadilatic converter, and they just took off the whole thing and straight piped it all and now my car is freakishly loud. Its embarrassing to drive it. Let it scream I guess. They do a nice job, just triple check they know what you want.

Dont rent uhaul here got charged now 3 different prices on my card and said i used a dolly that i never touched seems grimmy. Wouldnt recomend at all.

I've been a customer since I moved to BG. About 5 years. They do a very good job for a good price.
