Lyric automotive llc located in bowling green oh will give you a quote, that is one price, then, when you pick up your car the bill will be hundreds of dollars more, with no reasoning. They also diagnosed another issue while our car was there, gave us a price of $3000 to fix that. We went somewhere else got another opinion and that issue was fixed for less than$100. Don't take your car here. Anne and Rick owned this before they were honest but not the new owner

Good business.This is the only one place in Bowling Green Ohio working on European cars. Price is normal the owner is honest For oil change Mercedes other closest place is 15 miles away in Sylvania and their price is triple and they continuously send me reminders for oil change, birthday cards and other ballshacking activities. For Volkswagen other closest place is Perrysburg with horrible service after tire rotation they broke my valve and this cost me worn tire and 2 new tires.

Had some front end work done. Came back 10 times worst. Come to find out both tires were about to fall off and lug nuts half gone. Will never go back. And will put a word around to let others know

Terrible, I used to go here a lot when the old owners owned it. I spent over a thousand on repairs and am not knowledgeable on car stuff so ended up paying it. Two weeks later my engine light comes on and I mentioned to call me before any charges. They said that my car just "burns oil" which is why my engine light is on and said no specific cause it just happens. Ended up charging me 140 dollars just to add oil into my car... never coming here again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Brought my bmw x3 in to fix the heating, spent about 2k mostly on the heating problem maybe 300 on another fix. Heat barely, weakly worked for maybe a week and it didnt work after that, and on top of that now that its hot i go to use my a/c that worked before i brought it to them now doesnt work either. Horrible service, the front desk lady was really nice though.

There is a reason for the expression that a good mechanic is worth his weight in gold. Because it is true! I was in BG for a funeral and my AC condenser took some road debris 800 miles into a 1300 mile trip and it was Saturday afternoon. Julian told me to drop it off Monday morning and they would check it out. Not only did he check it out but replaced the damaged condenser and had me back on the road Monday night! Julian even worked late to get me on the road. The cost of the work was very fair as well. Repairs are not cheep and unless you know about cars, you really have no idea and are at the liberty of the mechanics. It provides some great peace of mind when you are dealing with a fair and honest mechanic like Julian. I don't recall the lady's name in office but very helpful and friendly as well.I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Lyric auto and Julian. I do not live in BG but would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.Keep up the good work:)Service: A/C installation & repair

Best import service in the area. I have taken my cars here since I was 16 years old. They will tell you if something is not worth fixing on an older car. They check my used cars prior to purchase and saved me buying a lemon. Their estimates are accurate. They installed a defective part once and replaced it without any cost to me with no argument or prodding at all. I am very distrustful of car repair shops, Lyric is the exception. Their invoices actually detail what they did and why. They can be a bit busy, but their time frames are always accurate. If you own an import out of warranty in the area, look no further for service.

I live out by Norwalk and was visiting family in Grand Rapids. My car started making the worst grinding noise. I know about their great reputation so called Lyrics. They took me right in and had everything fixed couple hours later. Good people there. Very trustworthy

Great service, honest, and good work.After taking my BMW to another shop and being grossly over charged I was referred to Lyric. They were easy to work with, was quoted a price(which was nearly half what the previous place wanted to charge me) when I went to pick up my car they said they had looked at the wrong labor rate and my final bill was over $200 LESS than what was quoted, which again was half what the first shop wanted to charge.Just moved into BG and will be taking all my vehicles there!

Honest, hard working, trustworthy. I've used Lyric for five different models of imports and never had a bad experience. They don't "find" work that doesn't need to be done. Their judgement is spot-on and they stand by their work.

I went to Lyric's cause my car wouldn't start & they told me I needed to replace my starter & that my battery was fine & they charged me $450 & it worked fine & then a day later it wouldn't turn on again & I took it back & they said it was the battery this time & charged me $260. Way too expensive definitely go somewhere else.

It took one full month to get the parts and finally fix my car, the problem i went with (engine light on) cost me alot $$$ as it was stipulated that the timing chain has to be replaced and so was done, after that i was given a 1 year guarantee and told to come back anytime the problem recurrs/when i have doubts, to date from time to time my engine light still comes on then dissapears after awhile (dont know if they had resolved everything by replacing the timing chain). But one day i decided to take it back for a review as promised, I booked an appointment and brought the car on the day of the appointment and was told that i have to leave it there untill the next day but when i came back the next day the car wasn't touched at all so i decided to take it back and they promised to call me back but never did.

I highly recommend this business as it is the only place I'll take my car. I fully trust these guys and they have always taken care of me and look out for my best interests. Very good service, I had to get a battery replaced and some other repairs and they had it done within the day quite affordable as well great place. Definitely will be going back.
