Was outright refused to let me use a human run register with only beer in my hand. HAD to use the self checkout. But when I needed to show my ID (I'M 56 BTW), the self checkout couldn't do it so I NEEDED human interaction! The first time i used these machines, i was overcharged by at about $20. Nope! Will not be using your services again, thank you very little!! Oh, and the guy was the tall skinny pale dude mentioned about 3 months ago! Why he still there!?UPDATE... once again tall pale skinny dude, about midnight shift, refused to use a register for a cash sale of beer! Remember, the MACHINE can't check ID!! Any other circle K I've been to GLADLY opens a register if i say i would rather use a human than a robot. "It's the only open register! " says pale man. WORST customer service I've EVER encountered!

The Night employee at Circle K on South Main Street, the tall red haired man who wears a hat and a face mask, is absolutely HORRIBLE.I've had many people, friends and family who have gone there and said he was very rude to them. Every time I go there he always has a very sarcastic snotty attitude and mumbles mean things under his mask. I use an EBT card to pay for food, so when I purchase things, every time he scans an item he makes a comment about it, saying it's "FREE" or "GROSS" (every single time) and then he will either not bag my things or shove the items at me and tell me to enjoy me free stuff.Tonight he pushed my bag at me so hard that everything fell out and exclaimed "free" ...so I asked "what did you say? did you just say free?"(I usually say nothing as to avoid conflict)He furrowed brow and gave me a condescending tone "NO! I said $8.33" I asked him again and he got even angrier.In the past i've called and complained to the manager but he still works there...dude is a menace. I realize I could go to a different Circle K...but it's just...not okay that he treats the people in our community like this, ESPECIALLY the ones who are on Government assistance by mocking them and saying their items are "Free"

Circle K on south Main street is a convenient gas station/store for quick purchases. This was a good day for my visit. Everything was clean, there were two sales associates and the store was reasonable stocked. Now there were empty sections in the cooler case, you know chip dip and speciality drinks but for the most part it was well stocked. I do not know if they no longer offer money orders but I have inquired and they usually direct me to the northMain street store. One pump was out of service but the car wash was up and running.

I finely got waited on about 5 min. After the cashier and the woman ahead of me finished their conversation. I already know the policy about i.d . And buying cigarettes. I asked for a price on a certain brand and she was very rude telling me she needs my i.d. to scan for the price. I'm right in front of her getting my i.d. out of my purse. I said give me a second you can see I'm getting it out. She was rushing me the whole sale yet I had to wait for her til she was done chatting . This was around 11p.m. march 28th 2023. I hope not all your senior customers are treated this way. I for one will avoid going to your store

The tall skinny pale looking guy that's there now on 3rd shift is beyond rude. Want in there twice when he was working I chalk the first one up for maybe him having a bad day but the second time I went in there nobody was rude to him at all It was just me and my sister and he was beyond rude and obnoxious and then having to say something about our purchase. I would avoid him at all cost!!!!

Horrible. Polar pop was not working. Slushie machine not working. The girl working had both registers closed and was just standing there eating. She was not helping at all. Horrible service.

I frequently stop at this location for gas and this time I did not have an pleasant experience with the employees. There was a black male and a white female at the counter this afternoon. The guy seemed very annoyed and nonchalant with his responses towards me. Kinda like he had better things to do than assist a customer. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt because some people just have ugly personalities but I then notice the broad he was working with laughing after every response he gave me. So that just told me that she gets a kick out of her coworkers taking unprovoke jabs at customers. This location has a very ghetto energy about it. It's almost always something going on whether it be a disgruntled customer or employee.

The rudest women I've ever met 1:30 pm may 5th 2023. She has no business working in a retail environment. I will gladly take me and my employees business elsewhere.

The cashier rang me out, didn't say a word, and when ringing up my items the sandwich hanging out her mouth actually hit the glass divider. Took the sandwich out to talk to her coworker and could see the chunks of bread flying out of her mouth. Quality of customer service definitely been down hill for awhile now but was just gross to watch someone with BBQ fingers ring my items out and then do everything with a whole sandwich in her teeth.

"Convenience store chain offering a wide variety of hot & cold drinks & snacks. Many offer fuel." this was the description that was given when searching for this circle K. I dont know what convenient is unless you call it closing at 8pm, and having one employee at the register while the other stands there with 4+ people in line. I have also only seen hot food at this circle K one time in the last year. Also the cold drinks or fountain pops have little to no syrup, in other words no flavor its all carbon no soda. I can over look most of the issues as there are not that important but save your self time and just go to walmart or the location on main and Wooster as they will at least be open

Blonde woman who works nights is terrible at her job. Always makes sure to take as long as possible before helping me even if I am the only customer, and is generally mean every time she talks to me. All other employees are outstanding. I cannot be alone in my opinion of this woman. This is not about personal beef. This is about a woman being so bad at her job that she is risking the health of her own customers. She purposely makes people she doesn't like wait up to 5 minutesper person by having a conversation with others in line before cashing them out. She is allowing lines of up to 15 people in a very small space. That woman needs to be held to a higher standard, in order to ensure the well being and safety of the BG community.

I have been to Circle K off and on since the early 1990's. I have not had any bad, negative experiences. Recently, I found myself in need of restroom facilities. The evening clerk was helpful, pointing out the location, and welcoming me back anytime in the future that I may need said facilities again.

I have been a customer for almost 16 years going in daily for my morning cup of coffee. Just the other day the coffee makers were replaced with new machines that leave 1/2 inch of foam on top of the coffee. It was so thick the sugar would not even pass through it. The coffee is disgusting now even though the cashier said it's the same coffee. I am glad I had a free one from the rewards club because I would not pay for the stuff they now call coffee. Congrats on losing a daily 16 year customer.

Much improved since becoming a Circle K. Staff always seems stressed out. The car wash is the best in Bowling Green, however half the time the credit card scanner doesn't work.

Easy in-and-out older gas station but kept up just wish they would stop people from parking in front of the doors to do basic shopping normally can find someone blocking the pumps not using them to buy their Lotto or milk

I didn't know circle k closed at 10 pm. Also the blonde employee was incredibly rude about it when I pulled up.

Your night crew is about the rudest and worthless staff I have ever met on 3 separate occasions. I will be driving the extra distance to go to one of the other shops in town.
