Absolutely pathetic customer service and pathetic individuals. Assistant Manager Dave Bell is very unprofessional. Twice I took my car for simple fixes but they end messing everything up and asking to pay for more than I had budgeted for. My recent experience has been the worse I ve ever had in my life. If you ve a problem with your car, they should be the last people I consider patronising. I ve absolutely devastated by the service I received today

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at your Bowling Green, OH location on 01/24/2024.Upon arriving at 8 AM, I informed the front desk associate about an odd warning (low battery turn off electronics and devices) message I was receiving when my car was started in standby mode, despite having recently replaced the battery. I suggested that it might be related to the battery management sensor. After communicating this information to the front desk associate, they communicated it to the technician, I was informed approximately 45 minutes later that the battery was believed to be no good.I vehemently explained that the battery had just been replaced, was fully charged, and had no issues. Despite my assurances, the front desk associate returned after another 30 minutes, asserting again that the battery was no good. To my dismay, no tests, evidence, or rationale were provided to support this conclusion.As I questioned the diagnostic charge, considering that battery and alternator testing is typically free, I was told it was incurred because the technician had to "take my car out for a 15-minute drive." This explanation seemed questionable, especially when I sought a second opinion from the place of purchase, Battery Wholesale in Bowling Green, OH.At Battery Wholesale, the same gentleman who had installed the battery ran comprehensive tests, guaranteeing that the battery was in good condition, held a charge, had no bad cells, and was functioning correctly with no issues.In light of this frustrating experience and the lack of a clear explanation for the warning message, the failure to test the Battery Management Sensor (BMS), and the insistence on a diagnostic charge, I have reached out to Belle tire via their website. I feel that Belle Tire did not provide any valuable service, and I was merely directed in various directions without resolution when in fact, the issue was clearly presented to the front desk associate and technician.

This place forces people to give them 5 star rating. They lied to me about the price on the phone for the tire I was getting and then gave me a different price after changing my tire. I did not agree with this so they said it was a misunderstanding.They gave me a tire that exploded on the road after two weeks.

First time at a Belle Tire and had a good exsperience. I ordered my tires got a call that they came in and scedualed my appointment for thier next available opening. They are quite busy and struggling with some technicians shortages this winter from what I heard so be patient. I will definetly be returning for the little breaks in the future.

I went to tireman for oil changes and some minor repairs for years, they weren't always on point but I still went. I've known people that have had issues with them not being honest and tireman had to admit that they were wrong and rightfully credited what they lied about or screwed up. When I tell you the new BELLE TIRE botched my moms car recently, I MEAN they BOTCHED IT. That's an understatement. She went in for an oil change and a coolant flush and a couple other minor things that weren't repairs, she got her car back with no pressure on her brake pedal and a messed up brake line and noise in her tire after a realignment so she took it back and they happened to fix the tire noise and blamed it on the car itself but nothing to be said about the brakes but just said sorry, that just happens if ur brake line is bad. 500 bucks for the first visit. They screwed up and didn't do anything about it. Never going back there again. Must be a coincidence that her brakes were fine the day she took the car in but when she picked it up they weren't the same. Ps she took it to an honest mechanic and he disagreed with almost entirely everything they said needed fixed on her car. Smh. Lost 2 loyal customers that actually stood up for them in the past

This post is entirely to say thank you to Dave for being a great hyman being. I had my roomates prius and had just finished laundry it refused to start. Called one place for a bunch of apologies ended up buying a battery there and the guy recognized my voice and went into customer service mode like voice recognition worked one way (I cant make this ish up I kid you not. walked over to BellTire and Dave took less than 30 seconds to hear me and have just what I needed. No this isnt a surprise an auto place having what I needed however Dave being the exceptionally kind individual he was is worth 5 stars and the time it took to share this.

I have had nothing but trouble with getting an appointment done in a timely fashion. This only started after belle tire took over. Been rescheduled a couple of times.

could not have asked for a better experience. was having trouble with my car and scheduled a (FREE) vehicle diagnostic check. they gave me a super comprehensive breakdown of the problems, got my car in right away, and got them fixed super fast. everyone i talked to was very kind and helpful. 100% will be coming here from now on!!

The worst place to get work done. So insanely overpriced, they will quote you the lowest priced item over the phone but charge and install the highest priced without telling you.

Sucks Tireman sold out!!! Now the place is way over priced and not nearly as customer based/friendly !! Oil change went up by like 20$!!!

Come here for all my service needs. They have a full service shop that does brakes, suspension work, alignments and of course tires! Highly experienced technicians and very friendly employees!
