Service at the locations is good most of the time and the people are professional, however....*****I recommend never doing a transaction online with this business******I'm certain I made the right selections on the website, but somehow the wrong size was purchased. Not a big deal - even if it is / was an error on their part. Called the store - They can't help because it's an internet purchase. Fair enough. They said to call the number on the invoice. Called the number on the invoice and they said they can't help and that I have to call the 800 number...but the guy didn't know what that number is. Fair enough. I go to the website and call the number (not an 800 number) listed there. On hold for a few minutes and you're forced to leave a name and number. I tried this for a couple days with no response. I went to the website and completed the "contact us" form which said they would get back to me within 24-hours. I've had zero response. I called the number again right at 0800 (opening time). The guy tells me they're busy and I can leave my name and number. I said I've tried that and I need to talk to somebody. He said "we're busy and it takes time". This is the only business I've ever come across where three business days, multiple attempts made, and no response is simply because they're "busy". And if this is the case, back to my original point...If you want to avoid a headache over a simple error, do not make any purchases online with this business. I'm now forced to dispute the charge through my credit card which can take 6-8 weeks.

Took my car for a oil change this past Thursday and when I got it home noticed a scratch and yellow on back passanger door. Called them and Mark said bring it in and we will get pictures.When I arrived I let Mark know I was here. Then I waited outside for a few minutes then went back in and a couple guys were talking in office saying. "This lady claims we scratched her car but thats not possible. Anyway, the guys came out took pictures and said the heavy plastic covers over posts could not leave yellow mark on my car.The guy said would investigate and get back with me therefore; figured by Saturday at the latest would hear something, but no.I'm posting pictures and next step I guess is an attorney. They were just bought out by Belle Tire so will contact them as well.

Well, I have a Chevy, so I'm in quite often. My job keeps me pretty busy and I'm not always able to get in at convenient times. I had a headlight that burnt out recently that needed to be replaced. I originally called in for a quote, but they were able to get me in to fix it the same day.

I am happy with the work done, but my car has special rims, and on one side of my car, (the rims that were already on) line up as the spin, but they out my other side on randomly so the detailed stripes don t line up.

If it was possible I to give 0 stars I would. Rates were raised significantly, and when I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation I was informed they lost my lug nut key and could not rotate my tires. So my $90 oil change has turned into an $150 oil change. Recommend going to the dealership because they offer coupons at almost half the cost what they charge here.

This past weekend, I had a tire go down on I-75. Managed to get off the highway and get my spare on. We were able to find Belle on my phone and got there at 2:30ish. The folks there we absolutely the best. They fit us in on a Saturday busy schedule and got us back on the road by 4:10. They couldn't fix my tire but sold me one at a good price. Belle absolutely saved the day. Would recommend to anyone local or passing through.

Great service! I got 4 new tire great price Isaac lagger checked me in and was super helpful and professional. My vehicle was taken back 30 minutes before my actual appointment time. a great job on my alignment. My vehicle was at a different service center and they couldn t get my alignment quite right but Isaac was able to get everything calibrated. Wouldn t hesitate to return! Thank you!

I was out of town and had a nail in my tire. I decided to bring my car here and even though they were busy, they got to me super fast and had the best, friendly attitude. They saved me so much stress. Thank you so much for giving me piece of mind and a new tire. Top notch service.

The customer service aspect of Tireman needs work. I had an appointment at 10am. My car wasn't taken back until 10:48. I was asked at check in if I wanted a complimentary alignment check. I agreed but I didn't know that would delay me by hours as I waited for the alignment rack to be open. At 12:47 I asked what was going on and my car was done with what I brought it there for but was waiting on the rack. You would think they would have communicated that to me. I cancel this free service and walk out to the car to find they didn't complete the job. Then another 30 minutes later it was done, only to wall out and find plastic still on the center caps they forgot install from the beginning. Good price on the tires, the workmanship seems to be good but they have no regard for your time and they do not communicate or listen effectively.

Brought my truck in for a wheel balancing and one TPMS sensor. Explained to the staff that the tires were cupped and out of balance and that I couldn t get the one sensor to sync to my truck so it likely needed replaced. Balancing was completed quickly but they forgot about the sensor after I checked out so they did it for a discount. Spent another half hour there but the service was good and I was super pleased to get a discount for their mistake. No more shaking down the highway!

They put conventional in my Lexus ES350 despite my request for synthetic. The car has been in storage, I simply phoned to see if the previously oil change was a blend or fully synthetic. Pure negligence. Due to this and other events have chosen not to return. Last summer, they quoted me almost $3000 for an air conditioner service/replacement that I had done in Perrysburg for $349 out the door. Essentially, it only needed flushed and cleaned(due to it being in storage). They also damaged the plastic engine covers under the hood and didn t replace the securing bolts. I had to take it to Lexus of Easton to have it fixed. My previous sedan, there was slight road noise and even though I didn t think I needed new tires, they advised that s what was causing the issue and explained thoroughly. After waiting overnight and all day I drove it out of the lot, it wasn t the tires, it was a right rear wheel bearing! In the SUV last winter, they didn t secure the plastic cover under the car after an oil change. It fell off after leaving in the snow on Main Street (19 degree weather) and almost caused an accident with an elderly driver. Barely drivable back, they secured it with lackluster customer service. An accident could ve been thousands of dollars and an insurance claim. They charged $700 for a battery and a $15 sensor that failed in a domestic car within two weeks of the service. If you ve spent any time waiting in the lobby, you ve heard other people with their own unique issues, some outraged. THESE ARE NEGLIGENT KIDS w/out concern. They are not thorough, and do not follow instruction. Come to think of it, I have never had a pleasant experience. Take your automobiles to reputable places. Buyer beware!

I was extremely impressed with the service at Tireman. They not only did a great job on my car, they gave me detailed information about the work needed and the cost. They got my car fixed much more quickly than I thought it would take. I will definitely be going back.

I wanted a checkup for my 2017 Pacifica and made an appointment for 10 am. I was greeted upon arrival and my van was taken in immediately. In about an hour, all systems were checked, including cranking strength in the battery and it got an excellent rating. I am totally pleased with my experience at this Tireman. It was worth the drive from Toledo for service. I will return!

Great, friendly service. As a female, I feel that I get belittled of taken advantage of when I go to mechanics. I was so pleased that was not the case in the least bit. The fellas took their time and explained and answered every question I had. They took great care of me and my vehicle, were honest, and didn't push all of the extras on me like some other companies do. Will definitely be returning.

Very torn. Had to wait upwards of 3 hours before my car got serviced. The professionalism was top notch and my car runs great. If they could somehow improve time without my vehicle I'd be giving a 5 star. Quality work but took a large portion of my day off for routine maintenance.

This place definitely took care of us. My daughter is an college up there, and was experiencing some car issues. I drove up to see if we could find a shop to help. Walked right into tireman, with no appointment. Everyone was so nice, they were able to check her car right away. They set us up with an appointment to bring it right back to get it fixed up. Price was great, service was excellent, plus I was able to pay for my daughters car through a link texted right to me. Whole experience was a 10. Thank you so much, you have gained a customer for life.

Made a appointment and they said they would be done by a certain time. We received a phone call 10 minutes before quoted time that our car was done. The team at this location was very polite and professional. We will definitely use them as our choice when it comes to repairs. Thanks!!

This was my first time back to Tireman in probably 5 years due to a bad experience and a very rude employee. I needed tires quickly and after calling around Tireman had the best options/prices so I figured I would try them again. From the moment I walked in it was a whole different experience. Isaac at the counter was very polite and helpful. They were able to complete the work by the end of the day. Miles who took care of the paperwork was also very courteous. The atmosphere inside was just completely different from my last visit. Both people I dealt with were nice and helpful. Things have changed for the better and it makes me want to choose Tireman for all my future needs.

This shop was able to schedule an appointment with only one days notice. The desk clerk was able to answer all questions and honored my request for confirmation before any work was done. The work, replacing two headlight bulbs, took a bit longer than expected but the shop was very busy that day.The mechanic who did the work rolled down the car windows, one of which was not working prior to the requested repairs. He did tell the desk clerk what happened and the information was relayed to me apologetically. As I did not inform the shop of the window issue, based upon how they handled informing me and offering assistance, there were ZERO negative issues for me. I was able to get the window back up myself with no issue. I was given a reasonable quote to repair the window motor as well. This is a shop I have used in the past and one I plan to use again as needed.

Had a slow leaking tire turn into a flat. Once I got the spare on and brought it in, they quickly identified that it had a screw in the tread. They patched the tread, packed away my spare, and did it all in great time. And for a very reasonable price. They easily could have sold me another tire but they took the honest approach, as they always have for me. I always appreciate their service and honesty.

Very quick service, friendly, even went above and beyond to remove my broken rear mud flaps while doing my tire replacement. Gave me honesty opinion about my brakes that I was thinking I needed to replace, but they said they still had a some life in them. A+ guys/ gals.

Great customer service! Highly recommended! When you need to take your car there for any issues with your tires they got me in and out same day with no appointment.The only issue I had was when I went to pay using my debt/check card with a chip it declined my card had to use cash for payment. I used my card to get gas and went to the grocery store after I left no issues using it then. Hopefully going forward this is not an issue for future customers using there debt or credit cards for payment of services.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. My van is always seen and fixed quickly. Tuesday before Thanksgiving I needed to get my van's brakes and tires fixed before travel. I could see they were very busy. They promised me they would finish before I had to pick up my children from school and they did.

The best 5 Star customer service available! College town and always looking for companies that will help and support my family from a distance. Had car towed with a flat tire when store was closed. By phone I had my daughter back on the road with two new tires quickly and at a fair price. Very glad we found Tireman in Bowling Green, OH #BGSU

Tireman reinstated my hope in humanity after my tires attempted a mutiny right before a road trip, taking care of the problems quickly and with no charge. Employees were consistently helpful and the car was finished exactly when predicted. Thanks Tireman!

I've had nothing but great service, prices, and experiences throughout 20 plus years of having Tireman. And for me, it's been top notch service no matter what branch or city I've brought vehicles to for different issues. The service that Tireman has brought to me has never let me down or left me feeling like I could have gotten a better deal!! This last issue I had was a nasty wobble that I couldn't pinpoint myself over the weekend, so on my way to work Monday morning I decided to turn back and swing into the Bowling Green Ohio Tireman to see if they could diagnose the problem and find out what my options were. When I arrived there around 8:30 am , they were very busy with a possible 2 hour wait before they could take a look at it. Prior to that I informed the workers that I'm supposed to be on my way to work but didn't feel safe driving my van in that condition on the freeway 45 minutes one way. Within less than 5 minutes one of their technicians came walking out to take it for a test drive. Long story short, ended up being a broken belt in my front tire as I originally suspected. So they were able to get it replaced with a new tire and I was back on the road around 9:30 . Not bad considering there was going to be a 2 hour wait just to look at it originally!! Rating this from my last experience.Had a 10AM appointment. Car wasn't touched till after 11AM, all n all I waited just under 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Having been in the business.. I find that pretty unacceptable. Had I known they were going to be short handed or be behind, I would have had someone come pick me up but no one communicated that with me. Also didn't appreciate my seat being messed with, or my lights being turned off but it is what it is.Staff has always been nice and I do trust them with my vehicles. Waiting room is always clean as well.

First time coming to Tireman and will be coming back. I did have to wait awhile and some people who came after me left before me, but the staff was very courteous and kept me up to date on my car! It was well worth the wait. The prices aren't too bad and being in school, money was definitely important. They gave me good tires for a reasonable price. Fully recommend!

The scheduling process was very easy. They also made me aware of a coupon that I didn't know about, so they went out of their way to save me money. Quick and friendly, they had me out the door faster than the estimated time.

Took my car in for a sound that it was making . Paid $1000 and 5 hours later it still makes that sound. They either sold me a part that was not needed or they never replaced the part I paid for.Misbalanced my tires almost caused an accident costed me four new tires! Do not use the place !!!
