Retrieved U-Haul from them. Went to the U-Haul and it was left unlocked. Opened the door and it smells like something died in it. It smelled awful and it was filthy. Previous renter had an animal inside and they never cleaned it out. Service airbag light on inside, headlights are pointed inward so far it barely lights up the road and the lever to the seat is broken so I have to drive 10 hours with my seat so far back I can barely reach the gas pedal. Called them to see if they could maybe even clean it for us and was told that isn t their job and someone could have possibly squatted in it in between rentals and wasn t their problem. Horrible customer service and spent our 2 hours we were supposed to be loading and moving, going to Walmart purchasing cleaning supplies and scrubbing the thing down in the parking lot. Awful awful awful experience with getting a U-Haul at this location!!!!

Our car was stored with them for a week or so. Storage and towing prices were very affordable. Everyone was great to work with. They also do services on your vehicle.

They are very helpful and amazing people. My car was at their shop for two days and they didn't charge any storing fee or nothing, they also explained well about the issues my car could have. Very honest and very great people. I 100% recommend

Dion is amazing to work with. My husband was in a fatal car accident and his team showed up on the scene and Dion was so helpful and sympathetic in our situation. He helped us with trying to get a hold of our insurance company since they were giving us the run around for over a month. Dion took the time out of his day to always return my text messages and phone calls doing all he could in helping get this matter resolved. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Dion for all of your patience and understanding!

Probably one of the rudest places I have had to experience. The guy that answers the phone is really rude and I when I expressed the fact he was being rude he tried to argue back. He said to me If I was being rude right now you would probably be crying right now . Absolutely foul to say to a girl on the phone trying to get information about her car being there. I was confused and instead of getting help I had someone be rude.

Unfortunate circumstances landed me at this business. However they made a bad situation not become worse. They were friendly and accommodating. I recommend them to anyone who needs them. They have uhauls on site as well

Excellent mechanics! I moved here recently from out of state and was worried about finding a good repair shop, since honest mechanics seem to be few and far between.These guys were both honest and very nice, even staying open a bit later for me so I could pick up my car!I ll definitely be bringing my car back here for any future issuesService: Auto engine diagnostic

When I m stranded on the side of the road they take 2 hours plus to get there and help but when my truck is getting towed for being parked in a bad spot for 5 mins they come get it immediately

This is my favorite shop in Bowling Green and the surrounding area. When I lived there, they fixed up my Focus ST and were always chill and helpful. The guy Dylan there was especially great, and was always available and helpful in answering questions. He has a MazdaSpeed3 and it was great working with someone with such a similar car. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing some real mechanical work done, and especially to enthusiasts who want to understand what's going on with their car and feel respected by the experts, even if you're only an amateur.Service: Transmission

Had my front breaks replaced and they took care of me quickly and all was replaced. Price was comparable with others. My son's car died at work. They picked it up and replaced battery and both vehicles back on the road.

After my son had a rear coil spring suddenly break, Dylan went above and beyond to make the situation was taken care of in the best possible manner. I was treated like I was his only customer, never rushed or dismissed. They were honest, compassionate and willing to do what was necessary to help get my son back on the road after being stranded over 125 miles from home. I could have been charged anything in this situation being that all the business was done over the phone, but the final price was actually lower than first quoted. They are honest and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service.

I use BG Towing & Repair for all my automotive work. Dylan and Steven do an awesome job in keeping my vehicles up to snuff at a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. I first started using them when they would do repair work o n the semi's that I was responsible for and transitioned into them tkae care of my personal vehicles. They are a good place to take your vehicle to especially if you are a BGSU student.

I went on a Saturday (they fit me in for an emergency) and Dylan was the nicest man. Usually for women going to a repair shop is very intimidating and men will take advantage of you not knowing cars. Here Dylan explained everything to me very thoroughly, was SO nice, and had great knowledge of vehicles. I will be coming back if anything ever happens again!

I am a Uhaul and Personal Car repair customer and highly satisfied with both experiences! Best shop in northwest ohio in my opinion (and I've been to a lot with different vehicles). Dylan and Jeremiah (main technicians/manager at the shop) both know what it takes to provide excellent customer service and live up to standards they claim to have on their website. They were patient, knowledgeable, considerate, and understanding. And got the job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee done right, that no other place could figure out or fix. I will be going here for vehicle maintenance and repairs from now on.

BG Towing & Repair moved my broke down Subaru from Toledo to Sheffield Village, which is almost 100 miles, with no issues at all. They were on time, professional, polite and friendly. Their communication was clear and made me feel like they really knew what they were doing and they actually care about their customers. They used the correct equipment for my AWD car, both to transport it and secure it to the truck. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I needed a tow in the Toledo area. Great and valuable service! Starter died in my car late at night in a parking lot, towed my car around 2am and took it to the shop. Everyone was very nice and kept me in the loop (as a female, this is important). Gave me a student discount as well!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Got me in fast, sat in comfy chair,pleasant nice people. Thought I had a very pricey problem. Told me I had a different problem.cost me 1/5 of original price ..will never go anywhere else. Love them all, they know their stuff. Like to have fun, and are easy to have with. They all treat you like an old friend!, and they are honest!!!!!!

I have used B.G. Towing & Repair since 2015 for all of my vehicles. My company has used them prior to my arrival. Their service is quick, courteous, honest and inexpensive. I highly recommend them to all of my customers. I look forward to the future and all that they do for us.

I'm giving them three stars because I like them as a business but I've recently began to feel really sketchy from them and now all I hear is negative things about this place. I got my car in March of 2015 and since I got it they have handled all my repairs and I've never had any issues with getting it all done and being timely. But it seemed like every time I got my car fixed I would turn around a month later and it would be something else wrong or even more wrong. Now keep in mind I got my car in March of 2015, I also got a new battery then too because the winter killed it. Last month I had my car towed there where I find out that my battery is completely dead. And I thought batteries were suppose to last you wayyyy longer than a year but since it was something simple I was fine with it cool they fixed it and my hood no problem. Took it back last Friday to have my tourq mounts replaced got it back the same day, excellent speed in service. Today I had to leave my car at tire man because it started over heating yesterday and there was a burning smell and steam coming from my engine my oil light popped on But apparently I had oil in my car still so they think the problem is bigger. My moms pissed because she thinks it's something they should have picked up after seeing my car twice in the last month. I use to think they were good and trust worthy but every time I get my car back it's more problems and now I'm without a car again. They are nice a reasonable people with good speedy service sometimes but now I'm pretty suspect since i,just got my car back from them so use with hope I suppose. It just doesn't sit right with me that it's always a issue no matter how much I get fixed. And when I say I use bg towing and repair its always negative impact

Called the week prior to schedule an appointment. After leaving my vehicle there it was four days before they even looked at it. When they called me they didn't have an estimate ready, waited two days plus the weekend before they had an estimate. Am told they will "possibly" get to it two days later. Three days later, and I'm being told it will be a few more days. I don't know where you should get repairs done but I can recommend you not do it here.

I called for a jump start. It took him over 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to me because they had to answer a call from highway patrol. Then they said they are charging me for the miles they drove to get to the other call, because it was on the way to me. They also charged the other person for the same miles. $45 for the jump start that took 10 minutes, and $54 for the 15 miles he drove to get to me. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm fine paying for the two miles he drove from the other person to me, but they are double charging and it's just plain wrong.

Other shop couldn't find out what was wrong with my truck. Deon had it towed to his shop. Within a few hours his mechanic found the problem, called me with a quote, and had it complete before I got off work. Excellent service will use again

I highly recommend anyone in the Bowling Green are to utilize BG Towing and Repair. My son is going to school at BGSU and was going to come back home for Spring Break on Saturday when his car wouldn't start. It turned out that he needed a new starter. We called a few places and most couldn't get it done same day or wanted to charge us double the price due them knowing the situation we were in. Dylan and team gave us an excellent price and got it done on Saturday so he could drive home. If you have a student going to BGSU and your child needs car repairs, send them to BG Towing and Repair!

They have worked on my vehicle and on my daughter's. Very satisfied with the work received, reasonable pricing compared to other automotive repair shops in town, friendly service and explained everything to me.will use again :)

Waited an hour and a half for the tow truck driver to arrive, charged me $265 when all he did was pull me back onto the road (didn t tow me anywhere). Then told me he couldn t take my credit card so i had to find an atm, then he didn t have any way to give me change. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The whole situation was ridiculous and overpriced.

I have used them on multiple occasions, they were very fast, very professional and I would not hesitate to call them again! The tow operator was always kind and courteous! I recommend them to anyone needing any assistance with their vehicle!

Great folks, friendly and willing to help. We rented a Uhaul trailer for a move from them. They helped us inexperienced folks hook it up and made sure we were good to go.

Do not take your car here or let them tow it!! They can't even disconnect wires properly!! Shop owner has the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed, and dose not take responsibility for his businesses mistakes!!
