I just bought a jeep liberty from them. It was the worst mistake in buying vehicles from them. They told me they found nothing wrong with this vehicle so I bought it. 3 days later it was in the shop for a misfire. Well I thought it was a one time thing. Boy was I wrong! 2 weeks later it was back in the shop and it now been there for 2 and a half months. With more issues popping up each time they fix just one issue. The place its being fixed at even suggested getting rid of it. Take this as a waring, do not buy from here!!

Put stop leak in the engine and basically destroyed it, they said nothing was wrong with it but did put stop leak in it so obviously they knew there was something wrong with it. They also paid 300 for a car that still ran and we would have got more at the scrap yard

I like them. They usually have good buys, and I do think they're honest, but make sure you get your car professionally checked before you buy. My step daughter bought a car from them and she soon found the transmission was going out. They worked with her and got her into something else. The next car also had transmission issues. I honestly do NOT think they were trying to pull the wool over her eyes. That was just bad luck for both parties. I like them. They TRY to give you a good deal, but that sometimes means they aren't inspected as well as the big places that charge you an arm and a leg. Go, but have a mechanic check it over. They won't mind.

I would not recommend this dealership to even my worst enemy! During the summer of 2015 I purchased a 1998 Lexus from them at the recommendation of my mechanic. Make that ex-mechanic. Both my mechanic and the dealership owner swore the car was in excellent shape with no known mechanical issues and this seemed true for a bit. The car ran well for three days and then began displaying check engine lights and running ragged. It spent the next THREE MONTHS in and out of the repair shop ultimately needing every sensor on the engine replaced, new ignition coils and new spark plugs. The repairs cost nearly as much as I paid for the vehicle however it still was not reliable. At this point I had approximately the same cost in repairs as I had paid for the vehicle and it was obvious that both the dealer and my mechanic had been completely ignorant of mechanics or they were dishonest regarding the condition of the vehicle so I visited another mechanic with a good local reputation. At that time I found out all four of the exhaust converters were completely clogged and would have been clogged when the dealer purchased the car and also when he sold it to me. According to the new mechanic the issues should have been obvious and I should have been informed of the clogged converters prior to my purchase when the dealer raved about the great condition of the car. At the same time I found out the brake fluid, pads and mechanics were bad to the point the car was unsafe to drive and these also would have been in an unusable condition prior to my purchase and having my first mechanic inspect the vehicle. The cost to repair these issues is well over the purchase price of the vehicle and with the current mechanical situation the car is worthless for sale or trade in.At the very least this dealer is criminally ignorant regarding vehicle mechanics and it is my opinion that he was aware of the issues with the vehicle when he sold it to me. Given similar reviews - which I wish I'd researched prior to purchase rather than believing my mechanic - it seems he makes a habit of selling vehicles by covering up serious issues he is aware of. I am now left with a car that has cost thousands of dollars to attempt to repair and which now has a very short life span.This dealer can not be trusted to know the condition of vehicles he sells nor to report those conditions honestly to a purchaser. If you deal with him you deserve every break down and high repair you will face.

Good inventory of budget cars and trucks that are well priced, clean and road ready. Dean went out of his way to make sure that the car we purchased was not only a great deal, but it was very safe for my grandson, a new driver. He did everything he said he would, and our buying experience was excellent. I was quite surprised and pleased and will definitely will do business with Dean in the future.

Had a great experience . They where very understanding. Good men , good company,good cars nothing bad to say . Only reason I gave four stars instead of five : the Payment has to be done in 6months but if money isn't a problem then it's fine . Thank you so much autoville I appreciate everything. So if you need a car go there !!!! Now !!!

Absolutely would not recommend d this place. Sold us a CRV with a "new oil pan gasket". As soon as we got it home the check engine light came on after spending thousands. Burned oil like a mofo. Upon removing said gasket, it was torn to shreds, and put on completely wrong. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner of this company. We will be spreading the word to everyone we know in the area. This is unacceptable.

I bought a jeep cherokee from these guys. I will say first off they are all good people there but it seems like they don't know what they are selling. They told me that the truck would get about 2 years of work before it needed money pushed into them. Well within the first week i dropped 1000 into the jeep just to keep it running. Nice people but i will never go back unless they take their pile of crap bback!

These guys were very helpful. I stopped in a few times in my search for a new (used) truck. They were straight forward and very accommodating. Super nice guys! Will definitely stop there next time I'm in the market!!!

I have been buying cars from this company for years and never once been disappointed. Dean has always been straight up on condition of the vehicles. The one time a problem arose he sent me to get it fixed and it was taken care of quickly. That car was in my family for years. After I drove it for quite a long time it was given to my daughter as her first car.Dean has always been there whenever I have needed a car and I regularly tell others to go buy cars from him. I surely wouldn't send my family and friends to a guy I couldn't trust. Dean and Autoville Rock! Thanx Dean!

This may be a long read due to the fact that my issues with this company has been going on since June of this yearI bought a 2006 Forester for $9,000.00 (with cracked heads that I was not informed about) from these guys in June of 2015 and from the second day of purchase I have had issues with the truck. I called Dean to let him know that my dash lights were all on and the truck was over heating, he told me to bring it back and he would look at it. All he did was turned off the dash lights and told me if I had any more issues he would have his "expert" fix it. I never made it out of Bowling Green when the truck over heated and the dash lights came back on.I called him back and he had me take it Mo at K & E Auto Repair to have him fix it. I took it to Mo he had it for one day. He called me and told me the truck was fixed well that was a lie I never made it out of town when the exact same thing happened. So I took the truck back to him, he had for it over a week when he called me to come pick it up. When I picked up the truck I told Mo I was wanting to take the truck to Hocking Hills for my honey moon, and birthday celebrations he reassured me several times that not only would the truck make the trip but I would not have any more issues with it yea he lied a second time.We got 10 miles from our cabin and the truck over heated with all dash lights on again I called Mo at K & E Auto and he said there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. When we returned from our trip I called Dean and the Loan company and they told me to take the truck back to Mo when I told them he didn't fix it the first two times he worked on it they said I still had to take it to him and they would not pay the tow fees I had to.Well I did what they told me and K & E Auto lost my truck for 4 days and Dean the owner of autoville tried to accuse me of hiding the truck because K & E didn't have it. I had to call my Triple A rep to get proof of my tow and the fact that K & E signed for the delivery. Well it is now December and I still do not have the truck fixed which Dean is refusing to pay for the cracked heads that he knew were cracked when he sold it to me. Once my truck was found I had it towed from K & E auto to the main street station where it is still sitting because the Heads are cracked and they cant find a replacement set for the truck. I am required to still make my payments and I have not had the truck in my possession since August 17th when we returned from our trip. When I asked Dean to make this right he told me he was not going to pay for the repairs due to the fact he is all about his money.whatever you do, do not buy anything from this lot unless you want to pay thousands of dollars for a piece of crap that does not run and you want to do business with a shady business man. He does not honor his customers or keep his word when he tells you if something happens to bring back the car and he will make it right, he will not make it right once you sign the contract. He will knowingly sell you a piece of crap just to make the highest dollar possible. Not a good business to buy your car from. At this point I have to pay $1,800.00 in repairs and now I have to pay for the new heads because at first my tech from Main Street Station thought we would get lucky and it be just the gasket well its not just the gasket and there is no telling how much more I will have to fork out. THANKS AUTOVILLE THE $9,000.00 PIECE OF CRAP YOU SOLD ME.

Got a Jeep from this place it was a good jeep for about a month then things started breaking and going bad left and right The owners seem like nice guys but all their cars are lemons
