Very professional, I had a break down on my way to work, they managed to fit me in and get my truck fixed same day. They were fair and did top quality work. I used to run a car shop for many years, have since left that industry but given my experience and expertise in this field I HIGHLY recommend choosing K-Ceps to my parents, friends and extended family. They are GREAT!

I drove into town from Cleveland to visit my family. While I was out shopping with my mom and four month old daughter my tire plummeted to a pressure of 6. We called KCeps and they immediately got us in and found a nail in my tire. It was fixed in less than 20 minutes and we were on our way. Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and super friendly. They made a stressful situation a total breeze and I can t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

My experience has been so negative, that I cannot even give it a positive point, only -2 3! They are professionally quite unscrupulous and dishonest, in my case, first they said that it would take 3 weeks before they can even look at the car for an estimate, when I arranged going to another place and called them saying that I will move the car to another shop, they quickly reassembled the car and told me that the car is already being worked on!! Would charge me around $1,000 for a car wash and a mysterious prescreening! I had to call my lawuer for legal assistance. And they cancelled the charges - which shows you how "legitimate" they are. Possibly, this place is okay for small car repairs, but when it comes to serious accidents, they definitely want to profit by you as much as they can! Usually I never write reviews, only read them, LOL but this incident made me so mad that I'm spending my time, doing a community service!! For the benefit of the community... DO NOT GO THERE FOR A BIG CAR REPAIR.

From start to finish it was a pleasure doing business here! Trinity was so helpful at the front desk when I came in with a slightly disconnected bumper. The mechanic was able to quickly fix the issue and I left within 20 minutes! It was really a good experience and I appreciated how quick and efficient their service was. Kevin and his tech spent a lot of time identifying and fixing what turned out to be a minor repair, although it wasn t minor to me. After getting the one part I needed, I got my car back the same day I took it in. Great service and value! Thanks K-Ceps team!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

While driving to Granville my car indicated it was low on oil. I stopped at a few gas stations before finding K-Ceps Service Center which was the only place with fully synthetic oil. Since moving to Granville I have had my old 93 station wagon fixed at K-Ceps twice, and each time, I was very pleasantly surprised by the price. It was much lower than I anticipated. There are some crooked Auto service centers out there, and K-Ceps is not one of them, and Todd is a stand up guy.

We used this place a couple times when it was Abe s and we had an okay experience. Then the ownership changed. BEWARE if you are from out of town. They have a reputation for overcharging, especially Denison students and parents. We took our car there for a cracked bumper-insurance was involved since it wasn t our fault. They disassembled our car without our permission and went so far as to take off the driver s side door handle. They saw a claim that involved insurance and a Denison parent and had dollar signs in their eyes. They wrote an inflated claim for $3,400. I told them to reassemble my car and I d take it elsewhere. They wanted $598 just to put it back together. I fought that and then they wanted $150 for a computer scan that we had never discussed prior. I fought that and they finally reassembled it and gave it back to us. It was an ordeal. I obtained several other quotes for the bumper and at other repair shops those ranged from $592-$900 while K-CEPs wanted to charge $3,400. Beware, beware, beware. Adam Speck has published a glowing google review for this business as of 8 months ago he is one of the owners.

My car was acting up . It was surging if you will. Check engine light had been coming on and off for months, no one could figure it out. Told Todd at K-CEPs about it and he took my car in and had it fixed in a day! I said it before but I m saying it again.. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else!

That is the MOST group of people I have ever dealt with. Doesn't matter if your a single woman or a family of 10 they will treat you with respect and honesty.
