A few months ago I called K-Ceps to see if they could take a look at my daughter's car, she is a college student in the area. They not only looked at it, but did a quick repair to get her home to us so we could further repair the car as needed. She took it in again today for them to do the same and once again they were very helpful and did what they could to get her home to us so we can take it to our mechanic here for further work. Appreciate having a reliable place that we can trust and that will take care of my daughter's car away from home.

The staff at K-Cepts was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They provided timely updates. My car was actually completed sooner than expected. I highly recommend their services for domestic and high end vehicles. I have a Maserati Ghibli and my car looks great!.

Not returning my calls again. They agreed to repair their failed clear coat (their words) only after I sent a complaint to the Ohio Attorney General, which ended up with the Better Business Bureau. They repainted the roof only, per our agreement (a 2 week job). When I got the car back, they left the dome light hanging by a wire, pushed a dash button through the dash, and did something so now the shifter doesn't work smoothly. I've called multiple times to ask what exactly they did on the interior and how I can fix the shifter.

My Volvo was rear ended. I chose K-ceps for the repairs because I wanted a Volvo certified body shop. From the beginning, Kellen and Scott were exceptionally easy to work with. As the claims process dragged on, they guided me through difficult issues and even called my insurance company several times on my behalf. Accidents are never fun, but I am glad that I know of a great body repair shop to use if I ever need one again. Best customer service ever!

I was cut off on the highway and the front end of my BMW suffered some damage. After doing some research, I quickly found that K-Ceps is the place to go for any of your bodywork needs. Adam and his whole team worked wonders with my insurance company by being able to replace all the damaged parts with new OEM replacements and matched the paint to perfection. I am so impressed with not only the quality of the work completed but the overall above-and-beyond-effort this auto body shop went through to ensure I was receiving fair, equitable information from my insurance company. The inconvenience of getting in a car accident only to deal with highly unpleasant insurance agents is less than ideal. K-Ceps Team made sure I understood the process and industry standards. They advocated for me with the insurance company and provided clear, PROMPT communication. Nick Dodler and Adam Speck are both a wealth of knowledge within the industry and were a true pleasure to work with. My vehicle was returned to me, spotless and as good as new. I can t recommend this shop enough.

I would like to say I have have vehicle at K-Cept three different times over roughly 5 year span. From the first time till the last it has been quite an adventure. No matter which time insurance has been an issue. Now I have chocked that up to insurance being difficult. But until this last time I now have a new dislike of K - Cepts and now Allstate insurance they are both money grubbing LEACHES. I will never deal with either ever again. I ended up having my insurance State Farm step in to get my car back. Neither K-Cepts or Allstate wanted to communicate accept to tell me how bad the other one was. Not only have I had problems but I just paid to have a headlight installed again because K-Cepts did not install it right the first time. They say they are Subaru Certified shop ? Ps. You are not in good hands with Allstate there claims adjuster are very difficult to deal with to say the least. Ps. Car was drivable when it went in. Totaled when it came out.Buyers beware !!!!!!

K-CEPs Auto body was recommended to me through a co-worker, as having one of the most professional and trustworthy team of staff to do business with. For a long time I had been looking for a good body shop to have my 2012 Toyota Tacoma truck bed cap repainted at a reasonable price. I was well greeted by the Auto body manager (Jim) and shop manager (Chris) whom showed me around their shop and took the time to explain the paint process to accurately match the color of my truck. The staff is super friendly and the work ethics and quality the best I d seen. I m extremely happy with how my truck bed cap turned out.I highly recommend K-CEP Auto body to anyone looking for quality workmanship.Thank you guys, and Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you all.

They were completely unresponsive to my inquiries about an estimate, even after repeated contact. I'm sure they do good work, but I was forced to take what was a $2600 repair elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I was in town to drive back to Boston with my son. His muffler had separated from the tailpipe and the truck was loud, really loud. I am sure we would have gotten stopped and been ticketed. I brought it in hoping to get it fixed before we had to drive back that night. They took it right in, put it on lift and reconnected the components. I was in and out in 10 minutes and when I went to pay he said we re good . This place is a gem. Wish they were in my home town back in Mass.

I had my car towed to K-Ceps after a hit and run accident. My car ended up being a total loss. K-Ceps has been SO incredibly helpful/kind throughout this stressful process. I mainly dealt with Trinity and Garrick, they both had phenomenal customer service. they truly care about their customers. I can't say thank you enough. I will always recommend you guys!

Gave them my car because it had an engine misfire/cylinder issue. Not only did they claim my car needed a new catalytic converter they also sent me to another shop. To my surprise my catalytic converter is fine and the issue is actually an engine misfire/cylinder issue like I had previously assumed. I don't know if they failed to read to diagnostics tester right but this simple mistake costed me a lot of money just to move my car from multiple shops because of incompetence.

I had repairs done on my vehicle. There mechanic s get paid $169 an hour. Which I didn t find out until after the production was done. 11 hours to pull a v6 turbo?? Outrageous.Never have I seen a company with terrible communication, from never answering the phones, to taking days to get back to an email.Terrible company, I would strongly suggest to take your vehicle somewhere else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Transmission repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

I stopped in to get the old license plate on my car removed as the screws were rusted and I could not get them out myself after much trial. I have never worked with K-Ceps before, but I will use them often in the future. They replaced the old license plate and screws with the new one free of charge. I was so surprised. It was a quick turn around of 10 mins as well which was way quicker than I thought it would take. All employees were kind and answered my questions with kindness. Wonderful business!

K-Ceps was incredibly professional. They supported me as the insurance company (Progressive) of the vehicle who hit me(he was at fault) tried to underbid and short change my repair. They wanted to do things such as, put non new parts in structure points in my car. Something Toyota clearly states is a safety risk. Progressive agent, Mike Davis and his supervisor, tried to bulldoze me to the point I filed a complaint with ODI and CDI (accident happened in CO). K-Ceps kept me safe and informed. When my vehicle was totaled, it was totaled because of the detail in the inspection that found damage Progressive overlooked or intentionally ignored. They saw the vehicle in person and tried to ARGUE with K-Ceps to say the damage was not that bad. In the end my vehicle was totaled after taking my issues up the chain to progressive and the state. Had I not been at K-Ceps I don't feel I would have been protected. Garrick and the team at K-Ceps did an amazing job helping me. I'll always take my vehicles there. They kept me and my family safe from predatory insurance practices.

I recently bought my dream car a Chevy Suburban , it s my baby . Naturally I damaged the side only a few months after buying it :( . I didn t know a lot about body repair going into this process ; and I must say I was hard on the shop initially . However the ship rose to the occasion each time reassuring me and fixing my specific requests or going above and beyond when I was unhappy . Trinity and Brittany specifically was the best part of the experience personally owning parts of my process. They both deserve raises and are vital to the shops operations . Trinity specifically is knowledgeable all things vehicles , smart as a whip that one , and professional . Brittany s calm demeanor and timeliness was impeccable. My car was treated like a luxury vehicle and I was treated as a vip. If they can make it through me , they ll certainly make you happy . My car was also detailed better than when I bought it from the dealership and the owner took time on his day off to make a special exception for me . 5 stars .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quality, quality, quality!! I have never in my life dealt with a company as professional and amazing as K-ceps! Chris handled my situation like I was his most valuable customer and went above and beyond during the entire process! Then I had to get my stuff out of my car because it was totaled and one of his technicians helped me get everything out and off the car without acting like it was bothering him, I appreciate people who enjoy what they do as it reflects on the company values! I want to give Adam , Trinity, Kevin and all the other employees of K-CEPS auto body a big thank you. From the moment o walked in the door they welcomed and treated me like family you just don t get that anywhere you go now a days. Throughout a few bumps in the road with insurance company they always reassured me that my vehicle would be okay and I must say they hold true to there word and go above and beyond to keep there customers satisfied. I stopped in one afternoon to get a quote on repairing a small scrape on my car. The owner asked one of the workers to remove the scrape with a hand held buffing tool. It worked, and he didn't charge me anything. Although, it only took them about 10 minutes to fix it I was shocked they didn't charge me. I will definitely use them the next time I need a car repair.Service: Body & Trim

I locked my keys in my car right outside this establishment. I tried to retrieve them myself, but failed. I stopped by the front desk here and they immediately said they would help me. I am thankful for these few gentlemen and their willingness to stop their work to help me.

Body shop has you sign a standard contract than to find out they re more than double any other shop. Also charged for things that were not done. Truck ended up totaled out and they charged to bubble wrap things and put parts back on the truck but when insurance company picked up the truck they had thrown the parts into the bed of the truck and was no bubble wrap anywhere. It s a shady shop that takes advantage of their customers.

Terrible experience. Took over a month to track down parts that were purchased, paid for, and were already in their shop. Never received any return phone calls and had to constantly hound them to get my parts. Take your Tesla to Quality Body in Akron. This outfit is a disaster. Service center is great. I will never go here again. Had my BMW fixed here, they took it from the Johnstown location to the Granville location without notifying me.They were supposed to start work on September 19th and took 2 weeks to order parts after supposedly working on my car, one of the managers stated they do not order parts until they estimate from insurance and the body shop match up. This does not add up when MAG BMW said they ordered parts the same day they sent in the supplement to my insurance. I was also told that my car was not even on the books for the Granville location which was the cause of the delay.They received the parts on the 8th of October but did not send in the supplement for the price increase in parts until the 14th. It took 3 weeks for the parts to be even painted. They said they would send in my parts to get painted on the 14th, but that did not in fact happen until the last week of October.This was easily a 2-4 week job that turned into my car sitting for 2 months with them and them working on it for 7 weeks. Next time I am taking my car back to Achbach who actually fixes cars in a timely manner.Service: Body & Trim

When I stopped in to see when they could work on my car Jim went out and looked at it and said it wasn't safe to drive because of the tire. He handled everything with the insurance and they even have rental cars there. They did a great job on my car and everyone thinks it looks like new. I would highly recommend K-cep. They do great work and their employees are helpful and very nice.

K-CEPs has had a few of our cars for insurance work in the last couple of years. They are helpful in dealing with the insurance company. They do excellent work and they aren t satisfied until you are satisfied. Their time estimates are accurate and they will even help set up a rental if needed.

I had the most wonderful experience with KCEPs, I worked very closely with Jim and he took care of everything, from details about the claim to dealing with the insurance company. Communication is very important to me and KCEPs did just that! They called with details and updates in a timely manner and they also preformed the work in a timely manner. My car was in tip top shape when it returned back to me. I would recommend this company to anyone with a vehicle need!
