My car would not start in the Cleveland Muni Lot. I called AAA and they connected me with full throttle towing. Because it was 11:15 am at the time I got connected with Full Throttle dispatch I asked if possible to get a technician out there ASAP since the lot closes at 12:15 pm. 20 minutes later James came in. James was very professional and courteous. James even asked me what went wrong and I described the issue and given his experience in the 20 years in the automotive industry he was able to identify the problem in 5 minutes. He towed my vehicle to my preferred dealer (not necessarily the closest or most convenient for him) with no hesistation. Overall my experience was phenomenal and happy they are a triple A provider. Highly recommend this company.

Aaa sent them to tow my ext cab pickup i just purchased 2 days prior with a 8ft plow in it. And was informed prior to arrival the plow was on it made me wait 30 minutes after showing up trying to tell aaa "i had a trailer" just to not tow it. 22ft bed and cant haul it

This company goes above and beyond to provide service with fair pricing!! They are quick to respond, and the customer service is amazing. Between the owner and employees, they are very knowledgeable, and you just know you can trust them. I highly recommend them!!!

Was stuck an hour and a half from home. Called my auto club membership 4 times they never sent anyone (not AAA). Was getting the runaround for 4 hours! This company is not only a good towing company! They are an awesome and caring family owned and operated company that goes the extra mile for their customers! Great service and quick to respond if you need a quick tow! They are very nice and the drivers are good people! Very polite and courteous as well as being sure to help in anyway they can! I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them if you ever need a tow!

I never want to break down on the highway again but if I do I hope they're the ones to pick me up again. Sam the owner was fantastic. After picking me up and bringing me to the shop he even had one of his guys drive me 30 minutes to work. Fixed the issue with my car quickly and for a fair price. Can't thank them enough. Sam was a lifesaver! Thursday night after work had a flat tire in the rain, wasn t sure what to do. Sam pulls up to get gas for himself and was kind enough to help me with my flat tire. Called AAA for a tow and was blessed to have Tim call and advise an ETA for pickup. I got a text with a time and he was earlier than expected!! Tim was very friendly, efficient, & knowledgeable! My car was stuck in the mud with about zero traction on my tires, tried for 3 hours to get it out and I needed it out tonight so I could get to work tomorrow. My insurance contacted them and they called me right away, they were here 20 minutes after that phone call getting my car out. They were so nice and helpful and I really needed that after the week I have had, I will always use them if we ever need a tow.

insurance called for a tow, was told over the phone 60-90 mins (granted i broke down 10 mins from their business at 1130 pm), called after 2.5 hrs of waiting. mail box full n the insurance company cant get ahold of them as well. wouldnt recommend them to anyone

This is the best towing company around! When my husbands car was broke down in the middle of Akron we called to get a tow. Even though they are in Grafton they came to Akron with no problems!! It was only a few miles to the destination needed and we had the best experience with this company. Samer (owner) was so awesome and helpful to us. Made our rough day ALOT better. Apparently full throttle auto towing also includes breaking traffic laws and driving dangerously. I don't know how many trucks they have but the one that was just behind me nearly plowed into me because he was a few feet off my bumper traveling at 45 mph
