These folks are amazing! Their service level is top notch, from Debbie to the technicians. Our team was traveling across the country when we had a mechanical mishap. We had our diesel Ram 2500 towed to their shop on a Sunday afternoon and on Monday morning they had it up and running! I can't thank them enough for their hard work and fair prices! If you're in the area, this is the only place to use!

If I ever get stuck in Cleveland again, and need my semi truck fixed then Ken is the guy that I m going with. Couldn t be more appreciative of his effort, due diligence, and customer service.5/5 and 10/10

Called in for a work order, I was told they could come the following day due to heavy work load. I asked 2 times for a quote. I was told $125 for call in, $125 for each hour with a 2 hour minimum. They came out and started my truck within a hour, had someone call me about my invoice. They charged me $578 dollars to jump start my truck. I asked where did the extra charges come from because I was not told about all the miscellaneous charges including mileage. I will never use this company again.Service: Battery

These guys were great. Brought our yukpn in for a once over and they did all the trouble shooting. Really fair prices. We ran across to McDonald's for lunch while they wrenched on it. Their time estimate was spot on. We could not be happier. He also deals with motorcycles so bring them on in.

I am forever indebted to this place for the Amazing service. The owners work hard to get you back up and running. I worked with Debbie who owns the business. She was absolutely great to work with. Answered every call, kept me updated with what was going on with my truck constantly. Truck needed a new starter and they had it fixed within 24hrs. They have good pricing as well, I would recommend this shop to anybody. Thank you again Debbie!

They might be good on road calls. But worst experience for the in faculty truck/ trailer repairs.My fellow truck drivers. DO NOT go there you will be ripped off. They charge me break drum price $249 per drum which is available for $89.99 easily in the market. I took my trailer with a primary issue of trailer ABS LIGHT was on and it is still on. They keep my trailer for four days but the technician connect the marker light wire in front of me. please I request to all my fellow drivers NOT to go there. Thanks

I called them to fix a problem with a loose tire on my truck, they charged me over $2,200 and the job broke the next day, in less than 300 miles. we had to call another road service and pay again. We tried to contact them about the warranty and they did absolutely nothing. Don't waste your money.

This is a family business that repair cars at a lower price and does more excellent work than any other places I've taken my vehicles. Once you've worked with them, you become like family to them too. I have recommended them to my friends. My son took his motorcycle to them and they found the damage another shop did and showed proof positive. One of my cars they found the damage and other shop did and showed me proof beyond any shadow of a doubt. The employees I've met have been a top caliber as well.When people truly care for you, it is truly a quality experience. One that is missing in this world to a great extent.

Really happy with the way I was treated on my repair, don t usu really happy with the way I was treated on my repair. I am usually very skeptical of the integrity of auto repair, but my experience with super positive. I try to do a lot of my own auto repair but I will definitely go back here when I have an issue beyond my skill. I really thought they were committed to a win-win situation. Integrity is huge for me, and I feel they are acting with it. Thank you. Well done.

I'm impressed with their knowledge, honesty & friendliness. This combination is a rarity. They got me in quick, kept in touch during the repair process & was upfront with costs. As a small business owner myself, I understand they may not always be the cheapest, but quality & respect will always be worth more to me than the lowest price. They have me as a loyal customer. I would not use this company. They will over bill you if you are not careful (charged double dealership prices for general mtnc), they do not return calls, take longer to do repairs than quoted. Horrible company.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I lost tire pressure suddenly when I was pretty far from home, and the friendly, knowledgeable mechanic at Pfann s CPR took a quick look and assured me that, though the tire was damaged, it should make it to a dealer where I could get the tire that would otherwise need to be ordered. I left reassured both by the advice and by the fact that there are still honest businesses in the world where they ll help out a stranger without charging them a cent. If this is how they serve folks they don t view as potential customers, imagine how they must treat their regulars!Service: Tires

Okay so here is the new info The Tech Name Mark gave me over the phone.He said we bought the drums for $200 and sold to you for $249 and admit that we made and always make profit of parts not only on Labor. As I said in my last review these guys will rip you off and its been proved from their own tech. So I am moving forward to BBB and doing my duty to save my fellow drivers by atleast filling a official complain against them. Trust me guys Its not the matter of Money.

Always good service with honest feedback from the employees. Only negative and why I can t give more stars is because when I pick up my vehicle it s always dirty on the inside. Greasy finger prints along the steering wheel and door handles. This recent trip they had to remove the dashboard and it wasn t cleaned after they reinstalled it. A car interior should be cleaned afterwards and put back to how it arrived if not cleaner. This is my only issue with their serviceServices: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Was stranded on the highway called Pfanns and they picked me up within 20-25mins. Not only did they trailer my bike and I to the shop, they installed a higher quality battery and deal better than what Harley Davidson offered me!! Professionalism at it's finest! Will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Brought Toyota Prius with a bad leveling sensor. Fixed with a couple of hours. Ran a full diagnostic with all the issues on the car and told what needs to be done free of charge. Great people and very honest.

I have all my cars serviced at Pfanns shop, they kept my Nitro going for over 200,000 miles and now maintain my Equinox and Truck. For a "small town" feel, the place is cozy inside with a small show room of items for sale. They do not push "sales" down your throat to buy, buy, buy the items either. Make sure you ask questions that you do not understand as in any auto mechanic place you would go to. Great talk amongst friends kind of feel. Up front about the work, what you expect it to be and outcome of any type of project. This is a "ma and pa" place that goes far and beyond to make sure when you walk out, that you are satisfied with the transaction.Quality is far more better then price, unfortunately sometimes it just doesn't fit into your budget.

Had a very nice experience with them. If you live close they usually offer you a ride home. Owner very nice. Seemed to do great work.
