Took my car there for a leak,told Gene take your time,i have another car.A month later i call to see how it's going and he said it's ready.The gasket was replaced but not the problem. I brought it right back because it blew the same gasket again.Gene sounded like he would meet me there but after i started driving there changed it to tomorrow. BOTTOM LINE Gene needs to be more diligent with other peoples time and money especially when he doesn't give refunds.Every time you go over there he's more interested in talking than working.Service: Air conditioning

So had some major issues with my transmission in my truck and I needed it fixed. I am real leery about these big name shops were you get you vehicles worked on so I remembered R R transmission they treated me like gold there and took very good care of me I had a part they put on my truck and at the time they did not no it was a bad part my transmission pan was leaking no questions asked when I took back they replaced it on the spot I would recommend this place for anyone there hard working honest people and they will treat you like gold as well o yea the owner is such a sweet heart she made me smile everytime I seen here.

I took my van in on December 22nd for a warranty repair. It's now January 24th. I've called numerous times and heard numerous excuses. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but not once have they called me to give an update. I've always had to call them. I forgot to mention, they rebuilt my transmission just under a year ago. It never was right. I took it back once and I saw no difference in how it operated. Unfortunately, I really needed the van at the time so I learned to live with it.Last month, I decided to take it in before the warranty expired. It's a good thing the van is a spare vehicle. So my question is, what should I do other than vent on this public forum. I'm tired of calling, and frustrated.Update: It's now Jan 28th. I called yesterday around 4:00 pm. They said my van was being test driven at that time. They said they'd call back when it was ready. I'm hoping I get the call today.1/31/2020 - DAY 40 - My last call to them was on the 27th. They said they were test driving the van as I was speaking to her. I've still not received any word... I just called them... They said they were going to work on it over the weekend, so we'll see on Monday.

Fair prices, Quick turn around. Have used them multiple times, in Goshen and off Madison road, the family is always great to deal with and friendly. Have gone above and beyond for me in dealing with my problem prone land rover.

These people did not fix what they told me they fixed and would not fix it and even raised the price without consulting me first and then I was threatened over the phone, horrible absolutely horrible service
