Awesome service, my driver, Brad was very prompt and courteous. The company was quick to answer and stayed true to the time frame they had said. It was a longer tow (Amelia to Florence) but they had no issue at all. The truck was very clean as well. I recommend this company 100%. Thanks again for getting to me as quick as possible as it was about 5 degrees outside. Five Stars

The tow truck driver was so helpful. My car picked on of the coldest nights to break down. The driver worked patiently to see if he could get me running. Plus the towing cost was so reasonable. High recommended from me.

This guy went above and beyond his name was Sean he made sure I was safe comforted me and even watched my car while I went inside real quick because I left my window down and didn't realize he made it there quick and got my keys out in seconds I just love it you don't find many people that care anymore

Shawn was so immensely kind when coming out to tow me when I got stuck halfway between Cincinnati and Columbus at around midnight. He still came out and helped me out, even helped me look up an approved location to tow me two when I didn't have the most up-to-date information. He's an absolute life saver, and kept a young woman from being left alone on the side of the interstate in the middle night.

I have had AAA for 6 years and today I had waited 5 1/2 hrs on the side of the road because the first driver canceled my request without my knowledge instead of denying it so then once an hour and a half passed by, I called AAA to find out my request was canceled so I had to put a new request in then wait another hour for them to find a new driver to come pick up the car and MX towing was there within 15 minutes Great customer service wonderful people and I just can t say how appreciative I am of them and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

MX towing came in clutch when another towing company cancelled our request. They did a great job getting our vehicle out of a sticky situation without damaging the vehicle.

I was driving to a gig and my car just stopped running. I soon found out I needed a tow. I was out of my area so I googled Local Towing near me. These guys answered. The gentleman on the phone was super nice and had no problem towing me from Route 32 to Independence Ky. I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg but it didn't. I was happy with the cost. Great people made a bad experience turn into a good one. I was able to make the gig on time and they took care of everything. Highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Car towing

The other night the front axle on my car broke in a place where it was impossible to line up a flatbed tow truck. The first towing service that came out said they couldn t do it without causing more damage to it. He said I needed to have a wheel lift tow truck with dollies. Even though I have an emergency road service membership, they told me I had to call around to find somebody with a wheel lift. This was about 10:30 at night. Meanwhile, my car was stopped dead and couldn t move, blocking access to the spaces in the parking lot where I live. When I couldn t find a towing service with a wheel lift, I called my emergency road service again. Why am I doing this, I thought? It s their job to find someone. They told me that they would start calling in the morning after 7:00 when businesses open. In the meantime, they would try to find somebody with a wheel lift. By 2:00 AM I hadn t heard back from them, so I called again. This time the representative from the service said they found someone with a flatbed truck that thought he could do it. I was skeptical but I was willing to try. Okay, I was desperate. So, about 3:30 Am arrives Cody from MX Towing & Recovery. He quickly assessed the situation and said the thought he could do it, but it might take a little while. You see, my car was at a right angle to the truck, so he couldn t line up his truck with my car. Yet, Cody was relaxed and confident. He secured the front wheel with straps and jacked up the front wheels to put skates on them. This allowed the car to turn and line up with the flatbed without causing any damage to my car. Within about a half an hour, he had my car loaded up and ready to go. Thirty minutes later, he called to let me know it had been safely delivered to the shop where it will be repaired. I can t thank Cody enough not only for his skill and professionalism, but also for his friendliness and kindness.

Ran out of gas on a busy road at 11pm. Car was pulled partially into a driveway and the rear end in the road. Called them up they were very friendly and had a driver nearby to help push my car and bring me gas. Although someone driving by stopped and helped push my car out of the road and brought me a gas can immediately after I hung up I wanted to leave a review. I was gone before the driver arrived but These guys were awesome, friendly and had someone close by ready to help! Thank you so much!

Cody showed up to the rescue of 2 sisters with a flat/slashed tire from hitting the curb! Very nice guy! Even offered to take tire off for us when we got it to sisters house, but then it started pouring down rain.
