Great service at the desk. Even though I had no idea what I was doing or looking for, they guided me in the right direction. They didn t have what I needed so helped me with a few places to look. Great place to go even if you re not a car guy!

Clerk and customer who obviously knew each other held up the line. All the dude holding up the line said was a bunch of negative things about working with the public. When I said something, he had the audacity to ask me if I was in a hurry. When I said yes, he said you ll be fine. There was never an apology given to me for having to wait while they poured negativity on the public. Very unprofessional!!

Local parts store in Germantown is very well stocked and the counter guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. Always my first stop when I'm wrenchin at home.

St. Patrick's Day Luck from an auto part store with an Irish name! How fitting! I had been visiting in Germantown and was headed back home to northern VA...on a very tight schedule. I woke up on March 17th to find a gray and rainy day. Loaded up the car to get an early start and realized the windshield wiper on the drivers side (of course) was just smearing water...unsafe and impossible to see. Not being from the area...I figured I would have to go into Miamisburg or further to find a place and that would install them for me. I pulled into a gas station on Route 4 and as I was pumping gas - I looked up and saw O'Reilly Auto Parts! What a coincidence!! It was just past 7:30 am so I figured they didn't open until 9 or 10 am. WRONG! They were ALREADY OPEN! So as I was finishing at the pump, I called and spoke to a very nice representative - sorry I did not get his name - and he said not only did they have what I needed in stock IT WAS FREE INSTALLATION ! He was even nice enough to have them on the counter waiting as I drove across the street. He came out, put the new wipers on my car and my entire delay from this issue was less than 10 minutes! HOW AMAZING IS THAT? Thank you so much for a perfect location, perfect hours and perfect service.

Very helpful and patient employees. I brought a person into their parking lot that had an overheating problem with their vehicle on the side of the road. They immediately began helping them diagnose the check engine light. I was very thankful for them. I had no other way to help them myself, at the time. Thank you so much.

Very clean store found everything with ease. Customer service was excellent. I will drive 10 mins out of my way just to come to this location

Staff knows most American makes. One of that staff was not sure about a ford truck, and kindly sent him to the ford man for advice and correct parts. Would much rather wait a extra few minutes, and get the right stuff and correct answers on how to! I work on cars, and was impressed on the knowledge and honesty of the staff

This particular O'Reilly's in Germantown is a great one. Very knowledgeable and will help you out. I'd assume the other locations are good as well.

I ve been a resident in Germantown for a couple years now and this is my first stop for auto needs now. Staff is great. A gentleman by the name of Todd especially. When I go I hope to find him working because he has done nothing but been exceptional. Smiles all the time and always happy to help. Knowledgeable and great advice with local automotive help. Above and beyond and oriellys is lucky to have this employee.

Called and ordered a simple part, told me I would be able to pick it up first thing in the morning, never heard from them. Finally called about noon and said they wouldn't have it in until the following morning. This truck was supposed to be on the road to Texas this afternoon and because of them I have to waste time going to a different autoparts store that I could have done last night. Not looking good for a newly opened store.

I manage a fleet of vehicles for the company i work for and this store has everything i need when i need it. Unlike many other automotive stores the employees at this location are knowledgeable and have a basic understanding of the fundamentals. Highly recommended.

Store hours don t apply to Germantown location. Lights on but doors locked. Phone not answered.

Decent service, just stopped in to pick up an online order. I was sort of shocked that the gentleman at the counter didn't ask for identification for the pickup though.

I've spent almost$500.00 on 2 faulty A/C pumps in store cost plus the shops cost for labor the store manager is going to get all of my money back to me (his words) and he told me to go elsewhere to get another A/C pump

Had to replace master cylinder & Brake booster. The MC was a bad & the brake booster had a bad vacuum seal & was the wrong one. Were you at AUTOZONE
