Very honest and good guy. The best work around and he does everything to perfection. It took about 2 weeks from estimate to finish, but he is tedious in his work and even ordered 2 different fenders because he thought the first one wasn t good quality. My dad (Jim M) wrecked his truck, and these guys did the body work repairs. He couldn't figure out how to leave a Google review, but was so impressed with both the quality of work and the level of customer service he received here, that he called me and asked me to relay his sentiments. They were super reasonably priced, friendly, professional, and had a really quick turn around. He was really impressed with the honest communication, and hopes to be able to buy the guy a beer sometime in the near future. This is the 1st time he has ever asked me to do something like this, and that in itself really says something about the quality of workmanship and service found at this business. My name is Jen White. My experience with Rick has been great! After my truck was hit as I was driving and the person kept going, Rick fixed it for me and helped me deal with my ridiculous insurance! He was super fast getting the work done and it looks fantastic! Great communication as well! My husband and I will continue to go back!

I went here to get regular service on my car for an oil change along with my brake pads and rotors replaced and my Air filter replaced. The owner (Rick) is an great guy who cares about what he does and making sure everyone gets fair treatment and they get the best service. He is reliable and efficient. Rick took full advantage of me. I gave him five thousand dollars for repair to older car. Months went by and he told me he could not fix it. I asked for money back and he said he did not have it. Suppose to repair older car but after a longTime said he could not repair the 1968 SS Camaro. When we ask for money which was $5000.00 he said he did not have it. Dont give this guy money before repairs for sure. Now he is saying he does not remember my husband or myself. He had worked on our cars prior to this situation. I guess denial makes you feel better Rich but you know what you did. Oh yes you know who my husband and I are. You even ask to rent our house in Germantown before we sold it

Let me start by saying, Rick does do good work. The quality of his work isn't the problem, the problem is that he has seemingly taken advantage of my grandmother. Rick has had my grandmother's truck since January 2023 and was SUPPOSED to have it completed by April/May 2023 but here we are, halfway into April 2024 and Rick still has barely done anything to this truck. Actually, the truck looks worse now than when it went in. Not only has he had her truck for over a year but she's already paid him for half the work (thousands, I was there to see it). Her truck has now become a storage container for parts to other vehicles around his shop, damaging it more than it was before being taken to him to REPAIR. All we want is for you to complete the work you were hired to do and return her truck as you should've a year ago. The excuses are running out.
