We financed a bed frame that broke on us. My fiance was pregnant. They replaced it, but the metal was so cheap that it bends just laying on it. The second one did the same thing. We had to stop using it before it hurt us, or our 2 day old daughter... We called and we're told we could swap to another one, but immediately the next business day they came and picked up the frame for non payment. I'm really confused as to how this even happened. DONT GET ME WRONG. Tyler was always super nice to us and honestly the rest of the staff too! But I guess it's hard to stand behind products "Made in China" idk . . . What have have spent total by now we could have owned a solid one by now and still have it. I'd only go here if you're in an absolutely terrible pinch. Well excuse me, back to my mattress on the floor.

When I needed a lift chair for my mom after her hip replacement surgery Daveina was super helpful and friendly. She worked quickly to have it at my house before my mom was discharged from the hospital and went above and beyond. Every employ I encountered was so nice and helpful!

Amazing ppl there in one hour I had a new TV and he sit it up for me and Deliver it.i will be giting more stuff from there. Thanks to the Manager. That delivered it.

I highly recommend Logan. He was so helpful in getting a bed for my son in a timely manner. And its perfect. We LOVE IT!! Looking forward to doing more business with him. The team that brought out the bed, were very professional and nice. They put it all together for me and its beautiful. And .... they wore masks which is a huge plus and they made sure it was done right. Great group of people

The employees and management at R2O in Georgetown is absolutely amazing. They make finding what you need easy and affordable. They treat you like family and with respect. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to be a customer!!! Love my R2O family!!!

I have bought many things over the years from rent to own. It s definitely family friendly, and they are willing work with you if something ever comes up. I will have to say Jackie is the best I ve given her a lot of grief since she has been manager and she still always works with me. They definitely take care of there customers.Love Georgetown RTO

Called up to this store as our refrigerator just decided to go out on us.Well I needed a Fridge and needed it fast. When I called Logan answered the phone. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, he got the refrigerator out to me the same day so we could save all our food and drinks. Way to go Logan..Great service and understanding.

I love the staff!!! Best customer service and salesmanship I have experienced in years. When I picked up my mower the corporate delivery driver offered assistance on his own initiative I will use them for many more purchases

This is the ONLY rent-to-own type store we trust enough to do business with. We have tried others in the past based solely on the necessity of needing an item and R2O in Georgetown didn t have the product and we legitimately couldn t wait for them to get it to us from another store. And every single time we did, we regretted it, sent the product back and did without until they could get us the item. Jacquie and her staff has always found us what we wanted even if doing so meant they searched other stores inventory or their website for hours and even days. Anytime something has broken or stopped working, they come right out and fix it and if it s something they can t fix, they get us a loaner almost immediately. If we aren t currently renting from them and they don t hear from us or see us, they care enough to call or stop by just to check on us!! Their dedication and genuine care for their customers is second to none!!!

Great gang of people to work with. Many of us want new items and sometimes the money is not always there. Working with rent 2 own to make your lifestyle easier and up to date was a wonderful experience. When you sign a contract with them your not only gaining nice things, your gaining life long friends. Melinda, Jackie and the entire gang is one experience you don't want to miss out on. I have been a customer for 4 years and I wouldn't change a thing.Katie

Matthew missed out on credit for selling me a washer and dryer set just so i didnt have to driver down to Anderson to pick it up. He made it so i got my set that same day day. Awesome customer service.

Stephanie has helped us since the moment I called her. She is a amazing sales rep. We gave her quite a big task of putting together a rather large package as we wanted to switch all of our business from RAC to R2O. We wanted to get a 65" TV, living room set, fridge, and washer/dryer set and she was able to get all of that plus and additional 43" tv for the bedroom for cheaper than what we were paying RAC which was our goal. She not only got the bi-weekly price cheaper but the pay off prices are cheaper as well. She has always been super responsive and answered all of our questions. She is just a great employee and deserves to get a raise! We will be referring more people to that store because of her performance.

Logie aka Logan at the Georgetown R2O is by far the best. He helped me get the perfect tv for my husband. He was very helpful and full of life. No question is a dumb question in logies eyes. I just want to say I absolutely love the Georgetown Store. Logan is the best. Granite every time I go in there. I walk out with something. . Very polite and friendly employees.

this facility has very poor business practice of taking your money and not rebating your due amount . paid on the 3rd for a month and had product picked up on 6th. they did not on their own return unused portion to my account. when receiving my bank statement contacted them on the 26th states they cannot return that money from that far back even though we are still within the same month. pathetic business practice. so renters beware!!

They are very helpful and reapectful. We have been with them a very long time most of our awesome furniture is from r20 and we would not go to any other store or any other location. The people in the georgetown store are awesome especially Jaquie (sorry if spelled wrong) and Stephanie

These people are great if it wasn t for them we would not have the new beds for our girls and we would not have our new bed they were the only store close to us who had it and it was exactly what we were looking for they even delivered it to our local store sooner than what we thought I highly recommend them to anybody and everybody I will continue to do business with them

I personally havent rented from this location but have several friends and family that have and I will say when I am in need of something I will for sure go here. They have friendly staff and lots of things to choose from and prices are pretty fair for those who just need things on a budget.. it is conveniently located in the town which is nice as well. I will continue to refer people to the Georgetown Rent to Own!!

Wonderful staff go above and beyond to help there customers to make sure you are comfortable and you can keep your budget . Stephanie is a wonderful staff member that s always great my delighted Angie works with her and it s always very good friendly service

I really recommend r20 in Georgetown ohio. If you need anything they got it and if they dont have it they will find it for you.the staff is awsom.if you run into problems paying .they do they're best to work with you.we have been with r20 for years, bought and paid off a lot of different things from there ,and I will not go anywhere else.if I need anything that's where I ho.go.
