During all this Covid stuff plus a heatwave, I wasn't too thrilled about the long line outside. Had put off going there several times prior. The ladies that were working appeared to be efficient and courteous at the same time.

Unorganized. One person tells you the materials you need and when you bring it in someone else tells you it s not enough material. You get told not to stand inside and then the employees have to come outside to get you and are irritated. Used to be the best location ..all new workers and really a test of patience.

My agent was fantastic. Her name was Angela. One coworker acted like she hated her job and slow and not a care in the world. 3 hour trip overall. But it was the processing of alot of people.

The fact that you still force people to stand outside is overkill. If you are going to force people outside then make something to accommodate for the people, no one is trying to stand in a line snaking the parking lot over a 99.9% survival rate flu. Let s calm down now.

Freaking wow! I came to renew my license and after waiting over an hour was told the clerks computer was locked out and there's nothing they can do because the state employee she called cut her off. Now we wait a little longer to see if someone else here can help. Oh and when I told the clerk they might want to let people know there's a problem with the computer so people aren't so annoyed she said I only work here, wow!

I went there Saturday morning I had to have my driver license renewed and my tags renewed, they were very busy there was people waiting outside the building I waited 2 hours before I was able to get my stuff taken care of. I've never seen that place like that. They need more people in there working.

Wasn't to bad actually had a few customers at once and only had less than 10 min wait time in an out the door friendly helpful staff

Very efficient but just as important, if not more important, they were very friendly and helpful. IMO one of if not the best BMV to do business with. Keep up the good work.!!

I've always done well coming to this BMV. But as the area gets more heavily populated, it's time to move to a larger location and hire more clerks. Especially for Friday and Saturday. Plenty of room out behind McDonald's.

I went in to update my drivers license and get new tags. Shane absolutely humiliated me after I misheard him and announced to the entire office (multiple employees and several people waiting in line) in a mocking and condescending tone, ladies and gentlemen, quiet down for this young lady that can t concentrate. And when I tried to stand up for myself by saying I was fine and holding back tears, it was tense the rest of time I was there. He told me I need to learn to listen to him better but yet when we had already done my vision test he says come over here and let s check your vision and I had to translate that to let s take your picture for your license. He wasn t even listening to his own words! How was I supposed to read his mind! And that humiliation in front of all those people was uncalled for! I have worked in customer service for several years and I have never seen someone disrespect someone so badly in the workplace. He put his hands up and made a show of me in front of all those people. You never know someone s story so don t treat people like they re nothing. I would still shake the mans hand and accept an apology because I know what it s like to deal with the public. I feel sorry for him that he has to take out his aggression on a young girl.

Always real quick at this location. In and out... not a big location, so when they do get busy.. there isn't a lot of room inside the building.

Crowded too many people. One girl trying to do it all. Will do everything on line from this day forward we were there 2.50 hours renewing tags.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had here yet. The employee was beyond absolutely rude with how he spoke to me and for not one good reason to be treating a customer so poorly especially after standing outside in line for an hour! I will NEVER go back to this BMV!

All in all it was really nicer than the last time I needed to renew my license..Once I found my birth and marriage certificates that is..Then I waited in my car playing games on my phone until I got the text to come in.. fairly painless

Need bigger space ...need bigger space ...please, I never understood why the title office and the BMV was separate and all the people in between running over each other.... please there is space to rent or buy behind McDonald s in the strip mall.... Love our little town but it s too crowded....Peace out my dudes

Why do I have to have both my marriage license and my divorce papers to prove my name change.I moved from Texas to Ohio and haven't been able to get my drivers license.If I had divorce papers it should be enough. I had being there before and ask what I needed, so I got everything together and went back, now they want a marriage license too. WHY! It doesn't make sense. Why are they making it so hard for me to get my Drivers license?
