They pick up and deliver both of my mowers for service. Susan (office) always pleasant and communicates promptly. Service dept. does great job on both of my mowers. Really glad to have them here in Georgetown.

I had an air conditioning issue on my John Deere 3720 cab model and the folks at Ag-Pro had it repaired within a couple days and a minimal price. I've been dealing with this location since it was with the previous owners for the past 30 years. I still see some familiar faces. All in all, I had a really good experience.

Very impressed with their service. Took a little longer than expected to repair my lawn tractor and as the crew was working through a new system at the store we had some communication problems but Lane and the crew went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. and get me mowing again. The outcome was fantastic. Thanks guys.

One star there employees think they can flip people off who patiently wait behind them to leave a restaurant. This is not an employee I would want working for me if I was the owner.

I brought my broken mower deck to Georgetown in the back of my pick-up. A guy from service came outside and looked at it. He told me how to fix it and what parts I needed. I went inside and bought the parts. I went home and had the mower running again in 3 hours. This saved me 3 days wait if I had to leave it for repair and probably $200 in labor cost. I am very grateful.

Bought a z735m great mower love it would have been 5 star but when ordering the mower I could not get one of the attachments I wanted cause they couldn't get it for a few months not their fault as they were on back order due to covid they are mostly good friendly people working here wanting to help you any way they can but their inventory is depleted

JD Equipment in Georgetown, Oh is an outstanding company and I am a committed customer! I came in frustrated after dealing with a John Deer Company in Amelia, Oh. It was obvious costumer service was important to him and JD Equipment. Damian is knowledgeable and a professional salesman and an asset to JD Equipment. We found it refreshing to deal with a honest company that has integrity!

They were completely useless. Looked like they had my mower cutting hay fields. took 2 weeks to diagnose the issues. Failed to cover anything under warranty after they called and said it was fixed. were taking parts off new machines and changing them for old ones. Total disaster.

Called to see if they had the parts in stockFor my Stihl Weedeater, The guy stated he had to order it and I said how much, he gave me a total I said okay, I go there to pick my stuff up and added some 2 cyl oil and a spark plug and the lady told my total I said why so much, she did every thing to convince me it was right,So I added it up for her and said now where s the diffence cause I m not paying that, she said there a $10 Freight Fee on any thing they order and the worst thing about this is they don t tell you this when you order this and then when I asked about the total tried to hide it,Be up front and honest and let me decide if I want to pay $70 for $50 worth of stuff I could of ordered and probably will off line for $40I work hard my money let me decide how I spend it
