Arrived at 11:01. Online says 11-3 on Sunday. Waited 10 minutes, and still have the doors locked. No answer on the phone number listed and no recording of hours, if changed. Hours not posted on door either.

The gentleman that work here are always polite and willing to help you out on things you may not know. Just had to buy a battery for my wife's car and hands down they have the best prices for most things other companies charge way more for. Great store great workers.

I travel through lit of states dealing with different parts stores every single day. I'm assuming because I wasn't a regular that they just didn't care to deal with me. This was my first time coming to this establishment. But next time I will travel the extra 8 minutes to drive to fremont ohio

Most any part you need in stock, or can order to help finish your automotive needs. Friendly, knowledgeable staff more than capable of serving each and every customer professionally and personally

We are not from Genoa. We were coming home from my Uncle's memorial service, still 45 minutes from home, when our car broke down. Thankfully, after investigation, it was an easy (yet obscure) part to replace. Here we were, in Genoa, so far from home, not knowing what to do. Saving grace: Napa Auto Parts of Genoa and Bauman Ford. The salesman drove Ben there, and the two men at Napa looked and looked for the part. They found it!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you, for being human beings, who care about people, no question. The two gentlemen there today, Saturday April 6th around 2:30-3 pm, Ben and I say thank you!!!

The website says open till 6pm on Wednesdays, here at 5:10pm, 4 cars in the parking lot, lights on doors locked. Very frustrating.

I drive from Perrysburg just to go to this Napa because the guys in there seem to know what's going on. Excellent service and every time I go in there somebody is cleaning the floors. Lol

Nice peoe who work there who are willing to assist with anything you might need. Little on the pricey side bit quality parts with warranties.
