Absolute best auto repair facility in North America. Joe is also quite possibly the most friendly guy I've met. Update 2/24/22 Joe will sometimes reward customer loyalty with a hugUpdate 3/16/23 brakes and an oil change was done better than a Nascar pit crew and the constantly smiling and inviting staff make you feel as though you're being wrapped in a large warm blanket of excellent customer service! Joe's hugs are also still the BOMB! 10/10 would recommend

Moved to Genoa 3 years ago and started using Joe. Always been skeptical about mechanics as I never had one that was both reliable and honest. Nothing but great experiences here. Will take all of my vehicles here going forward. Honest, reliable, fair prices. If I move, will still bring my cars here. Highly recommend.

It is called Joe's now, instead of Genoa Car Care. They are very straightforward and reasonable. They do free estimates. They are better than "chain" mechanic places" (like Midas). They've helped me twice now.

Is now joes automotive. Broke down in the area and made it to them. Diagnosed problem quickly, had part delivered within a half hour and sent me on my way A+.
