Mike Schlosser did an incredible job helping me out and getting me in the exact car I was looking for! I called him out of the blue on a Thursday and asked for a specific vehicle and he got it for me the next day and made the whole process simple and streamlined and made me happy to be his customer! I have only been inside once. I came to see if the dealer would confirm some of the same answers I got from the people I purchased my truck from. They said some warranty work I need to have done can be done. The dealer where I purchased the truck said it couldn't be fixed. I have not made an appointment yet to find out if they are correct or not. Very nice people in their service department.

Just basically swapped my 2016 VW Beetle for a 2016 Dodge Journey with equal mileage. I only payed the taxes and associated fees. Both vehicles in excellent condition. Rick and the rest of the sales staff were professional and friendly. This is my second vehicle purchased from Baumann , and it definitely won't be my last. Thank you all.

Staff nice enough I suppose .. detail department leaves little to be desired. Until I questioned if they were going to detail it there would have been spilled something in cup holder and dog hair inside along with what they didn t cleanup. I guess spending $30,000+ doesn t include even a half a@@ detail job.

My first time buying a vehicle online without seeing it in person. Josh made the whole experience great! He kindly answered all the questions I had and personally inspected the truck himself to confirm it s condition. Josh, the online buying process, and the excellent condition of the vehicle, along with the prompt delivery from many miles away all combined to make for a pleasant experience.Thank you to Josh and the whole Baumann team! We had a great experience at The Baumann Auto Group in Fremont. Everyone in that dealership were exceptional and super friendly. They treat you like family. Our sales manager Chris Beck made us feel welcomed and made the buying process seamless. Business manager Marty Messmer was also a pleasure to deal with. We drove an hour to see them and we would do it again next time we are in the market for a newer vehicle!

Julie was very rude and actually hung up on us when we didn't understand about submitting to the insurance adjuster. Would not recommend due to staff being unprofessional, rude and generally uncaring. Can't believe the disrespect we were given regarding this situation. Shame on This company.

Vehicle went in shop on May 16th due to car accident.Was supposed to be a 3 day job As per insurance quote.I had to contact them a.few times a week to find out what was going on with my vehicle, Due to the fact that I was getting calls from rental car company Saying my car had expired, because it was taking more than the allotted time.Finally after 3 weeks of them having my vehicle they repaired the damage that was done due to accident.But upon picking my vehicle up there was a new dent in the hood.They said they would fix But it would take another "5 hours." They informed me I could bring it back at my convenience, but is it really convenient that they put a dent in the hood when they were working on the rear end of my vehicle. So now when they have my vehicle for these said "5 hours" Are they going to give me a vehicle to drive?

Friendly service at time of purchase but very untrustworthy. My son sold a car to them after leaving the service and that went well. However, we chose to use them two other times with poor results. My daughter bought her first car here and check engine light came on the day after. Brought it back next day and we believe it was simply cleared. Brakes were shot day one, and found out within a week that there was a massive leak in the air-conditioning system as well as a failing transmission. The car is shot. They attempted to sell one of our friends a car with major issues as well. I don't believe they properly check their used inventory. They clearly just push cats out the door. We shelled put over 5000 in repairs in the first 6 months without return phone calls or anything. Terrible experience. Would never do business with this group again. My daughter's now stuck with a car that massively underwater and not worth continuing to repair.

Have bought many many vehicles from Baumann Auto in Fremont. Both from the Chevy dealership and Chrysler dealership. All my cars get serviced and worked on at both places. Never had any problems of any sort. Great service and attention from Jodie the salesperson I always deal with. And always a pleasure dealing with Jay and Matt at the service dept. Have built a great relationship with these folks. 5 stars all the way. Keep up the awesome work.

I set an appointment a week before dropping my vehicle off, I set up a ride with my neighbor to get the service done.Dropped the car off Thursday, service supposed to be done Friday. I call Friday at 4 and they say there isn't any record of appointment and no work has been done.Waste of my time and my neighbors time, now I have to hope our schedules line up again to find somewhere else to go.

They have been very efficient in taking care of my car including letting me know when there are recalls. It's also nice to deal with the same person almost all the time.

Had an appt. for an oil change...resonably priced with quick service...need air filters changed which were brought to my attention...price inline ...a bit high but I pay for the convenience of someone changing them for me...also talked about purchasing a new car and salesman Mike friendly and up front on info. and how it was in my best interest to wait since I have a lease and still serveral mos. to go with pyments. Very good experience !

My experience was not with the dealership. It was with the most likely a dealer trader. He rode my bumper jumping from the right lane to the left lane...back and forth several times. I was driving 78mph and he passed me like I was standing still. The license plate number was 146D58. He needs to slow down or get a non-driving job

I had a very frustrating experience with the Bauman Auto Group. I found two cars I liked on line, sent a message regarding the vehicles to see if they were available. They were. However, one was in Tiffin and the other was in Genoa. Katie, worked with me on line and made arrangements for the Tiffin vehicle to be available in Genoa the next morning at 8:30am. She informed me that I would be meeting with Grant. However, I received a phone call later stating that I wouldn't be meeting with Grant that I would be meeting with Nick. The next morning, I received an email from Nick confirming my appointment to see their stock of brand new Dodge Journey's. I responded , that I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle I am coming to see the (2) 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. My daughter needed a car and so did I. I informed him there may have been some miscommunication regarding this. The drive is 40 minutes, 3 minutes before arriving at Genoa Baumann auto group, I received a call from Nick. "I'm sorry, we just sold the 2011 Equinox from Tiffan and someone put cash to hold the other one. I wasn't offered the opportunity to hold these vehicles. I made the drive all the way to Genoa for 1 vehicle that didn't exist and the other was being held? I left very upset, drove down the road and bought two SUV's from Rouen. We had the best experience ever!! Our sales person made up for the bad experience we just had and made my daughters first car purchase amazing! Here is the kicker. That same evening, I received another email from Baumann auto group , "New inventory selections , handpicked just for you. It was the same two SUV's that I went there to look at in the first place!
