Not too sure about everything. Wanted a bowed piece of glasses but the man here said it would cost me about $500.00 cause it was being shipped from Florida so I declined. He did give me a fair price on 3 glass shelves for the cabinets I inquired about.

Thank you for fixing the damage my Great Dane and my kid did to the two window . Much appreciated! They're very polite and courteous. Excellent processor for glass repair! Definitely recommend them!

After a little miscomunication, I was able to get my truck into this fine, family owned business. Trying to support small business within the community and was very pleased with their effort to make things right. Would recommend and definitely use again in the future.

If you need a window..windshield anything go here! We had a broken windshield and I called Safelite like I had before..they wanted 475.00...I said ok..but then got smart and called local..220.00 out the door 2014 Acadia. Call them! Super nice too.

I had a new windshield put in, and the job was done quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond by taking me home and bringing me back so I wouldn't have to wait.I'm a very satisfied customer!!!

Took a frame in that would eventually go on a coffee table. We measured and I asked for certain measurements. He wouldn't do it. He said it would be too tight. He offered to do it his way. I said ok because he offered my money back if it wasn't going to work. It looked ok at first. I took it home and set it up and found it to have way too much space on the sides length was perfect. So why does he allow length to be tight but not the width. I took the glass back and he gave me my money back but still refused to give me the length I wanted. Yes I wasn't happy. My lesson is get what you want but don't take the project in. He's a nice enough person but I believe it's bad business anywhere to refuse something a business has but doesn't think it will work and refuses to give it to you. It's my responsibility isn't it? I wouldn't ask for a refund nor should he give it. I just don't get that. I went to another glass business and got the size I wanted. It not only fit good I still had room to remove the glass from the table. I think all seasons glass needs to re think things. Or not. I will tell as many people as I can in different media options to beware. Am I upset?

Gives you a price over the phone and then when you get there it raised by 40%. I gave exact measurements and description. Glassworks in Mentor gave me a cheaper price than your original quote but tried to use a local business. You are the liar! I have the recorded conversation and will post the link to you tube. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY!

Darold, the owner, is helpful, knowledgeable and his work is top notch. The only place to go to when you need an odd size plexiglass window, replaced, for an older door frame or windows replaced.
