Went to see if I could get help with a solution to make it easier to ride my bike. Dwayne and Jarrod were extremely helpful. They made a prototype for me. Stopped in the next day and they tweaked things a bit and I left with a workable solution. They were fantastic and have a customer for life. I would recommend them for any bike needs you have. I'll be stopping in at Geneva on the Lake to taste the offerings at the Wine & Ale house. Thanks guys for your assistance in helping me get back in the wind.

Husband called 2 times a month apart to a quote on working on our bike for basic work, was told they would write it up and call back with the prices, never got a call back either time. Now they won t answer his number when he calls. They will answer my number tho?I guess shame on us for spending 1,000+ dollars there a year ago on parts because we like to use local businesses before online or big retailers.I would recommend Bob Sharp on main st in conneaut tho! He s very knowledgeable and a very nice guy!Unlike this place!

Goblin Cycles is a Dunlop Pro dealer. I went to them and they were able to get the tires I wanted for my bike at a good price. They charged $25 per tire to fill and balance them (I took them off the bike - I believe that if you ride it, you should know how to wrench it). They had them done in 2 hours. Other Places said to drop them off and they would call in a day or two. The other shops also charged HD service department prices.....ummmm, nope. I will be going to Goblin for the next set once I put 20,000 on this set of Dunlops, like the set that came off.

MYSELF AND SEVERAL OTHER RIDERS WERE OUT IN GENEVA FROM CLEVELAND WHEN A BUDDY'S BIKE NEEDED A TIRE REPAIRED , THEY NOT ONLY PULLED THE BIKE IN MINUTES AFTER OUR ARRIVAL WITH NO APPOINTMENT AND MADE REPAIRED AS NEEDED THE OWNER AND HIS STAFF ALLOWED US TO HANG OUT FOR 2 1/2 HOURS TILL THIS NASTY RAIN STORM CAME THROUGH AND DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE LOL... THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY TODAY AND I'M SURE WE WILL MEET AGAIN !!!

I called last year to get some work done.he said he call me in a couple of weeks. NEVER heard back. Guess don't need the business!!!
