John and his wife did another beautiful job detailing my F-150 pickup. They previously did a meticulous job detailing my 2011 DTS Caddie. That is why I was a follow up customer. Tires, door handles, window trim and Tonneau cover were also dressed with protection added. Photos don t do it justice. (Cloudy day) In addition they delivered my vehicles to me in Madison from their Geneva place of business, which I 0appreciated very much. Great value!Service: Exhaust tip polishing

Just got my 2018 Ram 1500 back from these guys and let me just say WOW! Very impressed! Truck was filthy before I took it in and now it looks better than new! Can not say enough good things about them, if you are thinking of going anywhere else, don't! If you are thinking of coming here then do it! Very pleased!Just had my 2022 Ram 1500 done and once again I was very impressed with the results and attention to detail. As always can t recommend enough.

Want an awesome job! We won a contest and had the chance to have one of our cars ceramic coated and it looks amazing! Even fixed a small spot where the number wasn't lined up and out of place! Experience was great and very easy to deal with. Drop off and pick up went smooth and was able to work around our schedule to pick up and drop off. Definitely recommend getting a detail done and having that ceramic coating put on!Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Engine detailing, Wheel washing

My 2018 Honda CRV never looked better! The ceramic coating really made it look sharp. The owner was very polite and knowledgeable about the product. Great establishment to do business with. Services were exceptional, knowledgeable about the care and products used. I have had my Golf R for 6 years and it s polished to perfection looks better than the day I brought it home. It s my daily driver so it s seen it s fair share of road debris and scratches for it to look this good care was taken. I will be returning with any car I own. Thank you Jon.

What a great place to take your car. I had my car graphene coated about a month ago. Getting an appointment was super easy. Jonathan took a look and gave me all my options and we decided on a graphene coating. The car was pretty much new ~1500 miles on it. He sent me pictures from the decontamination process while my car was being worked on. I thought the car was pretty good when I bought it. When Jonathan was done with it - it was amazing! I will take all my cars to him! I rarely make referrals or do reviews, but I would not hesitate for a second to send business his way. Thanks for doing what you promised Jonathan!

It's all in the name. Flawless job! I set John up with a very big job to clean up my newly purchased 04 Yukon. He did everything expected and then some. On top of all of that the price was very reasonable. I'm recommending everyone to John at Flawless Cleaning and Detailing from here on out. In and out in one day. Flawless Cleaning and Detailing was very professional. I took my new 2022 Ram Truck to get their expert opinion within my budget on which areas of my truck would be best protected by applying ceramic coating and PPL. They kept me up-to-date with pictures during the process. My truck looked amazing when I picked it ip. They took a great deal of time to explain the after-care process as well. Took my car to John and he did a fantastic job. It looks brand new! I was comparing some prices between other detailing services and John was definitely the best bang for the buck. I got the trophy winner package which included a wash, two-step paint correction, ceramic coating, etc. as well as an interior cleanse and sanitation. My car has never looked better! I would definitely go back and I would recommend to anybody looking to get their car detailed. I've had my Pilot detailed by Jonathan a few times. Each time it has been absolutely FLAWLESS-pun intended! He gets the job done in a timely manner and I've never found even a speck of dust in my car after he's done. We also got my husband's truck detailed. My husband said it was the absolute BEST detail job he's ever seen on a vehicle. Even a new vehicle off the lot isn't as clean. His truck had an critter infestation that we never even suspected. Jonathan called/texted right away to let us know about it and to tell us he was taking care of it. Won this service through the Ashtabula County Veterans Services Commission. Had my wife's van detailed, which showed serious signs of heavy use because we hall around 5 grand kids, three pre-teens. Extremely happy with the work done. The wife said it was like we just picked it up off the show room floor. I plan to use the service again for my other vehicle come next spring. Let s start here. The car looks absolutely fantastic, better than I could have hoped for. I had paint correction and ceramic done on my vehicle, they were timely in getting it done just in time for my road trip. Jon at Flawless takes lots of pride in his work as well as his business and truly works for his costumers and their needs. I will, with no doubt be bringing my vehicles here for years to come. Thank you to the team at Flawless for making me smile like a little kid!

I have had 3 vehicles reconditioned by Jonathan at Flawless since meeting him in 2017. One brand new off the lot 2018 Dodge Charger, a 2010 Dodge Charger with 150k+ miles and a 2017 Dodge Ram Rebel with 17k miles. He made the 18 have the deepest gloss you could ever imagine with a ceramic coating. People would comment almost daily how nice it looked. The 2010 had severally used paint and he brought it back to looking better than most newer cars do. On my 17 Rebel his work was again amazing. The gloss and shine is amazing. Looks like a brand new car should look like. We couldn't be happier with the results! Our car was so neglected that we expected that certain issues could probably not be remedied. We were blown away when we went to pick up the vehicle. It looked just as good( or better) than new. We will not hesitate to use Flawless in the future. I had my car graphene coated, the windows protected, my wheels coated, and my interior detailed by Flawless.The quality of work was above and beyond what I had expected. I was given updates and pictures of my vehicle while it was being coated throughout the whole process without even asking. I felt I was in very good hands. Jonathon even went to the great lengths of dropping my car off to me while I was at work. He treated it with the upmost respect. He didn t miss one inch of my vehicle throughout polishing and coating. She looks so beautiful now, and I have flawless to thank. I found his pricing to be very fair and he was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company and will be a returning customer. I had my minivan detailed here after it underwent years of abuse with two kids. There is nothing that makes me think "kids are the worst!" more than when I remove a car seat that has been in place for more than a millisecond. The ability of a small human to deposit toys, food crumbs, small bits of broken glass, and crayons numerous enough that I could repurpose them into candles that could light a medieval castle through the darkest days of winter -- it is quite breathtaking. When I opened the sliding door on the van after John was done -- there was not a trace of child stench in there. The food crumbs -- gone. The mud caked on the back of the driver and passenger seats from incessant kicking -- gone. The dried up hot chocolate smashed into an unsuspecting captains chair -- gone. I could absolutely fool someone into thinking that I own a minivan because I like them -- not because I have kids that I need to cart around.I highly recommend John for your car detailing needs. I had not heard of Flawless and I needed to get my 71 Cutlass detailed before putting it away for the winter. I called Jon and he quickly got me in. He did a great job both inside and out. Car looks great. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely have him do it again when needed.

Had Ppf installed and it looked bad from day 1. Visible stretch marks and fingers after about a week. Took it to another installer today and they were shocked at how bad a job was done. They even pointed out that these guys cut my headlights so now I have a bunch of cut marks when I pull the Ppf off.Reply: even you said block a chip did a bad job. I've talked to a new installer who is going to do everything the right way. You wrapped my headlights. But I don't trust you with my car after making permenant score marks from your razor. You are very unprofessional and your replys to others who leave negative reviews prove it. Good luck to you... You'll need it.

Very pleased with Jonathan and his work! I work almost full time out of my car, Jon listened to my needs, did a great job with my full size suv and delivered my car back to me in almost new condition! His fee's are worth the service! Will be back again and highly recommended!
