We recently purchased our 2017 silverado from Dan. He went above and beyond to make sure all was right. When you are buying used cars you never know what's gonna happen it used. You don't know how the last person took care of it. Little things can happen when its actually being driven. But Dan stand behind what he sales and makes sure it is running as it should. Will definitely be coming back when our teen is ready for her car!!!

Thank you so much to Solid Rock Auto Group!!! My husband Scott and I had the best experience we have ever had with purchasing a vehicle! Dan and his son helped us from beginning to end, making the entire process seamless and relaxed. We received an amazing deal, the even held the vehicle for us when there were multiple buyers. There was even a gentlemen there this morning ready to purchase the vehicle, but Dan and his son were men of their word and held the truck for my husband and I. We are very happy with our truck. Dan is the man!!!! After going to over 10 dealerships new and used getting the normal no credit bad credit blah blah speeches saying they could get me in this or that sending my information to 7-8 banks each time hurting my already avg credit, Dan told me every outcome just from his knowledge of doing this by what I make what I wanted to spend my down payment an what I estimate my credit to be. So trust me when I say these other dealerships might wanna help you get a car, solid rock wants to help you get YOUR car, something you picked out not something those other dealers want to put you in. Do your self a favor if you re in the market for a car or truck a wanna avoid the run around go to Solid Rock ask for Dan!!

Dan is a really down to earth guy and he was very transparent in everything he said. If you're financing he searches for the best rates and does everything he can to get you a payment that's within your budget. Buying a car can be stressful but I felt like I was just hanging out at a friend's shop, very comfortable experience. I'd definitely recommend going to solid rock and seeing what they have if you're looking to buy a used vehicle.

It was a long drive and well worth it. The owner Dan Ryan knows his vehicles. My husband can't stop talking about Dan's knowledge of everything. I am happy and most of all my husband is happy. The price was great and Dan made sure my husband is happy. Thank you for going above and beyond for my husband.

Great owner and associates there. Convinced us not to get insurance we don't need that's already provided. Very nice guy and helpful. If you are wondering why you should look into getting a vehicle from this dealership just think how it is leaving knowing that you are not getting screwed by higher charges, hidden fees etc. We are looking for another vehicle from them for my fianc� hopefully soon.

Easy to work with gave me as much time as I need to even get my down payment together. Also I haven't had my new to me 2014 Ram 1500 for a week and got a transmission fluid leak, call S.R.A.G and they had my Ram towed and repaired in 24 hours...

Solid Rock Auto Group is running this non-roadworthy Chevy Avalanche through a local auction with a bad frame. It s not even in the tow row. How could a good business feel good about selling this to someone? There s cords literally trying to hold the fuel tank and frame in place. This frame would snap if this truck were put onto a lift at a shop. What a disgusting business. You all should be ashamed! I will never recommend any vehicle from Solid Rock Auto Group after seeing this!

Bought a 2012 lift van. The owner was very patient with us as we decided. No pressure sales. The van was a great price compared to other comparable vehicles. Thank you for being understanding with my family as my son was having a rough day. He now calls the van his magic school bus and we re loving our adventures in it.

Dan was very easy to talk to his son as well. Very informative! I told him the payment I wanted with a five year warranty got as close as he could with good credit not the best with zero down. I don't know much about cars but Dan himself took me in back and walked over whole car with me.Much appreciated! I had a issue with a stuck caliber a couple weeks later he basically dropped everything he was doing and said I'll look at it he saw a issue and replaced it same day I think that's awesome!! Ty Dan

In town for a couple days and had an issue with my car that needed to be repaired. Dan was able to get my car in same day and fixed multiple issues for a very reasonable price! My family has been going to them for years and we ve only had good experiences.

Dan is a great guy and very helpful. We recently had a deer total our escape, I called Dan and he gave some good counsel on what to expect from the insurance company and how to properly deal with them. He was able to get us into a very clean Navigator. The wife is happy. So I m happy. Thanks Dan and everyone else at solid Rock.

The prompt for Google reviews says, "describe your experience." In a word- Fantabulastic.I stopped in last week to look at a car and explained my situation. Silas listened and did not try to talk me into something different.I found honesty and integrity, rare qualities indeed for a used car dealer. I found compassion for my situation. This is a truly professional auto dealership. They have a wonderful selection of vehicles from trucks to family cars to sports cars. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to answer questions, be accommodating, and give full disclosure of the vehicle's history. This was without reservation one of my best car buying experiences. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone without any reservation.

I would highly recommend solid rock auto. Dan and Silas are excellent at what they do. They are personable, honest, and they make the process simple. I recently brought in a vehicle to be looked at and it ended up needing a new engine. Rather than just replacing it, Dan first did some research on my behalf and found that the replacement would be covered by the original manufacturer. He even towed it over there for me. I ve purchased two vehicles from him and I ll certainly be back for the next one. These guys are great.

After numerous big dealerships had told me I won't give you anything for you trade in and here is the overpriced used truck your looking at or there's the door I was done truck shopping till I called here and after talking to them I made one more stop they were not pushy they helped me on my trade in and got me into the truck I needed great guys professional honest stand behind there products awsome place thank you so much

Wow the experience I had here at solid rock auto was amazing . The car I got was cleaned before I picked it up and runs so smooth and I couldn t be happier . The crew here go above and beyond to help you out with wether it s financing or preference of vehicle . They had an amazing selection, all of there cars are well taken care of and good for the money. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a reliable place to find a car. Super professional.

Not very Pushy but wasn't very thorough on over looking used vehicles .. they do the robot replace slap a sticker and send out the door. No I haven't purchased but I do know 2 people who has. . I do understand used are used for a reason I get that and everything can't be caught .. but the 2 I know who did purchase has those not big problems but a bunch of minor issues that arise that become that annoying thing .. such as bo backup camera could easily be installed vehicle had side impact which the buyer missed it me being body man it was pretty obvious the door skin has stretched metal that makes the door much less lighter and floppy as you will causes door sensor to beep 5x 5x .. yes if you have a ford you know .. front grill missing 3 bolta that causes the grill to rattle .. ya i know 3 bolts no big deal .. several other minor things that add up .. i did change my stars and the wording.. the people are cool down to earth straight forward . 4* for that .. but the little things are what I commend on .. the 3 bolts or a backup camera slapped on ..

My husband and I went back to Dan for vehicle number 4. He is amazing. Very straight forward, and always goes above and beyond to make sure that we have the best experience. It has been 6 years since we have seen him, and he remembered everything about us. Tell me any other car dealership that can do that? We will continue to go to Dan and Solid Rock Auto Group for every single vehicle that we need. I wish that there was an option for more that 5 stars! He deserves them all. We could not be happier.
