My alternator went out in my truck this morning and I was scrambling to find somewhere that had it in stock. Reached out to Dan to inquire and he truly went over and beyond! Sent someone to pick one up from his Newton Falls store and even beat all the other competitors pricing in the area, by $35. If you're going to support a local business, this is the one. Thanks again Dan!

I sent my daughter to get a new battery in her truck and the guy said I ll have to order the battery just because he didn t want to install it. I had just talked to them and they had it in stock. Damn near $200 for a 5 minute install is shady to lie to my daughter. She went to Newton Falls and they were great. Very Unprofessional Gville

The best auto parts around. Where else can you go to get this kind of service. Dan and Terry are extremely knowledgable and go way above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. If they dont have it on their shelves they will order it in for you same day with no charge. This is how customers should be treated.
