I ve taken my car to Johnson s several times. Brent, the owner, is professional and kind. Brent and his team only fixwhat i bring my vehicle in for, but will let me know of any other issues they see. There s never pressure to get the issues fixed at the moment, and I appreciate the heads up.I work right around the corner from the shop, and multiple times they ve picked me up or dropped me off.I find the prices are reasonable and fair, and the work is quality. They stand behind it. Just recently I had a lower ball joint that they put in, go bad (because everything is junk anymore). They warranted the part and replaced it at no cost to me.(Plus they vacuum out my driver s side floor mats!!!)

I heard nothing but good things about this shop but my own experience isn't to the point I can't get anybody to answer the phone to make my appointment. I guess they're not interested in new business.

I have driven by this garage a million times but never use their services until today. My car kept stalling out. The timing was perfect, two days before Christmas! I managed to get it running long enough to drive it there. The owner was friendly, polite and very helpful. He said they would look into to give me a call. They did exactly that about 90 minutes later. Allen spelled out a number of possible problems and then suggested the most practical and also least expensive solution. They were exactly right in their diagnosis in the car runs like a dream now! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Friendly, honest, which is critical, polite, and very reasonable on pricing. I highly recommend this garage to anybody with mechanical problems in the Garrettsville Hiram Windham areas!!! Had a question about a vehicle I have been having issues with fixing myself. Talked about the issue, and he told me how to correct it myself. He did not pressure me into bringing it in, so he could bill. Stand up place IMO. Now fingers crossed his solution works. Thank you.

You have to trust someone who are comfortable with. Owning a special wheelchair lift equipped needs and I really appreciate the efforts put forward with another alternater replacement today after another careful look at a battery -tire signal ? I recommend this place to anyone that wants a fair price and quality work! I went for an oil change and not only did they change my oil but did a full inspection of my car and put air in my tires. I went back a few days later because there was a noise coming from the car, and they checked and fixed the problem for free! This definitely is a great service garage. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They will go over options with you so that you don't waist money on unnecessary repairs. They take SERIOUS pride in what they do and it shows. They clean the shop head to toe every night, that is truly amazing. Anyone that takes that much care of their tools and shop can definitely work on all of my vehicles because you know they are putting the same pride into your vehicle as well!

The owner, Brent, is very easy to work with. If he thinks you can get away with driving the car a few more months without fixing whatever is wrong and it is safe to do so, he will let you know. He is very considerate of your time and your budget.

Brent, Alan and his team are great. They have serviced our vehicles with honesty and integrity for years. There have been times when Brent has looked over our vehicles with no charge. What I also like is that he will tell you if a job is too big for him. That's what I call honesty. Thanks for putting up with our crazy family Brent. Glad to have you in Garrettsville.

The mechanics we're friendly, they did quick work, and had decent pricing; but they missed a very obvious brakeline leak. He said he checked all the brakelines and couldn't find a leak and I checked it a couple days later and realized my brake fluid container was below the minimal amount. I saw brake fluid shooting out by my rear wheel after pumping the brakes... that's a serious mistake. My wife could have had the brakes go out and who knows what could have happened. I then angrily called them to tell them their mistake and the guy said he checked everything and there were no external leaks... No leaks? The whole reason I brought it to them is because I knew there WAS a leak and I didn't feel like messing with it myself! Now I have to go fix it after paying them money to do a job they didn't do. I told him that he didn't do his job and I wanted a refund and he hung up on me. I do not recommend Johnson Service Inc.I will add that their was another problem with the vehicle that they did do a good job fixing as far as I know.*Update*So I just found the bad brake line.... Here's a picture. Does that look fine to you guys!??? Heck no!

Johnson's was a ripe off and very dishonest people who instead of doing the right thing put my kids in danger. I went there for a front end alignment and when I picked it up they said it drove great but I had a brake line leaking. So I take it to another garage and they said their was no way they could have done an alignment because I had a very bad ball joint on the front end that it would never aligned. And said there was no way a professional would ever miss it and when I picked it up from Johnson's they said they drove it and it was driving great but when I let go of the wheel it went straight for the ditch. Never again will I ever take a care there...

I ve known Brent my whole life. Worked on my moms car, now I bring my car to him, too. A very dedicated and professional individual, with a strong and solid team behind him. I ll always bring my vehicle to Johnson s, and you should, too!

I recently had a older SUV that I purchase inspected because it sat for a few years. They were honest about what I needed and what wasn't worth the investment. In addition they stopped a squealing serpentine belt that two other shops couldn't fix. They will be my go to mechanics for all my automotive needs.

They do the job right, at a fair price, and BACK THERE WORK ! They finish the job WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL BE DONE and they don't turn down the little stuff either, they don't blow up the time it takes to do a job to make more money, there good people 2
