Jon and Loren are such GREAT people who have always been are deeply concerned about making sure your vehicle is fixed correctly. They honor the warranty if something goes wrong and are true to their word. They are very fair with their prices and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is completely done to your satisfaction. My husband Alan and will not go anywhere else, only Auto Rehab because we are customers for life. We've been customers since they open and you couldn't find a more trustworthy and honest place to go.. Thanks for doing such a GREAT job..

Well i have been taking my vehicles to Auto Rehab for some time now. It's time i give them a shout out. Took my vehicle in the other day and got next day service. Very pleased! Quality work at a reasonable price. Just down right good people. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else! Thank you John! It took awhile to find you guys so don't go anywhere.

Wow! Great Service and Customer Experience. My Jeep Liberty blew a water pump and John got me right in. Not only did he fix the water pump but figured out why my Jeep was making a popping noise. The last service shop I went to never bolted the engine back after changing my oil pan. Thank you John. I would highly recommend this shop to any of my friends and family.

Very pleased with the service I received. Took my PT Cruiser in for electrical problems and in less than 24 hours had my car back. The cost was extremely reasonable. Will definitely be bringing both of my vehicles in for work and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Automobile Rehab of Garrettsville Ohio was a real life saver on Columbus Day 2020. We suffered a major mechanical problem while traveling East on Route 80 to New York. Triple A referred us to Auto Rehab and we were so glad that they did. It was the best auto repair experience we ever had. A hidden gem. Jon Martin, the owner of Auto Rehab, went well out of his way to help us out. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful and understanding. He patiently explained what the issues were, stayed open beyond regular operating hours and moved us to the top of the list so that we could continue on our way. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet. To boot, the whole shop was extremely attentive to safety issues in the middle of the COVID crisis. The shop was clean and had an array of historical auto parts and memorabilia to examine. Most importantly was the service level and honesty that we encountered. To get parts for our old 1997 Range Rover would take weeks. However, rather than saying that was the only way to go, collecting a large service fee and keeping our car for weeks, he instead suggested a much less expensive interim repair that would get us on our way. Thanks to Jon, we were able to arrive safely back home that night after a long cross country trip. If you ever have an auto repair problem in Northeastern Ohio be sure to think of Automobile Rehab of Garrettsville. They are there for you when you need help of any kind. Truly a wonderful experience in trying times or any other time.

Thanks again for the timely fix on the jeep liberty. My wife and I are always working and this is saving us money. I would also like to add the work you did on my Mazda RX8 6 months ago puts a smile on my face. A friend of mine said he is surprised you allowed me to buy after market parts and have you give them a try. The dealer set was $2000 more. Much appreciated and thank you.

I had a great experience with Auto Rehab! I had to get my car towed to their garage. It was making a horrible screeching noise. They were very friendly, kind, and professional. Discovered it was only a rock stuck in my brake pad. They took the time to take off the tire and find out the problem. (It was closing time too) They were kind enough not to charge me. I don't think many garages would do that!Highly recommend!!

I must admit I really don't like going to car repair places, but John, Lauren and Mike have changed that. Don't let the chandeliers and classic cars fool you into thinking this place only does restoration work, they do all kinds of repairs. Best of all they are friendly and do great work. They even offered to drive me to work when my car was being repaired. Sincerely recommended!

I took my 2006 GMC Sierra in to get looked at, ( just had a new motor installed and I wanted to make sure everything was gone over ) John did a great job he fixed everything I wanted fixed at a reasonable price he was very professional and with a great attitude. I definitely will be going back .

John has worked on all of my vehicles and I trust the work he does. We recommend this shop to friends and family because we've always been treated fairly and they won't try to gouge you on pricing.

I took my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee there to have an alignment done. Mind you the car just came out of the place I bought it from the day before from having the tie rods and stabilizer spring replaced. The place I got the car from does not do alignments so I took it to Automotive rehab for the alignment. The Jeep went in with no leaks or lights on. Now after them taking two hours to do the alignment by security system is on and won't let the car start all the time and the transfer case for the 4x4 is leaking now. Call and talk to John to let him know what is going on and he tells us we can take it back there for them to look over it and then we can take it somewhere else and get their results and then if it can proven they did he will refund me for the alignment. I will not be going back to this place and I will not recommend anyone to take their vechile there. No problems prior and now all these problems..
