They do great work and there are very thorough. They Check your air filter and all your fluids. They don t try to push extra products on you. They recommend and if you don t want it, They don t pressure you to go ahead and get it. I highly recommend Strickland Brothers. Thank you guys for doing such a great job every time I come in. First time getting my oil changed at Strickland Brothers, overall a great experience. You don't have to leave your vehicle (which makes it handy if you have kiddos). They are great at explaining everything, friendly, and professional! I will be back for the next change!

Stopped for the first time today to get my car serviced and in all the years I ve had a vehicle this is the first time the fellas at a service center didn t talk to me like I m an idiot and at the same time taught me something about my car. George and Breydon (I hope I got the names right) were through but quick. I normally dread going to the service center but I m honestly excited that I ve finally found a place where I can get the work done, know what they are doing and feel comfortable. Thanks again guys really appreciate it and will be sending all my girls that way

I ve been getting my oil changed here for a couple years now and these guys are always super professional and fast. However today when I got my oil change was different, one of the workers by the name of Braiden Burnett went above and beyond for me. Without me asking he told me where my exhaust leak was coming from and even took a picture with my phone for me. I love this place but this was the first time one of your guys went out of his way and didn t stop at the bare minimum. The manager George was extremely friendly and helpful but Braiden was incredibly awesome and you guys should give him a raise before you lose him!

Friendly and thorough service. Not only was the service fast but they also too the time to top off all the fluids and checked the air filter . I would definitely recommend going to Strickland brothers for your next oil change.

I came in today with a few minutes left before they closed. The gentlemen there were were absolutely friendly and professional and clean cut in appearance. When the technician showed me the new oil on my dipstick, it showed only 1/2 full. When I told him that it should be at the "Full" line, he said he'll add another 1/2 quart of oil, then it still wasn't showing full. I let it go while thinking, "At this cost, $90 + fees & taxes, I'm thinking that I will not visit here again. On top of that, my receipt showed that he checked my wiper blades, when I was specifically waiting to see if he would check them. He said that he did, but I know that I waited for him to check specific things, but he never did. It also shows that he actually "Added" windshield washer fluid, but he didn't do that either, because I asked him not to, because I like to add my own WINTER washer fluid. He said OK. He never checked my tires for air pressure. When I asked him about that one, he said that I have to request for everything to be done. What?Why is this oil change over $100, but there are no more automatic point inspections? Again, I will not ever visit Strickland Brothers "10 Minute Oil Change" again that actually took about 20 minutes, yet nothing else was done.

First time there. Tech got some info from me, changed the oil, oil filter, topped off washer fluid, checked coolant, tires, wipers, and air filter. They are also veteran friendly. Will be a regular from now on.

I love the convenience of getting an oil change in less than 15 mins. Friendly, attentive service techs. My husband gets a 25% veteran/military discount and we appreciate that.

Technicians did something to my mass airflow to knock it out of order during oil change. Started acting up as soon as I left. Car keeps sputtering and stalling. Towed it back to the Gallipolis location. Where the manager refused to accept any liability. Towed car back to Athens County. Car has less than 60k miles. zero issues before service at this location. Outta pocket for 108 miles of tow, cost of repairs, etc. won t be going back, ever. Stay away from this location. Only gave one star because I can t leave zero.

Great customer service, very accommodating, quick, physically tell you what they did.Had me in and out in a jif! And were super nice the entire time!Price was on the higher side but still within $20 of what I pay for a high mileage car, but their hospitality throughout the process was impeccable!BRAVO!! (P.s to the public- there was a supposed 2.5 hour wait at Walmart )

Back on Sept 19 my wife and I went to the gallipolis SB to have the oil changed in our 2022 buick encore with 12000 mils on it. We pulled in and they started their work . They take our information and tell us they are training and new person. It all looks and sounds official. They try their normal up sales for wipers and filters and we decline. They come to us and tell us that since it took longer then ten minutes they would give us a 10 % discount that made the price 93 dollars. Fast forward to November 4 we are on a trip and leaving michigan to come back to our hotel and the check oil light comes on. I get us to the hotel and let the engine set overnight check it first thing in the morning I go ans check the oils and it's not even touching the dip stick. We head to the nearest Walmart and explanation what was happening and ask them to give the car a fresh oil change and tell me what they find out . As it turns out the oil filter was loose and barely on the car and leaking oil. We thank them for the help and head home . The next day my wife calls the manager there and trys to explain the situation he processed to talk over her and push blame toward us because she was calling him out for their mistakes. He had used their services a few time before but after that we will never go back there and we have called there corporate offi e Ns made a formal complaint.

Got an oil change on November 27th. Had to drive my truck to Georgia because my dad was having heart surgery. Kept smelling something on my truck and just figured they spilt a little bit of oil. But the smell got worse. So when the rain finally stopped I was able to climb under my truck and see what s going on. From what I can see they didn t tighten the oil filter all the way and oil has been leaking out all over the bottom of my truck. I called and told them and they said they will not do anything unless I bring it into them. They are over 600 miles away. Are they trying to blow my engine?Don t go to them. Yes it may be 10 mins but it s not guaranteed quality work.
