We recently have had some misfortune to need some work done on our vehicles, The staff at Smith Chevrolet has went above and beyond to help us solve our issues and were able to fix the issues with no major issues! it is good to know that when your garage gives you a price You don't need to second guess the work or the price. We have been dealing them for years and never were overcharged nor were we taken down a rabbit hole of just replacing parts to see if we could get the problem fixed! Proper diagnosis = proper fix at a fair price I wish I could give them 6 stars

Had our 21 Blazer in for service and tire rotation. It was taken into the garage on time and finished in less than an hour. Service manager Mike Null and his staff were friendly, prompt and informative. We ve always had our Blazer serviced there and it s always been great! Thank you Smith Chevy.

Wanted to let you know this was the fastest car buying experience I've ever had. Danny my sales guy was great so was John the fiance manager really made me feel at home.I wish all dealerships were like this, I drove from Toledo 4 hours away to get this beautiful 2017 honda accord and they filled the tank up for my drive home definitely 5 star service.

The service manager Mike Null and his service advisors have zero customer service skills. In my personal experience, on more than one occasion, they treat you like you are inconveniencing them for bringing your vehicle in for service.I had an 8AM appointment this morning. I was there at 7:30 and checked in with the service advisor when they unlocked the door at 8AM. I told him I was going to wait on it. The items they had to do should only take about an hour to maybe an hour and a half. I also very specifically, in front of Mike Null, said that I needed to talk to the mechanic assigned before starting work on the truck.At 8:40 I walked down the hall to service and my truck isn t there. I find it sitting outside. I didn t say anything. Then at 9:10 I check again and the truck is in service and a mechanic is under the hood and working on the truck.Mike Null was standing there so I voiced my dissatisfaction that they sat on it for over an hour and didn t come get me before working on it.Mike Null started shaking his head and laughing and turned away to get a cup of coffee.I then went to find the owner. He was not there but I voiced my concerns to a senior executive, though I did not get his name.After the service was complete I went looking for Mike Null and couldn t find him so looked for the senior executive and couldn t find him either.So I left dissatisfied and nobody really cared. I will not take my vehicle to this dealership again. I ll drive vs being treated that way again.

I stopped to set a time for some minor fixes for my pickup truck. They gave me a date about two weeks away and I told them at the initial meeting what the problems were so they could have the necessary materials. I showed up early for the appointment and waited for them to open. They had me on the schedule with the problems I had stated. I waited an hour and forty minutes when the service manager came into the waiting room with a clipboard and told me the same problems that I had told them two weeks early and told me that they would order the parts and call me when they came in. I'm dumbfounded that first, the parts hadn't already been ordered and second, that it took them an hour and forty minutes to tell me what I had already told them.

Worst experience I've ever had with auto repair. They had my vehicle for months, ran up a $2200 bill, and didn't even come close to fixing the problem. From what I can tell, they put little to no effort into a diagnosis and simply started throwing parts at it. All of which I had just recently replaced. I told them that, and their response was that my new parts were bad. I'll go out of my way to make sure they never make another dime off of me. I gave my vehicle to a friend to work on, and he had it fixed in 2 days. Pathetic.Addition: When I went to pick up my truck, they had taken the bed off to change the fuel pump (which was recently replaced and still functioning properly) and completely forgot to tighten any of the bed bolts down. I made it 1/4 mile down the road, and my bed was about to fall off. I took it back to them immediately and told them the problem. After driving the truck for a couple of months, the bolts are loose again. It's ok, I'll tighten them myself. Thanks, guys.

Don t have your repairs done there, I had them do my car and I got it back after a month and the engine blew up that day because of no oil in the car, apparently they don t know how to check the oil or test drive anything before it goes back to the owners. It was in the shop because of hitting a deer and the front was smashed bad, they should ve checked the engine, how stupid! I will NEVER go back and will warn as many people as possible to stay away from them greedy low lives. I would ve gave them negative stars if possible

My review is regarding the Collision Center (body shop) even though on car wise I left a negative review regarding the automated system telling me work was underway on my vehicle and updating through the week, which was false as work had not even started. I expect delays, but someone should notify the customer as soon as they know. That said, the bodywork of this shop is impeccable. It is as good as if your vehicle had just rolled off the assemble line. Yes, that good. Highly recommended.

Drove 2 and half hours to try out some vehicles, salesman was super nice. When it came time to deal, they barely budged on price, notice they still have the vehicle on lot, hmmmmm

Kelly was pretty rude and acted uninterested in doing any business. I have great credit and also wanted to trade in a GMC but she couldn t do better than absolute bottom dollar. Thing books for 10K. But I can t get more than 4K credit value? Get out of here.

I stopped by the service department yesterday 7/13/2023 to inquire about a couple minor things that should be covered under warranty on a 2022 traverse. I was told I bought a used car and the dealer I bought it from should have fixed the issues. The vehical has just over 34,000 miles on it it still under factory warranty and also has extended warranty. Beware taking your car here for factory warranty work especially if you bought it used.

Service/Shop is great to deal with. The alignment tech is spot on every time and very thorough. Had taken new truck to a commercial tire sales company for new tires only to have them misbalance tires and misalign the vehicle. Made appointment at Smith s , dropped off vehicle,when it was finished they called and I paid over the phone. Very professional and convenient. Truck is perfect again. Thank you

I bought a car over a year ago and was never given a 2nd key to my car ,after dealing with this person and that person and trying to figure out how to get a 2nd key for my car he personally got a hold of me and stayed on top of getting me one .after what seemed liked forever he got hold of the guy and he personally called to let me know I'll be getting my key.THANKS S

Drove 5 hours round-trip to buy a car. Arrived to find it had been falsely advertised as a better trim than it really was. Staff did not go out of their way to make it right. After some back-and-forth, left with an adequate deal for the car, but was not encouraged to leave happy.Additional facts: The staff is friendly. The GM is loathe to budge on price and needs to work on his customer relations. The office itself is a smaller, somewhat up-to-date building.

Just had to a key made but the service was excellent. Scheduled a recall notice service after meeting the staff. The gentleman in parts went overboard to help me. They are quite busy in the service department. Must be because they do excellent work.

The people are friendly enough. I was offered bottom dollar on both trade-ins I had evaluated here. Also had an issue with the body shop breaking something on my car and refusing to take care of it. I always try to deal locally when purchasing a vehicle or getting repairs but unfortunately I won't be doing any business here in the future.
