We have gotten a few things thru RTO Gallipolis. We have been customers for years. Cody is awesome. The 2 guys that delivered our TV and stand were awesome. They have worked with us thru hard times. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

They came and hooked up my washer and dryer and they were super polite and showed me how to use these high tech gadgets lol .. So glad to be able to wash laundry today.

Love every thing about my local Gallipolis r2o and whenever it comes down to it they understand, definitely Kierstan , along with the others, if you have something she / they don t have in and you ask they personally order it for you, I m completely satisfied with the new comfy couch (bed) I received today, which this was a special order and of course Kierstan made that happen with my request, we ve been with them for a while now and never have any problems and or issues , if you haven t thought about renting from them I highly recommend and suggest you go see my pal Kierstan and let her hook you up, they make payments for you to afford as well

Kody was the one that hooked me up and i asked a bunch of questions and he helped me a lot. He was nice, friendly, and really helpful. If I go back it s gonna be with kody.

This place is awesome! The workers are very nice & polite. They make you feel welcomed when you go inside the store & are always available to help but also give you space to browse around. They do Facebook lives regularly & they make it fun to watch. If you need anything head on over to Rent 2 Own in Gallipolis, OH.

Great customer service! I've purchased several items from this store. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and knowledgeable sales staff. I highly recommend them. My wife and I went into the Gallipolis, Ohio rent to own yesterday 05-04-2021 looking for a new living room set. We was the only one in there besides two workers which I didn t get a name but one was a big guy that was tall and a little blonde girl. We was in around 10:15am. We looked around and the two workers passed us numerous times and the big guy make eye contact with us but neither one ask if we needed anything or if they could show us or explain anything about the furniture. They was very cold and unfriendly!!! We felt like we was not wanted and we liked a couple of their living room sets but the way they was acting towards us like we shouldn t be there, we decided to go farther down the road to Aaron s. We walked in to Aaron s and they treated us like gold!!! Everyone said hello and ask if they could help us and we ended up buying a beautiful set from them!!! They was so helpful and friendly!!! Rent to Own in Gallipolis, Ohio need to train their employees to be friendly and kind and act like they like their job!!! I ll never go back or recommend them the way they acted with us!!!

This store has very friendly staff. Besides being friendly they work with their customers when they need it. I have purchased many items from this store. Products have been in good shape when I received them. I have got to the point that when I am looking for something I just call, tell them what I want, and they pick it out and set up the delivery lol. There have been a couple of times they have text me pictures of items and once I picked they delivered. I would and do recommend them to people.

I have been a customer of rent 2 own now for about 4 years and I have paid a lot of stuff off over the years. I m always satisfied with my purchases here and the staff are amazing people. They have the best prices when it comes to rent to own stores and they have the best customer service. Highly recommend going there any of your home and entertainment needs if you on a strict budget.
