This crew was the absolute bees knees! Every one of them I delt with was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was having low oil pressure problems. Unsure whether it was electrical or mechanical, I decided to run it over to Grahams. They were able to diagnose and assess the situation. Old oil pump was gummed up pretty bad, and they replaced it for me. I drive a '14 Mini R60 and the prices were reasonable/average for that make and model. I have no complaints. Customer service was great and my truck runs great now. You always wonder sometimes if the mechanics even fix all the problems but without a doubt they did everything they said they would because it runs so smooth. So if you want the peace of mind that you re well taken care of, go to Grahams.

This place is a joke. I wish zero stars was an option. They had my car for weeks, said they fixed it, I still can't drive it. Waste of money and time.

Went in to try to get a job after the Brian s(the owner) fianc� told me to go in to talk to brain about a job opportunity (also always needs help and not enough help) wouldn t hire me because I have a tattoo and my ears gauged. So if your looking for a job opportunity and have tattoos or gauges or even piercings this is not the place for you. There still stuck in the 18th century

Got a flat tire traveling from the coast back to Illinois. The van was loaded with kids and Graham and his wife came out and hauled the vehicle and the whole family to town. He even offered to help us the next day if our tire repair fell through. Can t say enough good things about this business. I would recommend them every time. Honesty and Quality brings work! I brought my car from Columbus in March 2017 and that review I posted recently. For all those same reasons I brought my daughters car to Graham's. I needed to know what was wrong and needed fixed...not what someone thought they could soak me for. I came to a place I could get an honest, accurate assessment of the problem, what was needed to get fixed, what it would cost me and feel 100% that I was getting no-nonsense, absolute truth and needed repairs. I asked them to trouble shoot at least 3 things. They ruled out what I feared would be a major issue (cracked head or gasket leak) verified a sensor & front wheel bearings. Nothing is more settling than getting that kind of honest service.I brought my 2005 Buick Terraza to Grahams in March 2017, which is why I wrote the above about having them work on my daughter's Toyota Corolla. For my Buick, here in Columbus, I was quoted $1,100 to $1,200 to have something on my Terraza fixed. I had an immediate part replaced (at $150) that allowed me to be on the road for an unknown time before the other part failed. I made an appointment with Graham's and drove it to Gallipolis, my hometown. They confirmed the needed part to be replaced & the cost to repair in the neighborhood of $350 - parts & labor! Given this non-artificially inflated repair price, while there, I had Graham's do rotors and breaks on all 4 corners. Total for the original issue & all 4 corners, parts & labor was in the range of $850. I still went home with between $250 and $350 in my possession! What I had done on two cars at roughly $1,300 at Graham's, in Columbus would have cost me at least $2,300+the gouge! Finding quality, honest assessment of your vehicles problems, fixing what is really in need of repair, and for a price that is reasonable (rather than applying the gouge) because you NEED your vehicle to get to work, let alone other places like a doctors office, the grocery store, church, etc. is a treasure. In Gallipolis there is not a COTA bus system like Columbus so you have no alternative to your car so to have this kind of honest work and reasonable prices in Gallipolis is a gem...no, not a gem, it is a DIAMOND! They earn the right to have your business because of their quality work. They deserve your business because of their honesty and pricing. Share, share, share!!!
