Very good service had tires ordered and a alignment done within one day they did a very good job! I will definitely be back! They fixed my daily driver car for work

Used them for years for my oil changes and vehicle needs but then it turned into they can't do oil changes bye there selfs ok makes since then they don't do work if you supply the parts and the oil is no longer good for 5000 miles only 3000 now place is just a money racket now and if you ain't willing to spend 4 or 500 bucks then Mize well find another shop that will change your oil for 5000 miles for 70 bucks like everyone else place lost my business.

I ve had 3 flats in the last several months and they ve always squeezed me in to get me back on the road. As a self-employed delivery driver, they have been an absolute asset! I now have a new tire place in the Gallipolis area!! Thanks so much!!

Very friendly and quick service! This business shows professionalism as well as taking pride in their work. I actually enjoyed the atmosphere of the waiting room. You are able to watch tv as you wait or merely have a chat with others. Everything was clean including their restroom. Very impressed with Donohue s staff! Thank you Lloyd Sears for a wonderful experience and great service!

Mike at Donohue's went above and beyond. He fixed my windshield wiper pump at $100 less than what I was quoted elsewhere in town and ordered the part for me. He also patched one of my tires that was leaking. Very honest people there. I will go there whenever I need help with my car. Would highly recommend them.

Every time I go to Donohue's it's like being with friends. The service is always friendly, they take care of everything on my car. They let me know when it's time to check things, when to get prepared to get new tires, brakes etc. They really treat me like family and I appreciate all they do. I know I do not have to worry when I take my car to them.

Awesome service and very friendly staff. This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back. Stopped in to get a oil change, they took my vehicle right in and the wait was short. They even gave me a piece of paper stating everything they checked on my vehicle and showed what all should be checked up on which I thought was awesome! Glad I stopped here and like I said, I'll definitely be back.

Horrible place. The guy named dave really hurt me NAnd my fiance. He did not like my fiance. Said he took too long and was not fast enough. And made many excuse as to why he fired him. My fiance was a very good guy. He was really happy working their. I do not recommend going their they aren't friendly.

I went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The service was performed in a reasonable amount of time and included a 21 point service check for free. The waiting area was clean and had magazines, TV, wifi and coffee for your convenience. I have got my oil changed here a few times now and have always received prompt and courteous service.

Enjoy the experience at Donahue's.They have and amazing Staff friendly funny and always have a great word.They are quick and efficient.And any issues are quickly fixed.The worker who changed my oil must have had fresh oil on his arm and not known it. It was on the door panel inside.It happens I've changed oil.I asked for a cloth to clean it off.The young man who runs the desk grabbed a can of cleaner and a roll of towels and had it dealt with immediately.Stellar service thank you

I didn't want to give any stars, I had a horrible experience with them fixing my car. 1st I wasn't informed that all work would be done at a totally different place, so someone drove my car somewhere other than where I dropped it off to do the work. Then I was given a 7 hour estimate, I understand that it could take longer but I didn't get my car back for 3 days. They put a hole in my heater line, and said it was leaking antifreeze when they got it which it was not, I argued enough to get them to fix that, although they wouldn't have put a new line on if the stop leak they tried to used would have worked. I asked for them to put a certain part on it and they didn't, then tried to tell me that they tested the part, in which I knew this particular part couldn't be tested, and told me it was working... Then told me that the computer was going out in my car and 3 other opinions have said no... this isn't a very good place to take your car to have anything other than oil change done... I won't even let them do that again....

Donohue's is my FIRST choice when I get my car serviced. Their prices are very reasonable and they have awesome customer service! Mike Porter always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend

They are Always Willing to Help In Some Form. If I'm Sitting at Home or There at the Center, They Give Their Opinion If It's Nothing Major. Quick Service, Too. One of the Guys is Usually Asking for My Keys Before I Get to the Desk.

Nice little gem placed perfectly in Walmart's distance so you can shop while your car gets tuned up, oil changes, filters, or whatever your business may be. I recommend Donohues to all of my friends and family.

Terrible shop. My mother went to have a wheel bearing changed on her car and when they were working on it they broke her shock and strut. The strut also caused a flat tire. They told her they would fix it but had to replace both struts and shocks on the front because that was policy. My poor mom had to pay for a tow back to her house and now can't drive her car.
