Went after a couple belts had the dimension I needed but was not for a car, so he couldn't look it up on the computer, therefore wouldn't even try to look for them. Worst service and rude people I have dealt with in a while.

Great place to buy your car accessories and parts. I like the way they keep track of your purchases and your warranty, so you never have to worry about keeping receipts.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They did an alternator test on my car for freeThey can also check your battery, replace wipers, and check that pesky check engine light to tell you whats wrong.

Had a breakdown on a 13 hour trip and needed a new alternator. The folks at this store took really good care of us, went out of their way to get us the part we needed and even lent us some tools and a hand getting the belt back on. Fantastic service, you can tell these guys really love and care about what they do. I would give 6 stars if I could.

My boyfriend and I were driving from Michigan when my car died. We thought it was a dead battery but people at AutoZone helped us diagnose the problem, find the right part and provided tools for us to use. Even when the part broke during installation they were able to find a local shop that had the same part and one of the employees drove out to get it for us! Thank you so much for your help! You saved our road trip!

Had my exhaust line come loose in West Virginia (three of the four rubber insulators broke, and the fourth was about to), and managed to get here where, although they could not do the work themselves, one of the guys called some friends of his who came out and got under my van to fix them. I was very pleased.

Hey AutoZone wanted to express my gratitude to your employees on the night of April 6th (9:30 PM)180 Upper River RdGallipolis, OH 45631 . I was on my way to Norfolk VA to see my son in the Navy. Never in my life would I have thought a bad factory weld on a 20k 2015 Mustang S550 would've caused my exhaust to snap in half! The gent's there did everything they could to help me on my way. I'm pretty handy but with no tools it was a big task. They went above and beyond excessing my expectations. Honestly, I didn't even know where I was I had to pull up my rewards receipt to figure it out. Please let them know I made it on time and the replacement exhaust pipe was waiting for me when I got home. They say customer service is dead but in this case that is not true!

Needed new brake pads and they had what I needed in stock and at least 1/2 price or more than their competitors. Believe me I always shop around if I can buy from a locally owned store within a reasonable price then I will pay the extra to shop local. I will not pay $30 to $35 more for the same product though. I'm not an idiot!

My daughter was coming home from college and it was pouring the rain. Her windshield wipers were not working and she was scared and nervous. We told her to find an Auto Zone and this is the one she happened to come to first. The man who helped her was extremely kind and understanding. After he replaced her wipers he did his best to calm her down before she went back out onto the road to finish driving home. I am extremely grateful for his kindness. He very easily could have laughed her off and upsold her products, but he took very good care of her.

They weren't able to credit my return to the card I used to purchase it and gave me cash. During the time I had to wait for them to figure out they couldn't get the system to credit it back to my card, I heard employees talking. I really wasn't expecting to hear that type of vulgar language, at the front counter, with customers who could hear. This shows a complete lack of professionalism or customer consideration. We find that behavior offensive, rude, disrespectful and unacceptable.

Every time I come in to auto zone and try to talk to someone about something or go to check out I've got employees just ignoring me. Went there yesterday and 3 employees were doing nothing and I stood in line for 10 minutes before a woman came out from the back and asked if I've been helped yet. The guys just looked at me the whole time. This happens every time. If you are a female the makes don't want to help. I wish I would have gotten that woman's name so I can just deal with her every time I go there.

These guys are super nice. I've had my battery replaced twice and my battery cables replaced. I got the warranty on my first battery and they replaced it no problem and were very professional. I also got my windshield wipers from them and they didn't mind at all installing them for me. I recommend AutoZone for any of your automobile needs!

Very rude manager that is not at all concerned with having happy customers and will not try in any way to make something right that is his own employees fault. Very unpleasant experience and I will shop at one of the other auto parts stores from now on

Excellent service! We had a tire issue on the way home from a family vacation and they were able to get us everything we needed in a timely manner and even let us borrow a few tools to get the job done!

I go to AutoZone for all my needs because they have great knowledgeable people who work there. I usually go the the Point Pleasant, WV store because they have a store manager over there and her name is Karen Mcdade. She really knows vechicles and parts more than most men I know. She's also a sweetheart and will do whatever it takes to get what you need and everything that may go with it to get the job done right the first time. Fo look her up, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Didn't even put my headlights in properly. Replaced the wrong ones, and the blonde woman will lie through her teeth to cover her hindend! Beware!
