I highly recommend Pipers Collision. Unfortunately our family has had to have a 3 of our vehicles repaired over the last few years. I ve personally dealt with guys in the shop, the ladies in the office and Jeremy. Not only do they give your vehicle back to you the way expect it they treat you great as well. It s obvious they run a good business with a family atmosphere. The staff all seem to care and are invested into the quality of work they do. We will only take our vehicles to Jeremy and his great staff.

The best place to get your car fixed after an accident hands down!! You can't even tell a difference! I ended up having a flat tire along with the issues with the vehicle and he helped me out with that as well! They are such caring and trustworthy people! I 100% recommend Piper's and would go through them again!!

I found Piper's to be very honest and thorough. Couldn't be more happy with the work they did. The car looks better than it did new. Jeremy follows up with your insurance along the way so you don't have to do anything. He didn't get the car in until he had all of the parts and was ready to fix it which I appreciated it since it was still driveable but once he started it was 1 week and we had it back! I won't go anywhere else. The girls in the office are great as well and answered all of my questions and treated me kind.

I would highly recommend Piper's Collision Center. They have always done an excellent job on the repair and paint work. Jeremy is very good about explaining all the process. Most of all they want You to be completely satisfied.

After today, I literally don't think I could ever take my car anywhere else to have work done on it. Our car was involved in a minor accident and was still drivable, so it took 2 months to get on the schedule, but it was well worth the wait. Picked our car up today and it looked better than the day we bought it. We pulled out of the parking lot and some warning lights come on and I called them and they had me bring it right back up to get it worked out. They went above and beyond the repairs that were needed, cleaned the car inside and out and it seriously looked amazing. Absolutely thrilled with their work!

I have used Piper s on several occasions. Their work is exceptional. Employees that I have come in contact with are very courteous. Piper s goes the extra mile for customers satisfaction. I have and will in the future recommend Piper s.

We ve used Piper s Collision for years. Most recently they handled my recently widowed mother s car repair. Mom was moved by their kindness, willingness to go above and beyond, and the quality of their work. There s no substitute for the small town relationship with a family business when it comes to helpfulness and willingness to take the time to talk and answer questions. Thanks Jeremy!

I was so very happy with my car when I got it back. Jeremy and his staff did a excellent job on my car that had right side and front damage from a deer. You can't even tell it was ever hit by a deer. Inside was detailed perfect too. I also got it back quickly too. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back if I ever need them again. Thanks again for getting her back to shape before the deer hit it.

Piper s collision center repaired the bumper on my 2016 F150 pickup after a minor rear end collision. They did an exceptionally professional repair and detailed the complete truck inside and out. I haven't been here for quite some time, but I was thinking about the excellent work Piper s has done on my cars and decided to leave a review. First, I recommend Piper s Collision all the time. They do amazing work. I had a car completely demolished by a fallen tree and Piper s made it look showroom new-- and it ran just fine. Another car was involved in a hit-and-run where the culprit backed into my car and took out the entire passenger side of the vehicle. It was extensively damaged. Again, Piper s brought it back to a beautiful state, and it ran great. They are also very nice to work with. Great people. This is the place to go!Service: Body & Trim

i ve tried to get into this place 2 times now and the first time i called to have my fog light fixed, i took time off work to drive down all for them to say i don t have a appointment. i tried to call again and the lady said she would write my name down and have the body shop call me that next week as they were not in town. its been 3 weeks since and i still have no call.

Piper s Collision did a great job repairing my car after a deer hit the front quarter panel and door. They got our vehicle back to us quickly and it looked great! I have used them before and I am always extremely pleased with the end results. They take very good care of their customers and your vehicle is clean when you get it back!! Jeremy Piper and his staff are the only body shop I will ever bring my truck to. Hands down the best experience I have ever had dealing with a damaged vehicle. I was taken care of by Jamie from the front office. She was amazing. From start to finish, she made sure I was always updated on the status of my repairs, handled all of the communication with my insurance company, made all the arrangements for my rental vehicle, and made me feel like she was paying special attention to my repair job. Incredible customer service skills.As for Jeremy and his team - they made my truck look better than it did before the accident. The level of detail and precision shines through in the work they do, and it lets you know that you're in the hands of an old school professional. 11/10 - would highly recommend..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just had my car repaired at Pipers collision. The workmanship was OK. I do not feel confident in referring anyone to their repair shop because he didn t follow through what he told me about completing the job always had excuses. I found too many flaws in their communication. My car was up there for over a month and I believe it would still be unfinished had I not confronted him why it was taking them so long when they had the parts right in front them. not a happy camper about their business. And leaving the shop he commented about thanks for having confidence with them (I may add that was a sarcastic remark) I wish I would have responded and then say you have to earn it to get it. Won t go back!!

Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Piper Collision. I ve had several vehicles repaired at the facility and the work is top notch. I ve recommended them to friends and family and everyone is blown away on how good the work is. Go get on the waiting list because it will be worth it in the end, great group of people to work with. The first vehicle I had repaired there turned out awesome and was better detailed than when I bought the vehicle. After having an accident with my car, I asked around for recommended, and Pipers came up a lot with very high recommendations. So I was able to get the best, and remain in town. Everyone I encountered was so nice, helpful, and supportive. They had to replace the whole drivers side. When I went to pick my car up, it looked brand new. Not only repairing the damage, but they washed it, waxed and buffed, as long as detailing the inside. Thank you to Jeremy, and your staff.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The insurance company wanted to send me elsewhere but having dealt with Jeremy and Jamie previously I knew I wanted them to do my car. They are very professional and friendly, they handle the insurance details and rental car. And, the car was detailed meticulously before I got it back! First time I have ever had to file a claim and get body work done on my SUV (A deer ran in to me) and Piper's made it a breeze! No question was a dumb question and every question was answered. The whole experience was fantastic! They truly care about each customer and want to make sure it is done right! Very friendly and want to make sure you are taken care of. We took my car in to get repair work done after an accident. They are very professional and do excellent work! My 2011 Explorer looks like new. It was clean inside and out when we picked it up. My husband has been dealing with them on a business level for a very long time and Jeremy and his crew are the best. I would highly recommend Piper's for all of your auto repair needs!

So I used them about 5 years ago when someone backed into the front of my car and it was quick and easy. I recently moved to Mansfield and had some damage I needed fixed to my Jeep Wrangler. I tried to call Baker's because they were closer and they NEVER returned my call. So I just decided to call Piper's since I had used them before.
